Polarographic Behaviour and Determination of Kinetic Parameters of Lead-Pamoate Complex in Dimethyl Sulfoxide

The polarography of lead ion in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was investigated in the DMSO concentration range 0–80 vol.%. The complex species identified were Pb₂(DMSO)⁴⁺₃, Pb(DMSO)²⁺₃ and Pb(DMSO)²⁺₆ in [DMSO]<10 vol.%, 10< [DMSO]<43 vol.% and [DMSO]>43 vol.%, respectively. In the presence of pamoic acid, the reduction of lead ion in DMSO was two-electron reversible diffusion-controlled at pH≤6.0, but it became irreversible at pH>6.0. The complex species identified was Pb(D_m)₂(P_m)₃(OH)^6? at pH>6.0. The rate constants of electro-reduction and electro-oxidation, activation energies were determined. The hydrolysis constants of lead ion in dimethyl sulfoxide concentration 40–70 vol.% at pH 4.5–6.0 were found to be of the order of 10^?6. The stability constants of the Pb(DMSO)²⁺₃ and Pb(DMSO)²⁺₀ were also determined to be of the orders of 10¹ and 10⁵, respectively.     

流动注射萃取火焰原子吸收光谱法测定硫酸镍电解液中微量铅

本文采用流动注射在线萃取火焰原子吸收光谱法测定硫酸电解液中微量铅，考察了水相介质，共存离子，萃取装置，相比等因素的影响。分析含铅１．４ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．１６ｍｇ／Ｌ的试样，分析值的相对标准偏差（ｎ＝１０）分别为３．９％和１２．３％，方法检出限为０．０２４ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

职业性铅接触对行为功能的影响

对３５名铅作业工城套的行为功能测验，接触组与对照组比较，１６项行为功能测验中有１４项得分有统计学意义（Ｐ〈０．０１或Ｐ〈０．０５），半数项目行为功能测验得分有随着铅作业工人龄增长而呈该增或该减的趋势。作者认为铅对作业工人行为功能的影响是肯定的，用行为功能测验的方法来研究铅的神经毒性是可取的简便方法。     

职业性铅接触对血压影响的研究

对１１８名铅接触工人及１０８名对照组工人的血压研究发现，在血铅为４４．２６μｇ／ｄＬ时，铅接触工人的收缩压显著高于对照组，分组研究发现，收缩压在级组剂量－反应关系趋势，在血铅３０．２０μｇ／ｄＬ，收缩压显著高于对照组，多元逐步回归分析发现，在控制一些其他影响血压的因素后，铅接触工人的血铅水平与收缩压和舒张压均有剂量－反应关系。     

Stopped-flow spectrophotometric determination of nM level of Pb(II) using 5,10,15,20-terakis(1-methylpyridinium-4-yl)porphine

A spectrophotometric determination method for nM levels of Pb(II) has been developed using a stopped-flow spectrophotometer with cationic water-soluble porphyrin. The stopped-flow spectrophotometer allows the monitoring of the incorporation reaction of the Pb(II) ion into 5,10,15,20-terakis(1-methylpyridinium-4-yl)porphine (TMPYP) within a narrow time window (2.5 s) at pH 10.5–12.0 before the Pb-TMPYP complex is replaced with other foreign metal ions, since usually the Pb-TMPYP complex is very labile and readily replaced with other metal ions. This improved the selectivity of Pb(II) determination as compared to the conventional spectrophotometric determination of Pb(II) using water-soluble porphyrins.     

meso－四（3，5－二溴－4－羟基苯基）卟啉［T（DBHP）P］二阶导数光度法同时测定废水中锌和铅的研究

本文研究了ｍｅｓｏ－四（３，５－二溴－４－羟基苯基）卟啉与铅，锌显色反应的二阶导数光谱行为，建立了同时测定电镀废水中锌和铅的二阶导数光度法。在硼砂－氢氧化钠碱性介质中，沸水浴上加热３ｍｉｎ，锌、铅的显色反应即可定量完成。比耳定律范围分别为：０～１０μｇ／２５ｍＬＺｎ￣（２＋），０～１０μｇ／２５ｍＬＰｂ￣（２＋）；检出限为：ｃ＿（Ｌ、Ｚｎ）￣（２＋）＝５．６ｎｇ／ｍＬ，ｃ＿（ＬＰｂ）￣（２＋）＝４．０ｎｇ／ｍＬ。     

高比表面积介孔网状氧化镁的制备、表征及对废水中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能和机理

以天然水菱镁矿为原料，通过"煅烧-水化-煅烧"的简单方法制备了高比表面积介孔网状MgO，且实验过程中无须加入任何试剂。系统性研究了氧化镁用量、吸附时间、吸附温度及pH对氧化镁吸附模拟废水中铅离子吸附性能的影响，揭示了吸附机理，并考察了氧化镁对多种离子的吸附效果。结果表明：该氧化镁吸附剂具有188 m²·g^-1的高比表面积和0.85 cm³·g^-1的高孔体积，平均孔径为12.33 nm，其吸附动力学和等温线数据与伪二级模型和Langmuir模型高度吻合，表明重金属离子在氧化镁上为单层化学吸附。MgO介孔网状结构表现出对Pb（Ⅱ）的高吸附性能，最大吸附量为7 431.5 mg·g^-1，该数值远高于其他报道的基于MgO吸附剂的数值，铅去除率高达99.8%以上。介孔网状MgO的吸附机理主要是羟基官能团以及Mg（Ⅱ）与MgO表面重金属离子之间的离子交换所致。另外，该氧化镁可同时吸附多种离子，对Cd、Cr、Ni、As、Co、P、Se、Be、Bi、Cu、Fe、Mn、V、Zn、Al离子均具有优异的吸附性能。     

1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮与甲基膦酸二(1-甲基庚基)酯对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取机理研究

本文用两相滴定法研究了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮(PMBP,简写为HA)与甲基膦酸二(1-甲基庚基)脂(P₃₅₀,简写为B)对Pb²⁺、Cd₂₊和Cu²⁺离子在不同的有机溶剂中的萃取机理.确定了萃合物的组成分别为:MA₂(M=Pb²⁺、Ca²⁺、Cu²⁺);MA₂·HA(M=Cd²⁺);MA₂·B(M=Pb²⁺、Cd²⁺)和MA₂·2B(M=Cd²⁺),同时求得了相应的萃合常数β值.
