选择常见的黏土矿物高岭土作为准东煤添加剂掺烧,研究了不同掺混比例、不同燃烧温度下添加剂的固钠率和煤灰熔融特性的变化,结合XRD谱图和三元相图研究了灰中矿物在高温下的演变过程。结果表明,固钠率随高岭土掺混比例增加逐渐增大,在0~2%时增长较快,2%~5%增长较慢,随燃烧温度升高略微下降;掺混后煤灰熔点随掺混比例先缓慢减小,再快速减小,后快速增加,在3%时达到1 200 ℃左右;XRD和三元相图分析结果表明,煤灰熔融特性变化是由于灰中硅钙石、钙黄长石和钙长石矿物比例的变化引起,发生低温共熔现象是导致掺混比例为3%和4%时煤灰熔点最低的主要原因;当掺混比例为2%时,固钠率在60%以上且灰熔点在1 300 ℃左右,利于固态排渣,当掺混比例为3.0%~4.0%时,灰熔点在1 200 ℃左右,利于液体排渣。 相似文献

The phase transformation of kaolin in the presence of 1%~5% vanadium had been investigated. The results indicated that vanadium mullite emerged at 660~700℃which was at least 400℃ lower than conventional mullite formation temperature, and a chemical reaction between kaolin and vanadium took place obviously. The reaction of vanadium mullite formation could be described as a process of low melting vanadium kaolin eutectic transition.In addition, the unit cell volume of vanadium mullite was found increased with the increment of vanadium content, which could be deduced that vanadium incorporated into mullites' framework and was therefore passivated. Furthermore, in comparison with hydro kaolin, modified kaolin—PAL and CLS reacted fast with vanadium to form more mullite and CLS could even reacted with nickel to form a rather stable compound of NiAl 10 O 16 , and therefore protected zeolite in cracking catalysts against the heavy metal poisoning effectively. 相似文献

Uncontrolled hemorrhage from trauma or surgery can lead to death. In this study, chitosan/kaolin (CSK) and chitosan/montmorillonite (CSMMT) composites were prepared from chitosan (CS), kaolin (K), and montmorillonite (MMT) as raw materials to control bleeding. The physiochemical properties and surface morphology of CSK and CSMMT composites were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), zeta potentials, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). The hemostatic mechanism was measured in vitro by activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), in vitro clotting time, erythrocyte aggregation, and thromboelastogram (TEG). The hemostasis ability was further verified by using tail amputation and arteriovenous injury models in rats. The biocompatibility of CSK and CSMMT was evaluated by in vitro hemolysis, cytotoxicity assays, as well as acute toxicity test and skin irritation tests. The results show that CSK and CSMMT are promising composite materials with excellent biocompatibility and hemostatic properties that can effectively control bleeding. 相似文献

采用热分析和X射线衍射物相分析相结合的方法,对添加高岭土前后的准东煤灰矿物质组分随温度的演变规律进行了研究,分析了高岭土对准东煤结渣特性的影响。结果表明,准东煤中原始矿物质以方解石、硬石膏、石英为主,高温下主要是镁硅钙石和硅酸二钙;掺混高岭土后准东煤灰熔融温度呈现先下降后上升趋势。掺混比例为3%时,准东煤灰以钙黄长石、铁橄榄石、镁硅钙石为主,三者易形成低温共融物,导致此比例下灰熔融温度大幅降低;添加比例超过6%后,灰中矿物质由易形成低温共融的钙黄长石向高熔点的钙长石转变,ST温度快速上升至1 380 ℃;结渣指标计算结果表明,高岭土在原煤中掺混比例达到6%时,能够有效缓解准东煤结渣。 相似文献

A procedure is presented for converting torque-speed plots obtained from experiments using discs rotating rapidly in shear thinning materials into information on the viscosity function. The method is based on an exact boundary-layer solution for the power-law model and on the concept of pseudo-similarity of non-Newtonian flows. It enables the rheological behaviour to be evaluated at very high shear rates. Experimental data for concentrated shear-thinning kaolin suspensions at shear rates from 400 to 2 105s–1 are compared with values of the viscosity function obtained from customary viscometers of the Brookfield and Couette type. 相似文献

The use of waste or natural resources is an interesting approach to preparing adsorbent materials. Most adsorption materials are powder-based, making them impractical for a variety of applications. In this work, the natural kaolin clay and hydroxyapatite synthesized from biogenic waste were studied as defluoridation materials. The point of zero charge (pHPZC), the fluoride adsorption capability and the adsorption isotherm of calcined kaolin and mixed calcined kaolin/hydroxyapatite in both powdered and moulded forms were investigated. The hardness of the moulded (post-formed) samples was tested before and after in immersion in a fluoride solution. The maximum hardness was 15.8 kilo-pounds for the post-formed calcined kaolin sample. Sample hardness values slightly decreased after immersion in a fluoride solution due to the formation of micro-cracks. Most samples presented high pHPZC values, implying that these materials are suitable for the capture of fluoride anions. The adsorption properties varied with the ratio of calcined kaolin to hydroxyapatite. These properties for post-formed samples were different from those in powdered form. Post-formed samples showed higher fluoride adsorption. The maximum fluoride adsorption capacity and efficiency of the post-formed samples (calcined kaolin) at pH 3 were 1.74 F? mg/g and 87%, respectively. The sorption of fluoride of hydroxyapatite and mixed calcined kaolin/hydroxyapatite powders was found to have the form of the Langmuir isotherm, which indicates a monolayer adsorption on the adsorbent surface. Isotherms of calcined kaolin powder, post-formed calcined kaolin and mixed calcined kaolin/hydroxyapatite samples followed the Freundlich isotherm, which indicates multilayer adsorption on a heterogenous adsorbent surface. 相似文献
