Three isothiocyanate complexes of nickel(II) containing diimine [ArN?C(Me)? C(Me)?NAr]Ni‐ (NCS)2 (1), iminophosphine [Ph2PC6H4CH?NAr]Ni(NCS)2 (2), or diphosphine (dppe)Ni(NCS)2 (3), [Ar = 2, 6‐iPr‐C6H3; dppe = 1, 2‐bis(diphenylphosphine)ethane] were synthesized and examined for ethylene polymerization activated by methylaluminoxane (MAO). Their behavior was compared with those of the corresponding halide analogues [ArN?C(Me)? C(Me)?NAr]NiBr2 (4), [Ph2PC6H4CH?NAr]NiBr2 (5), and (dppe)NiCl2 (6). The diimines showed the highest polymerization activity. Replacement of the halide for the NCS pseudo halide affected the activity and decreased the molecular weight of the polymer formed. The highest molecular weights were obtained with the diimine complexes. Highly branched polyethylenes were obtained with the bulkier complexes 1 and 4. Replacement of the halide for NCS in the diimine complexes also caused an increase in the branching content, whereas the opposite occurs for the iminophosphine complexes. The different activities and behavior of the catalyst systems with halide versus NCS in the polymerization of ethylene and the characteristics of the final products suggest a modification in the active species caused by the non‐chelating ligand. De novo sequencing of tryptic peptides by post source decay (PSD) or collision induced dissociation (CID) analysis using MALDI TOF-TOF instruments is due to the easy interpretation facilitated by the introduction of N-terminal sulfonated derivatives. Recently, a stable and cheap reagent, 4-sulfophenyl isothiocyanate (SPITC), has been successfully used for N-terminal derivatization. Previously described methods have always used desalting and concentration by reverse-phase chromatography prior to mass spectrometric analysis. Here we present an on-target sample preparation method based on AnchorChip target technology. The method was optimized for reduction of by-products and sensitivity with SPITC-derivatized tryptic BSA peptides, and successfully applied to protein identification from silver-stained two-dimensional electrophoretic gels of fish liver extracts. The method is simple and sensitive and allowed protein identification based on de novo sequencing and BLAST search from species with limited sequence information. 相似文献

A series of 4?-(4-alkyl-phenyl)-2?,6?-difluorotolane isothiocyanate liquid crystal (LC) compounds were synthesised, and their phase transitions and electrooptical properties were investigated. These compounds exhibit high birefringence, about 0.47–0.52. As the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl chains increases, these LC compounds can exhibit smectic phases. When these LCs were mixed into the commercial LCs, the birefringence values of LC mixtures become higher than pure commercial LCs, and the visco-elastic coefficients of five LC mixtures are very close to each other at every test temperature. The results of response properties indicate that the compounds with a tri-fluorine substitution and n-propyl end group possess better response performance than the others. These LC compounds are particularly attractive for achieving fast response times in LC optic devices. 相似文献

A series of 3-substituted-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones and 6-iodo-3-substituted-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones were synthesized in choline chloride/urea deep eutectic solvent. Substituted 2-mercapto-4(3H)-quinazolinones were synthesized from anthranilic acid or 5-iodoanthranilic acid and appropriate isothiocyanates in good to excellent yields. Isolation of final product was easy and required no further purification. Synthesis of these compounds was rapid, selective, and catalyst free, while preparation of deep eutectic solvent was easy, components are readily available, cheap, and environmentally friendly. 相似文献

The ion mobility behavior of nineteen chemical warfare agents (7 nerve gases, 5 blister agents, 2 lachrymators, 2 blood agents, 3 choking agents) and related compounds including simulants (8 agents) and organic solvents (39) was comparably investigated by the ion mobility spectrometry instrument utilizing weak electric field linear drift tube with corona discharge ionization, ammonia doping, purified inner air drift flow circulation operated at ambient temperature and pressure. Three alkyl methylphosphonofluoridates, tabun, and four organophosphorus simulants gave the intense characteristic positive monomer-derived ion peaks and small dimer-derived ion peaks, and the later ion peaks were increased with the vapor concentrations. VX, RVX and tabun gave both characteristic positive monomer-derived ions and degradation product ions. Nitrogen mustards gave the intense characteristic positive ion peaks, and in addition distinctive negative ion peak appeared from HN3. Mustard gas, lewisite 1, o-chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile and 2-mercaptoethanol gave the characteristic negative ion peaks. Methylphosphonyl difluoride, 2-chloroacetophenone and 1,4-thioxane gave the characteristic ion peaks both in the positive and negative ion mode. 2-Chloroethylethylsulfide and allylisothiocyanate gave weak ion peaks. The marker ion peaks derived from two blood agents and three choking agents were very close to the reactant ion peak in negative ion mode and the respective reduced ion mobility was fluctuated. The reduced ion mobility of the CWA monomer-derived peaks were positively correlated with molecular masses among structurally similar agents such as G-type nerve gases and organophosphorus simulants; V-type nerve gases and nitrogen mustards. The slope values of the calibration plots of the peak heights of the characteristic marker ions versus the vapor concentrations are related to the detection sensitivity, and within chemical warfare agents examined the slope values for sarin, soman, tabun and nitrogen mustards were higher. Some CWA simulants and organic solvents gave the ion peaks eluting at the similar positions of the CWAs, resulting in false positive alarms. 相似文献

2‐amino‐3, 4, 5, or 6‐nitrobenzoic acids were reacted with PPh3(SCN)2 and alkyl isothiocyanates to give 5, 6, 7, or 8‐nitro‐2‐thioxo‐3‐substituted quinazolin‐4‐ones, respectively. The position of the nitro group was found to have significant influence on the outcome of the reactions. Similarly, the nature of the substituent at position 8 (NO2, NH2, NH(C═O)CH3) in 8‐substituted‐2‐methylthio quinazolin‐4‐ones was also found to significantly influence their reactivity towards morpholine. A new method based on solid-support reaction is described to realize fluorescent derivatization of proteins at concentrations as low as 10−8 M. A simple, low-cost homemade capillary C18 cartridge was fabricated as the solid-support reactor. Using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a test protein, we demonstrated that the protein can be captured by this reactor and then labeled by fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC, isomer I) on solid-support. Unwanted fluorescent intruder (excrescent FITC and products of secondary reactions) were removed from target easily. The analysis by nano-HPLC with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection was described. The effect of reaction conditions on the derivatization has been evaluated and discussed. The use of the solid-support reactor allows easy handling of as little as 8.5 pmol of BSA. A fraction from weak anion-exchange chromatography (WAX) of human liver extract was used as an illustrative example of application to real samples. 相似文献
