On the correlation of the glass transition temperature of a copolymer with its comonomer sequences

The glass transition temperature of a copolymer depends not only on chemical composition but also on its comonomer sequences. This experimental fact is explained by Barton's and Johnston's equations. Their equations, though complicated, become simple, if a suitable parameter is used to describe the comonomer sequences. It is shown that with these new expressions, their equations can be used to understand glass transition temperatures of two additional types of copolymers, compatible multiblock copolymers and homopolymers with various tacticities treated as steric copolymers.Dedicated to Professor Bernhard Wunderlich on the occasion of his 65th birthdayWe wish to thank the reviewer for his/her kind linguistic improvement of this article.

Summary This critical review of different methods proposed for the determination and screening of diuretics is directed mainly, because of its potential application, towards highperformance liquid chromatography.     

氨基苯磺酸和氨基萘磺酸在反相离子对色谱和离子色谱中分离行为的比较

本文考察了氨基苯磺酸和氨基萘磺酸染料中间体在反相离子对色谱和离子色谱中的分离行为，结果表明一些异构体在反相色谱中的保留顺序与离子色谱中的顺序发生颠倒。静电作用力在离子色谱中对保留值的贡献比在反相离子对色谱中对保留值的贡献要大，而疏水作用力在反相离子对色谱中对保留值的贡献却较在离子色谱中对保留值的贡献要大。离子对色谱更有利于有机离子的分离分析。     

5－（4－乙酰氧基苯基），10，15，20－三苯基卟啉金属配合物修饰的铂支撑双层脂膜的IV性质

合成并表征了５－（４－乙酰氧基苯基），１０，１５，２０－三苯基卟啉及其金属配合物，将它们作为修饰物，制得铂支撑的双层脂膜，用循环伏安法研究了抗坏血酸的氧化还原反应，并对其机理作了探讨。     

单一稀土Ce, La和混合稀土在工业纯铝中的作用

通过对比实验的方法，研究了稀土Ce，La和混合稀土对工业纯铝组织、电性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明：单一稀土La，Ce可降低工业纯铝的电阻率，提高工业纯铝的导电性，其中La的效果优于Ce．而混合稀土对电阻率几乎无影响；La，Ce和混合稀土均能减小工业纯铝的晶粒度，在其加入量为0．1％后细化效果明显，当其含量大于0．5％后细化效果趋于平缓，其中Ce的效果最佳，La次之，混合稀土最弱；单一稀土La，Ce在一定含量时可提高工业纯铝的σb6和δ，Ce的作用强于La，混合稀土对σb和δ的影响不明显。     

混合型杂多化合物Mx[GaW9M3O40]·nH2O的合成和性质

本文报道了M_x[GaW₉M₃^′O₄₀]nH₂O(M′=Mo,V,Ti,Fe(Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ);M=k,Na,Gua,Me₄N,Et₄N,Bu₄N)的合成。通过元素分析,阴离子电荷的确定,极谱、IR及UV光谱、可见光谱、ESR、磁化率测定对其进行了表征。并研究了它们在水溶液中对酸碱的稳定性     

Pressure effects on the phase transition of urea adducts withn-paraffins and polyethylene

The decomposition of urea adducts with hydrocarbons is treated as a first-order phase transition and the pressure dependence is studied up to 0.7 GPa for several kinds of adducts. The thermodynamic quantities at the decomposition of the adduct can be analysed as a sum of those quantities of the component materials. The transition from the orthorhombic to the hexagonal form of the adduct with polyethylene is also investigated by X-ray diffraction and the pressure dependence of the lattice parameters is measured for the adducts. The results are compared with the phase transition in the pure paraffin.     

尼龙1216晶型转变的红外光谱研究

采用变温红外光谱研究了尼龙1216的Brill转变并测得Brill温度约为150℃。一些α谱带在转变过程中消失，氢键强度也急剧减弱。这些现象证明了Brill转变的“局部熔融”机理。     

高效液相色谱指纹图谱应用于地黄的研究

利用高效液相色谱建立了地黄的色谱指纹图谱。采用反相C1 8柱 (5 μm ,1 5 0mm× 4.6mm) ,流动相甲醇∶水 (V V =5∶95 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速 1 .0mL min进行实验。根据相对保留值和相对面积值对色谱指纹图谱进行分析对比研究 ,建立了控制地黄药材质量的新方法。该法为中药样品的鉴定提供了较全面的信息 ,并为HPLC在复杂组分的样品分析领域开拓了新的应用途径。     

Spin-transition behaviour of transition metal complexes with 2,6-bis-(benzimidazol-2′-yl)-pyridine induced by deprotonation of the complex

Summary 2,6-bis-(Benzimidazol-2-yl)-pyridine (bzimpy = H₂ L) acts as a bidentate ligand when combining with transition metal ions. The complexes [M(bzimpy)₂](ClO₄)₂ (M = Fe²⁺, Mn²⁺, Zn²⁺, Co²⁺, and Ni²⁺) were obtained as solids. The protonation constants (logK) for the ligand and the complexes were evaluated in 30:70 (v/v) H₂O:EtOH at 293 K and at constant ionic strength of 0.12M KCl. Coordination of the ligand to the metal ions leads to an increase of acidity of the imino-hydrogen of the benzimidazole group of the ligand as a function of the complex stability. Deprotonation leads to a spin-state transition (intermediate spin-state low-spin) of the iron(II)-complex, followed by a shift of the metal-to-ligandcharge transfer band (MLCT) to lower energies (_max=563 to 580 nm). The d-d absorption bands are found to shift to higher energies and the low-spin isomer is favoured at room temperature. An opposite shift of theMLCT band (_max=563 to 557 nm) is observed when HClO₄ is added to the complex solution, rendering the high-spin state of the complex more favourable.On leave from the Chemistry Department, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh
