In this paper, we proposed an approach using a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/Nafion composite coating as a working electrode for the electrochemically enhanced solid-phase microextraction (EE-SPME) of charged compounds. Suitable negative and positive potentials were applied to enhance the extraction of cationic (protonated amines) and anionic compounds (deprotonated carboxylic acids) in aqueous solutions, respectively. Compared to the direct SPME mode (DI-SPME) (without applying potential), the EE-SPME presented more effective and selective extraction of charged analytes primarily via electrophoresis and complementary charge interaction. The experimental parameters relating to extraction efficiency of the EE-SPME such as applied potentials, extraction time, ionic strength, sample pH were studied and optimized. The linear dynamic range of developed EE-SPME-GC for the selected amines spanned three orders of magnitude (0.005–1 μg mL−1) with R2 larger than 0.9933, and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.048–0.070 ng mL−1. All of these characteristics demonstrate that the proposed MWCNTs/Nafion EE-SPME is an efficient, flexible and versatile sampling and extraction tool which is ideally suited for use with chromatographic methods.  相似文献

Different mass percent polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-polyethylene oxide (PEO) gels were prepared and irradiated by an electron beam (EB) with energy of 1.0 MeV to the dose ranging from 13 kGy to 260 kGy.The gels were analysed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum,gel fraction and ionic conductivity (IC) measurement.The results show that the gel is crosslinked by EB irradiation,the crosslinking degree rises with the increasing EB irradiation dose (ID) and the mass percents of both PAN and PEO contribute a lot to the crosslinking;in addition,EB irradiation can promote the IC of PAN-PEO gels.There exists an optimum irradiation dose,at which the IC can increase dramatically.The IC changes of the PAN-PEO gels along with ID are divided into three regions:IC rapidly increasing region,IC decreasing region and IC balanced region.The cause of the change can be ascribed to two aspects,gel capturing electron degree and crosslinking degree.By comparing the IC-ID curves of different mass percents of PAN and PEO in gel,we found that PAN plays a more important role for gel IC promotion than PEO,since addition of PAN in gel causes the IC-ID curve sharper,while addition of PEO in gel causes the curve milder.  相似文献

Sodium borophosphate glasses doped with copper ions having general composition 20Na2O-20ZnO-25B2O3-(35-x) P2O5-x CuO (x=1-8 mol %) were prepared using conventional melt-quench method and characterized by density, UV-visible optical absorption, photoluminescence and conductivity measurements. Eoptical values for different glass samples are found to decrease systematically from 3.5 to 2.5 eV with increase in CuO content in the glass. Network modifying action of CuO with the glass network has been confirmed from the UV-visible optical absorption studies. Presence of Copper in the form of Cu+ species has been confirmed from photoluminescence measurements. The electrical conductivity (σ) increases with increase in copper oxide content in the glass and temperature dependence of electrical conductivity confirmed the semiconducting nature of the samples.  相似文献

本文构建了Li链为电极的富勒烯C20分子的电子输运模型, 使用非平衡格林函数方法(Non-equilibrium Green's function, NEGF)对构建的Li电极和C20分子构成的分子器件进行了电子输运性质的计算. 计算得出了电子透射谱和电流电压曲线, 分析了产生这个分子器件电子输运性质的原因. 研究计算结果发现,大部分能量的电子是不会穿过器件的, 即使考虑不同偏压,能穿过器件的电子都集中在几个固定的能量上, 且在这几个固定能量上透过率比较高. 计算得出的伏安曲线说明在偏压为1.925V时电流达到最大, 只有在这个偏压周围才有相对明显的电流.  相似文献

Two silver salts, silver tetrafluoroborate and silver trifluoromethanesulfonate were dissolved in two different room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), 1-Butyl-3 methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Bmim][BF4]) and 1-Butyl-1 methyl pyrrolidinium trifluoromethanesulfonate ([Bmpy][Tfms]). Triton x-100 (TX-100) surfactant and cyclohexane as nonpolar medium are used to dissolve these RTILs to create reverse micellar system. Pure reverse micellar system is characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurement. These pure RTIL reverse micellar systems are used to prepare stable silver nanoparticle solution without using any other auxiliary solvent in the whole process.  相似文献

Cesium containing glass with solid metal electrodes was used as a Cs atom source in a high vacuum system. A silver anode provides an injection source of highly mobile ions which sweep Cs to the cathode surface, from which they evaporate into the vacuum. Cathode metallization with finger patterns was used leaving bare glass for Cs evaporation. Laser absorption measurements show Cs vapor generation synchronous with an applied DC voltage.  相似文献

Based on ambient atmosphere scanning tunneling microscope (STM) technique, scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) combined with statistics analysis was developed to investigate the single-molecule conductance of various kinds of molecules which were self-assembled on the Au (1 1 1). Conductance histograms obtained from current-voltage curves revealed well-defined peaks at integer multiples of a fundamental conductance and were used to identify the conductance of a single molecule. The conductances of saturated molecules like 1,8-octanedithol and hexanethiocyanate were found to be 0.072 × 10−4G0 and 0.06 × 10−4G0 respectively and 0.23 × 10−4G0 and 0.13 × 10−4G0 for unsaturated molecules like 5,5′-dithiol- 2,2′,5′,2″-terthiophene and 4,4′-dithio-tert(phenylene ethylene).  相似文献

Selective π-complexation capabilities of silver(I) and copper(I) ions can be effectively facilitated in ionic liquids. To understand the effects of environmental factors that influence the π-complexation of these metal ions with analytes, techniques that employ small volumes of ionic liquid that can be readily analyzed are desired. In this study, headspace single drop microextraction coupled with HPLC is used to investigate a diverse set of environmental factors on the metal ion-mediated complexation with aromatic compounds in ionic liquid media. Silver(I) and copper(I) bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide salts were both studied by dissolving them in the 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide ionic liquid and employing the mixture as extraction media for aromatic compounds. Water and acetonitrile within the sample solution were observed to interfere with the complexation of silver(I) ions and aromatic compounds, while ethylene glycol and triethylene glycol did not. The temperature and extraction times were optimized to fully facilitate the π-complexation capabilities of metal ions in ionic liquid media. Partition coefficients between the sample headspace and metal ion were determined using a three-phase equilibria model. Although no discernable difference in analyte partitioning between the headspace and ionic liquid solvent was observed, analyte partition coefficients to silver(I) ion tended to be greater compared to copper(I) ion.  相似文献
