基于硫化镉纳米团簇标记DNA电化学传感的研究

合成了表面具有自由羧基的硫化镉纳米团簇，以乙基-（3-二甲基丙基）碳二 亚胺盐酸盐为偶联活化剂，将其标记于人工合成的5'端氨基修饰的寡聚核苷酸片段 上，制备成CdS纳米团簇标记DNA探针，该寡聚核苷酸片段与大肠杆菌肠毒素基因相 关。在一定的条件下，使基与固定晨玻碳电极表面的待测DNA序列进行杂交反应， 利用阳极溶出示差脉冲伏安法（ASDPV）间接测定Cd的量，实现对互补、非互补 DNA片段的识别和电化学检测，从而对大肠杆菌肠毒素基因片段识别和检测。     

Studies on the Spectral Behavior between Protein with Poniacyl Carmine 2B and its Analytical Application

In this paper, the spectral behavior of protein and Poniacyl Carmine 2B (PC 2B) has been studied by spectrophotometric method. The conditional constants, apparent combination constant K and maximum binding number n, were used to express the combination ability of the reactions between PC 2B and protein under a set of given conditions. The Sandell index s was used to express the sensitivity of the determination of protein. The factors, acidity, PC 2B concentration and the ionic strength, were discussed by the change of apparent combination constant and maximum binding number. It was found that acidity of the solution, PC 2B concentration and ionic strength had a significant effect on the sensitivity of the assay of protein. Under the optimal conditions, the apparent combination constant K and the maximum binding number n were 2.36 × 10⁶ L mol^?1 and 95, respectively. With further investigation, it was found that the Scatchard model was suitable in treating the data obtained in the experiments. In the buffer medium of HCl‐KCl at 1.87, the addition of protein made the maximum absorption of the system move from 527 nm to 513 nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 4.46 × 10⁵ Lmol^?1 cm^?1 at 513 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 ? 55 μg mL^?1. The system developed in this paper has been used for the determination of protein in milk powder successfully.     

Neutral oxygen atom density in the MESOX air plasma solar furnace facility

The density of neutral oxygen atoms in the MESOX set-up, one device of the PROMES-CNRS solar facilities, was determined by a fiber-optics catalytic probe (FOCP). Plasma was created in a flowing air within a quartz tube with the outer diameter of 5 cm by a 2.45 GHz microwave generator with the output power up to 1000 W. The flow of air was varied between 4 and 20 l/h. The O-atom density was found to increase monotonously with the increasing discharge power, and it decreased with the increasing flow rate. The degree of dissociation of oxygen molecules in the plasma column depended largely on the flow rate. At the air flow of 4 l/h it was about 80% but it decreased to about 20% at the flow of 20 l/h.     

电子探针定量分析的标准样品——几种多元氧化物单晶

在很高的温度和适宜的生长条件下,分别采用熔盐籽晶法和高温引上法生长了高质量的YAP、NAB、KTP、LN、BBO、SBN等多元氧化物单晶,它们具有优良的物理化学性能,严格的化学比,固定的组成与结构以及较好的化学均匀性和电子束轰击下的稳定性。广泛地用于激光和非线性光学领域。我们选用这些晶体为原材料研制电子探针定量分析的标准样品。经过测量和标定,这些单晶标样符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 4930-85(电子探针显微分析标准样品通用技术条件)的规定。含有稀土元素的标样如NAB和YAP能发出绿色荧光,是电子显微术中理想的阴极发光材料。

Molecular structure of mixed adsorption layers surfactant—polymer at a liquid—liquid interface

Isotherms of the binding of dodecyl sulfate anions (DDS^–)and Na⁺ counterions during their coadsorption with a nonionic polymer. proxanol (PR). at the interface of dodecane-water emulsions have been measured by conductometry and Na-selective potentiometry. The adsorption of DDS^– and PR is concurrent. The affinity constant of PR to the interface determined by the Langmuir model decreases as the concentration of PR increases, and the surface concentration of DDS^– tends to a nonzero limiting value at high concentrations of PR. The surface (_o) and electrokinetic () potentials at the interface have been determined at various polymer concentrations by the spin probe and electrophoresis methods. The average dielectric permeability and density of polymer segments in We adsorption layer have been determined by ESR. The lower boundary of the hydrodynamic thickness of the polymer adsorption layer at the interface has been estimated from the dependences of _o and on the ionic strength.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Investigations of precipitates in heat treated AgPd30/CuSn6 layers

The subject of the investigations are precipitation zones, which grew as a result of chemical diffusion in AgPd30/CuSn6 bimetals. These precipitation zones have been characterized by metallography, electron probe microanalysis and x-ray diffraction. The growth of precipitation zones in the plating layer and in the substrate layer in dependence on time have been determined. The use of x-ray diffraction alone for the identification of the precipitates could not supply satisfying results in every case. This problem was solved by the application of electron probe microanalysis using a correction method, which allows the estimation of the chemical composition of small particles.Dedicated to Professor Dr. rer. nat.
