1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectral analysis of substituted 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐pyrido[1,2‐a]pyrimidines

The NMR spectroscopic data of a series of thirty‐four 3‐acylpyrido[1,2‐a]pyrimidinium salts are analyzed, which were prepared as either perchlorates or chlorides. Methyl group substituted 3‐aroyltetrahydropyrido[1,2‐a]pyrimidines with the methyl substituent in positions 6, 8 and 9 as well as both in positions 6 and 8 were investigated bearing various aroyl substituents. Unequivocal assignment of all resonances was achieved via two‐dimensional ¹H,¹H‐COSY measurements, ¹H,¹³C and ¹H,¹⁵N HSQC as well as HMBC experiments, and important diagnostic CH and NH couplings in the heteroaromatic ring system are evaluated. The influence of the methyl substituents was analyzed on the proton, carbon and nitrogen shifts. A significant effect of the counter ion on some chemical shifts of the nuclei under discussion of the pyridopyrimidines is found, allowing the indirect detection of the anion, which is confirmed by direct measurement of the ³⁵Cl nucleus of the perchlorates. Application of the Salicylate Ion Electrode for the Monitoring of the Electroreduction of Salicylic Acid

Abstract

An ion selective electrode is described for measuring the unreacted salicylate ion concentration during the electroreduction of salicylic acid. Conditions for making measurements are discussed.     

Development of a test strip based on DNA-functionalized gold nanoparticles for rapid detection of mercury(II) ions

A rapid,sensitive,selective and reliable strip assay based on DNA-functionalized gold nanoparticles for Hg²⁺ detection has been developed,with a detection limit 5 nmol/L.The measurement principle was based on thymine-Hg²⁺-thymine(T-Hg²⁺-T) coordination chemistry and streptavidin-biotin interaction.The major advantages of this assay are that results can be read visually without any instrument in less than 10 min and that it does not require any sample pretreatment.

本文考虑了一价铝离子双激发干扰态３ｐ４ｓ＾１ｐ１＾０对ｓｎｐ＾１Ｐ１＾０Ｒｙｄｂｅｒｇ序列的强相互作用，多组态ＨＦＲ自洽场方法计算了Ａ１Ⅱ３ｓｎｐ＾１Ｐ１０（ｎ＝３－１０）序列能级的辐射寿命，与已有的实验和理论计算结果进行了比较，结果表明该序列能级寿命随主量子数ｎ呈现非单调变化。     

Cd3Al2Ge3O12:Mn2+锗酸盐石榴石光谱性质

本文报道室温下Cd₃Al₂Ge₃O₁₂:Mn²⁺(简称CAGG:Mn²⁺)锗酸盐石榴石的漫反射光谱、激发和发射光谱.在UV光激发下,在CAGG中Mn²⁺离子发射强黄光,这是基质到Mn²⁺离子无辐射能量传递的结果.Mn²⁺的黄发射带是由一个弱的红带和一个强的绿带所组成.讨论了这两个Mn²⁺发射带的起因.     

Second-Harmonic Generation in Domain-Inverted Grating Induced by Focused Ion Beam

The fabrication of a periodic domain inversion in LiTaO₃ and LiNbO₃ using direct ion-beam writing is presented. The polarization of these materials can be reversed at room temperature by irradiating Si²⁺ ions into +c faces. A first-order periodic domain inversion with a 50% duty cycle, a depth of 300μ, and an interaction length of 1 mm was realized in LiTaO₃. Using this structure, 300μW of blue light was generated for a conversion efficiency of 0.25%/W.     

Temperature dependence of the linewidth of the first-order Raman spectra for MnF2 crystal

The first-order Raman spectra ofE _gandA _1g modes in MnF₂ crystal were measured at temperatures from 4.2 to 563 K, and the values of the linewidths obtained. The temperature dependence of the linewidths was analyzed by the phonon dispersion curves based on the rigid ion model, and the result showed that it was caused approximately by the cubic anharmonic term in crystal potential energy.     

均匀聚焦磁场中束晕-混沌的孤子控制

采用粒子.束核模型,对均匀聚焦磁场中满足K-V分布的离子束进行模拟研究.观察到束晕.混沌现象,基于束晕.混沌的非线性控制策略,提出控制束晕.混沌的孤子函数控制器,并给出具体的实施方案.模拟研究表明,运用这种方法可以消除束晕及其再生现象,达到对束晕.混沌的有效控制.
