加速溶剂萃取-凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱快速分析动物源性食品中残留的多种有机磷农药 总被引:15,自引:3,他引:15
建立了动物源性食品猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉及鱼肉中36种有机磷农药残留的快速分析方法。以乙腈作为溶剂,对试样采用加速溶剂萃取仪萃取,自动凝胶渗透色谱仪净化预处理,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)填料再净化,毛细管气相色谱法分离,火焰光度检测器(磷型)检测,内标法定量。该方法分离效果良好,重现性好,灵敏度、精密度高,杂质干扰少。36种有机磷农药的检测限(LOD)为0.0012 mg/kg(乙拌磷)~0.014 mg/kg(吡唑硫磷),定量限(LOQ)为0.004 mg/kg(乙拌磷)~0.047 mg/kg(吡唑硫磷)。当试样中有机磷农药的添加浓度分别为0.05,0.1,0.2 mg/kg时,回收率为58.2%~106.3%。方法的最低检测限和添加回收率均符合农药残留分析的要求。 相似文献

Silica-coated BaSO4 submicronic particles, modified on the surface by treatment with stearic acid, have been characterized by means of 29Si, 13C, and 1H magic-angle-spinning (MAS) high-resolution techniques, and low-resolution 1H-FID analysis. Two types of adsorbed water were identified; adsorbed either inside or on the surface of BaSO4, most of the latter being removed by the silica coating. Evidences of silica-stearic acid interactions were found involving either carboxylic acid or carboxylate functional groups, and occurring by means of hydrogen and/or covalent bonds. TiO2 nanowire-nanoparticle hetero-structured films were prepared via a sol–gel method and coated on glass substrates by dipping method for photocatalytic activity. In this study 0, 1, 3, and 5 mol% of Ni doped were studied. One-dimensional TiO2 nanowires (NWs) were prepared by hydrothermal treatment with TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) which are commercially available. XRD, FESEM, DRS, and XPS were used to characterize the prepared nanowire-nanoparticle hetero-structures films. 3%Ni doped TiO2 hetero-structured film (TNi3) had the highest photocatalytic activity on the degradation of methylene blue (MB). TNi3 films provided about 4.3 times of degradation rate compared to undoped TiO2 (T). It revealed that TNi3 film resulted in shifting the absorption wavelength towards narrowing the energy band gap and small crystallite size. Therefore, the TNi3 film exhibited a photocatalytic activity on the degradation of MB under visible light irradiation greater than undoped film. 相似文献

The thermoreversible gelation of semi-diluted atactic polyacrylnitrile (PAN)/dimethylformamide (DMF)-solutions has been studied. The structural features of PAN/DMF-gels, formed by supercooling have been investigated by DSC-, x-ray- and swelling measurements. A new structural model has been introduced to describe the morphology of the junction zones of PAN/DMF-gels and to also explain the gelation behavior of PAN/DMF-solutions as the structural features of PAN/DMF-gels. The junction zones of a PAN/DMF-gel have been defined as ordered junction zones.A gelation enthalpy of about H=–6 kJ/mol supports the idea that an ordered junction zone is formed by intermolecularly neighboring stereoregular parts of atactic PAN chains due to a nucleation process in the solution.
