刮膜蒸发器是通过旋转刮板强制成膜,可实现高黏度非牛顿流体类物料平稳蒸发的新型高效蒸发器.蒸发器内流体的流动、分布与传输机制直接决定了蒸发器的蒸发效率与功耗.不同于现有研究主要基于牛顿流体开展,本文针对不同黏度的非牛顿流体,建立蒸发器三维计算流体动力学模型,系统研究了蒸发器内的流场分布特性和成膜机理.结果表明:低黏非牛顿流体的流场分布特性和牛顿流体类似,物料可在壁面形成均匀且连续的液膜;随着黏度的增加,液膜的均匀性和连续性逐渐变差.通过对流场分布与传输形式的研究,结合液膜分布、速度分布、剪应变率分布,以及黏度分布进行对比分析发现,蒸发器内部结构与运行状态形成的剪切场与黏度分布是蒸发器良好成膜的关键.此外,提出对刮板前缘进行弯折可辅助高黏流体液膜铺展,并对最佳弯折角度进行探索.本研究为刮膜蒸发器的设计和应用提供了理论指导与依据. 相似文献

Start up of plane Couette flow and large amplitude oscillatory shear flow of single and multimode Maxwell fluids as well as Oldroyd-B fluids have been analyzed by analytical or semi-analytical procedures. The result of our analysis indicates that if a single or a multimode Maxwell fluid has a relaxation time comparable or smaller than the rate of change of force imparted on the fluid, then the fluid response is not singular as Elasticity Number (E ). However, if this is not the case, as E , perturbations of single and multimode Maxwell fluids give rise to highly oscillatory velocity and stress fields. Hence, their behavior is singular in this limit. Moreover, we have observed that transients in velocity and stresses that are caused by propagation of shear waves in Maxwell fluids are damped much more quickly in the presence of faster and faster relaxing modes. In addition, we have shown that the Oldroyd-B model gives rise to results quantitatively similar to multimode Maxwell fluids at times larger than the fastest relaxation time of the multimode Maxwell fluid. This suggests that the effect of fast relaxing modes is equivalent to viscous effects at times larger than the fastest relaxation time of the fluid. Moreover, the analysis of shear wave propagation in multimode Maxwell fluids clearly show that the dynamics of wave propagation are governed by an effective relaxation and viscosity spectra. Finally, no quasi-periodic or chaotic flows were observed as a result of interaction of shear waves in large amplitude oscillatory shear flows for any combination of frequency and amplitudes. 相似文献

Shear softening and thixotropic properties of wheat flour doughs are demonstrated in dynamic testing with a constant stress rheometer. We investigate the effect of temperature on the structure and shear response of a Σ11 asymmetric tilt grain boundary in a classical embedded-atom model of elemental copper using molecular dynamics simulations. As the temperature is increased the structure of the boundary disorders considerably, but with a boundary width that remains finite at the melting point. The disordering of the boundary structure becomes significant for homologous temperatures above 0.83 (1100?K). As temperature increases above this point the boundary width and roughness increases monotonically. Near the temperature where the boundary starts to disorder we observe a change in the temperature dependence of the ideal shear strength of the boundary, as well as the value of the coupling parameter β, defined as the ratio of the velocity of relative translation of the grains parallel to the boundary plane to that corresponding to the motion of the boundary normal to its plane. 相似文献

基于一阶剪切变形理论, 建立了分析均匀流中周期加筋层合板声振特性的理论模型. 该模型应用对流波动方程及边界条件精确考虑了均匀流与层合板的耦合作用, 加强筋通过法向线力及扭矩与层合板相互作用, 利用傅里叶波数变换和稳相法, 得到了位移谱和辐射声压的解析表达式. 计算结果与已有公开数据符合良好, 验证了模型的有效性. 数值结果表明, 在高频段不能忽略剪切变形和加强筋扭转运动的影响; 增大均匀流速度可降低结构的辐射声压; 适当调整板厚和加强筋间距可有效避开结构的辐射声压波峰.

The transitional turbulent regime in confined flow between a rotating and a stationary disc is studied using direct numerical
simulation. Besides its fundamental importance as a three-dimensional prototype flow, such flows frequently arise in many
industrial devices, especially in turbomachinary applications. The present contribution extends the DNS simulation into the
turbulent flow regime, to a rotational Reynolds number Re =3 × 105. An annular rotor-stator cavity of radial extension ΔR and height H, is considered with L = 4.72(L = ΔR/H) and Rm = 2.33 (Rm = (R
1+ R
0)/ΔR). The direct numerical simulation is performed by integrating the time-dependent Navier–Stokes equations until a statistically
steady state is reached. A three-dimensional spectral method is used with the aim of providing both very accurate instantaneous
fields and reliable statistical data. The instantaneous quantities are analysed in order to enhance our knowledge of the physics
of turbulent rotating flows. Also, the results have been averaged so as to provide target turbulence data for any subsequent
modelling attempts at reproducing the flow.

不同于混凝土材料,钢筋混凝土(RC)构件的破坏模式与机制更为复杂,采用混凝土材料尺寸效应理论难以描述构件的尺寸效应行为。我国相关规范中并没有系统考虑构件尺寸及纵筋率对RC梁抗剪承载力的影响。为研究剪跨比及纵筋率对无腹筋RC梁剪切破坏及抗剪强度尺寸效应的影响,采用三维细观数值模拟方法,建立了RC梁剪切破坏力学分析模型,研究了剪跨比及纵筋率对RC梁剪切破坏及抗剪强度尺寸效应的影响机制与规律。研究结果表明,RC梁抗剪强度表现出极为显著的尺寸效应现象;RC梁抗剪强度随剪跨比的增大而减小,随纵筋率的增大而增大;剪跨比较小时,纵筋率对抗剪强度的影响尤为显著。此外,基于Ba■ant材料层次尺寸效应律,提出了考虑剪跨比及纵筋率影响的RC梁抗剪强度尺寸效应理论公式。对比试验结果,验证了所提公式的准确性与合理性。 相似文献
