Organobentonites were synthesized by treating Na-bentonites (Wyomingand Re?adiye) with cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) using ion exchangemethod. The difference in the basal spacing by 0.65 Å and a higher massloss by 13.32% of organobentonite (Wyoming) in the temperature range 200–550°Ccomparing with that of organobentonite (Re?adiye) were in conformitywith the CEC values of organobentonites. The HOH stretching and bending peaksof bentonites became sharper following the treatment with the organo-cation.The intensity decrease of the Al–OH band for organobentonite (Re?adiye)and in particular, the significantly higher amount of m-cresolretained by the organobentonite of lower CEC than that by the organobentonite(Wyoming) indicate the influence of the CP cation on the adsorption process.  相似文献

In the present paper, an implicit time accurate approach combined with multigrid, preconditioning and residual smoothing is used for the large-eddy simulation (LES) of low Mach number flow. In general, due to the restriction imposed on the time step by the physics of the flow, the advantage of an implicit method over an explicit one for LES is not obvious. It is shown that for the test cases considered in this paper, the present approach allows an efficiency gain of a factor 4–7 compared to the use of a purely explicit approach. The efficiency varies according to the test case, grid clustering, physical time step and requested residual drop. Numerical difficulties are catalogued and mitigatory procedures are introduced. Several problems with available experimental and DNS data are employed to verify the efficiency of the method.  相似文献

Electron temperature and ion density are measured in an air microwave-induced plasma (2450 MHz) by means of a floating double probe. A 'cinetic scheme for ion formation and decay is set up, and a relationship between atomic oxygen and ion densities is obtained. From this relationship an order-of-magnitude of atomic oxygen concentration in the discharge is derived and compared with results obtained by optical actinometry in another work.  相似文献

The metal ion distribution on the two metal sites of monoclinic Mn1?xCux(HCOO)2 · 2(H,D)2O mixed crystals are studied by infrared and Raman spectroscopic methods. The spectral regions 3 200–3 400 cm?1 (vOH), 2 875–2 990 cm?1 (vCH), 2 330–2 500 cm?1 (vOD of matrix isolated HDO molecules), 1 350–1 400 cm?1 (symmetric CO2 stretching modes), 570–950 cm?1 (H2O librations), and 490 cm?1 (M? O lattice modes) are mostly sensitive to the metal ions present. The frequency shifts of these bands with increasing content of copper show that Cu2+ prefers the M(1) site, coordinated by HCOO? only. The strengths of the hydrogen bonds increase on going from manganese to copper formate, due to the increased synergetic effect of Cu2+. Solubility and X-ray data of the mixed crystals are included. Irrespective of the same crystal structure, two series of mixed crystals are formed: eutonic area at 0.65 ≥ x ≥ 0.5.  相似文献

The interaction of carbenium ion pairs with silica is studied by means of UV-spectroscopy, electrokinetic and adsorption measurements using triphenylmethyl derivatives, (RC6H4)3CX, (X=F, Cl, Br, SCN, OH; R=Cl, I, H, CH3, C(CH3)3, OCH3, N(CH3)2) in interaction with silica particles suspended in 1,2-dichloroethane. The adsorption of triarylmethyl-halides onto silica is accompanied by the heterolytic dissociation of the tertiary carbonhalogen bond. The degree of ionization depends on the basicity of the counter anion and acidity of the cation, respectively. The influences of both concentration and structure of triarylmethyl halides on the zeta-potential are discussed with regard to steric and electronic factor. The zeta-potential values of the adsorbates decrease significantly, as compared with the free silica surface, from a certain triarylmethyl halide concentration where ionization takes place, to a constant level which is characteristic of the carbenium ion pair. These constant zeta-potential values of the adsorbates depend on the basicity of the counter ion and the p Hammett constants of the ring substitutents, with exclusion of sterically hindered substituents and salt derivatives, e.g., crystal violet and malachite green.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to study the desalination of brackish water using a new ion exchange membrane, made from sulfochlorated polyethersulfone (Cl‐PES), and crosslinked using aminated polyethersulfone (NH2‐PES) as a crosslinking reagent. This membrane, named ClNH2 membrane, has been obtained by reaction between Cl‐PES with 1.3 SO2Cl groups per monomer unit and 0.2 equivalent amount of NH2‐PES. ClNH2 membrane has been characterized in terms of contact angle, transport number, intrinsic conductivity, and water uptake (as a function of temperature). Electrodialysis performances of the newly synthetized membranes have been measured using an electrodialysis cell at a laboratory scale and compared to commercial membranes. All the experiments have been performed using synthetic brackish water solutions prepared from sodium chloride salts with different concentrations (varying from 0.5 to 5.0 g/L). The concentration of different water samples obtained has been found to be below the amount recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for drinking water.  相似文献
