The oxidation of methyl ester of pectic acid (pectin) (PEC) by a hexacyanoferrate(III) ion at a constant ionic strength of 0.1 mol dm−3 has been investigated spectrophotometrically. The oxidation rates were found to increase with increasing the alkali concentration, indicating that the nature of reaction was base catalyzed. The agreement of [pectin] dependence of the rate constants to the Michaelis-Menten kinetics proves the formation of 1:1 intermediate complex prior to the rate-determining step. The deviation of the pseudo–first-order curves from linearity after 65-70% of reaction completion indicates the interference of some oxidation products during the reaction progression. The oxidation process was proceeding via a free-radical intervention mechanism. The activation parameters have been evaluated, and a suitable reaction mechanism is suggested and discussed. 相似文献

An HS-SPME GC-MS analysis of the volatile compounds adsorbed at the outer surface of lemon and grapefruit pectins obtained via the hydrodynamic cavitation of industrial waste streams of lemon and grapefruit peels in water suggests important new findings en route to understanding the powerful and broad biological activity of these new pectic materials. In agreement with the ultralow degree of esterification of these pectins, the high amount of highly bioactive α-terpineol and terpinen-4-ol points to limonene (and linalool) decomposition catalyzed by residual citric acid in the citrus waste peel residue of the juice industrial production. 相似文献

以向日葵盘为原料,利用纤维素酶制备果胶(SFP)。采用静态失重、极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究SFP在1mol/L HCl及0.5mol/L H_2SO_4溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨其在碳钢表面的吸附机理。结果表明,缓蚀效率随SFP浓度增大而增大,随温度升高而降低。在HCl和H_2SO_4溶液中,SFP的吸附方式分别服从Langmuir和Temkin等温式,属于物理吸附;极化曲线测试显示SFP是一种混合型缓蚀剂。本文的研究表明,向日葵盘果胶是碳钢的绿色高效缓蚀剂,且在HCl溶液中的缓蚀性能优于在H_2SO_4溶液中。 相似文献

建立了QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)检测土壤和柑橘中吡唑醚菌酯、甲基硫菌灵及其代谢物多菌灵的分析方法。样品经甲醇或乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化后,用液相色谱分离,电喷雾正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式进行质谱测定,以基质匹配标准溶液进行外标法定量。吡唑醚菌酯、甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵的定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为5.8~7.0μg/kg、9.3~14.1μg/kg和2.1~2.6μg/kg。样品的加标回收率为75.48%~109.18%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.60%~5.11%(n=5)。该法快速简便,定量准确,用基质配制标准溶液能够有效、准确地校正LC-MS/MS测定吡唑醚菌酯、甲基硫菌灵和多菌灵残留的基质效应,满足土壤、橘皮、橘肉和柑橘全果实际样品的检测需求。 相似文献

以‘龙圆栗香’为试材,采用地爬式和架式两种种植方式,利用单干、双干和三干3种整枝方式,研究不同栽培方式对笋瓜果实中果胶、戊糖和铬(Cr3+)3种主要品质指标质量比的影响.结果表明:两种种植方式下三干整枝方式均不利于果实中果胶和戊糖的积累,地爬式栽培比架式栽培有利于果实中铬(Cr3+)的积累;地爬式栽培双干整枝处理下果实内果胶质量比最高.可采用架式单干整枝处理方式来提高单位面积笋瓜果实中果胶、铬(Cr3+)和戊糖的产量. 相似文献

Biodegradable pH‐responsive polysuccinimide nanoparticles (PSI‐NPs) are synthesized for directly delivering agrochemicals to plant phloem to improve their efficacy. The PSI‐NPs have an average size of 20.6 nm with negative charge on the surface. The desired responsiveness to changes in pH is demonstrated by release efficiency of the model molecule (Coumarin 6), which increases with increasing pH over 24 h. The internalization of PSI‐NPs into grapefruit cells occurs in 10 min, and into nucleus in 2 h, with most of the PSI‐NPs being distributed in cytoplasm and nucleus. The proportion of PSI‐NPs in plant cells significantly increases with time, from 19.1% at 10 min to 55.5% at 2 h of administering. The PSI‐NPs do not show significant inhibitory effects on soil microbial growth and activity. These results indicate that this smart nanodelivery system has potential of application in agriculture for mitigating phloem‐limited diseases, such as citrus huanglongbing. 相似文献

Dynamic rheological measurements provide a valid determination of the ability of polymeric ingredients to compensate the reduced contribution of fat to texture and mouthfeel, as well as provide an emulsion that easily breaks down in commercial low-fat butters. In this study, the linear effects of pectin (PE, 0.5%) and xanthan gum (XG, 0.1%) and their interactions with locust bean gum (LBG, 0.2% and 0.4%), sodium-alginate (ALG, 0.2% and 0.4%), and modified starch (MS, 0.2% and 0.4%) on the flow behavior, dynamic rheological characteristics, and stability of reduced-fat butters containing 10% walnut oil (WO) were investigated. Results showed that the power law model can adequately fit the shear-rate/shear-stress data (0.888?≤?r?≤?0.992, p?0.01). Flow behavior index of all the butters was approximately in the range of 0.6–0.9, which corresponds to pseudoplastic behavior. They behaved like an elastic solid with G′?>?G″ at all frequencies. The samples prepared with PE–LBG (0.2% and 0.4%) and XG–ALG (0.4%) had the highest G′ values. The phase angle (G″/G′) decreased with increasing frequency from 0.03 to 15?Hz. The maximum apparent viscosity and stability were, respectively, found for WO butters formulated with XG–0.2% ALG and PE–0.4% LBG. 相似文献

The objective of the work is to synthesize pectin-N, N-Dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) hydrogel by gamma radiation without using any initiators and cross-linking agents. Effect of radiation doses on gel fraction and equilibrium swelling as a function of pH were studied, and 5 kGy radiation dose was found to be the optimum dose for hydrogel synthesis. The grafting /crosslinking was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Thermal properties and surface morphology were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy. To study the drug release kinetics, 5-fluorouracil was loaded into the hydrogel and in vitro release was carried out in simulated gastric and intestinal fluid. The release profile of drug showed that more than 90% of the loaded drugs were released after 4 hours at both gastric fluid and intestinal fluid pH. Drug release data was fitted into zero order, Higuchi and Korsmeyer-Peppas kinetic models. Higuchi model was found to be the best fitted and release exponent ‘n’ value of Korsmeyer-Peppas model indicated the non-Fickian transport. 相似文献
