We present low stress cubic boron nitride (cBN) films with a transition layer deposited on the metal alloy substrates by tuned substrate radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The IR peak position of cubic boron nitride at 1006.3 cm−1, which is close to the stressless state, indicates that the film has very low internal stress. The TEM image shows that pure CBN phase exists on the surface of the film. Several phases of boron nitride were found at the medium implantation dose. It is believed that the transition from the low ordered phases to cBN phase occurred during implantation.  相似文献

 A micro extraction – spectrophotometric procedure is developed for the determination of bismuth in pharmaceutical formulations. The procedure is based on the extraction of tetraiodobismuthate(III) ion paired with benzyltributylammonium cation into chloroform. The application of Nile Blue as internal standard (IS) enabled good analytical performance for micro-scale analysis. The ratio between the absorbances measured at 491 nm (bismuth complex) and at 632 nm (IS) was taken as the analytical signal. The procedure was carried out in Eppendorf tubes, lowering significantly the use of reagents and the volume of organic solvent. In the calibration range up to 60 mgċl−1, the linear regression coefficient was 0.9999, the CV for 15 mgċl−1 and for 50 mgċl−1 Bi were 1.6% and 0.7% respectively. The results obtained in the analysis of pharmaceutical formulations were in good agreement with the results of EDTA titration method. Received November 25, 1999. Revision February 14, 2000.  相似文献

The molecular structure of 2,2-difluoroethanal (DFE) in the ground (S0) and lowest excited triplet (Ti) electronic states was investigated byab initio quantum-chemical methods. In the S0 state, the DFE molecule exists as the only stablecis conformer. The Ti↓S0 electronic excitation is accompanied by the rotation of the top and the deviation of the carbonyl fragment from planarity. For the DFE molecule in the Ti state, six minima corresponding to three pairs of enantiomers were found on the potential energy surface. Based on this potential energy surface, the problems on torsion and inversion nuclear motions were solved in the one- and two-dimensional approximations, and the interaction between these motions was revealed. It is common knowledge that pure alginate hydrogel is more likely to have weak mechanical strength, a lack of cell recognition sites, extensive swelling and uncontrolled degradation, and thus be unable to satisfy the demands of the ideal scaffold. To address these problems, we attempted to fabricate alginate/bacterial cellulose nanocrystals-chitosan-gelatin (Alg/BCNs-CS-GT) composite scaffolds using the combined method involving the incorporation of BCNs in the alginate matrix, internal gelation through the hydroxyapatite-d-glucono-δ-lactone (HAP-GDL) complex, and layer-by-layer (LBL) electrostatic assembly of polyelectrolytes. Meanwhile, the effect of various contents of BCNs on the scaffold morphology, porosity, mechanical properties, and swelling and degradation behavior was investigated. The experimental results showed that the fabricated Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds exhibited regular 3D morphologies and well-developed pore structures. With the increase in BCNs content, the pore size of Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds was gradually reduced from 200 μm to 70 μm. Furthermore, BCNs were fully embedded in the alginate matrix through the intermolecular hydrogen bond with alginate. Moreover, the addition of BCNs could effectively control the swelling and biodegradation of the Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds. Furthermore, the in vitro cytotoxicity studies indicated that the porous fiber network of BCNs could fully mimic the extracellular matrix structure, which promoted the adhesion and spreading of MG63 cells and MC3T3-E1 cells on the Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds. In addition, these cells could grow in the 3D-porous structure of composite scaffolds, which exhibited good proliferative viability. Based on the effect of BCNs on the cytocompatibility of composite scaffolds, the optimum BCNs content for the Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds was 0.2% (w/v). On the basis of good merits, such as regular 3D morphology, well-developed pore structure, controlled swelling and biodegradation behavior, and good cytocompatibility, the Alg/BCNs-CS-GT composite scaffolds may exhibit great potential as the ideal scaffold in the bone tissue engineering field.  相似文献

建立了气相色谱仪测定广藿香油中百秋李醇含量的方法。用毛细管色谱柱DB-5MS(30m×O.32mm.0.25μm),正十八烷为内标,氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,内标法定量。百秋李醇含量在0.2-2.0mg/mL范围内,百秋李醇峰面积和内标物峰面积之比与百秋李醇质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997。方法的检出限为1μg/mL,加标回收率为90.0%~100.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.22%(n=6)。研究表明,本法简便、快速、测定结果准确可靠,精密度优于外标法。  相似文献

The title reaction has been used as an example to test the importance of using a hindered rotor treatment instead of a harmonic oscillator model for calculating vibrational partition functions corresponding to low-frequency internal rotation modes. First, a normal-mode analysis according to the Ayala and Schlegel's algorithm has been used to identify the internal rotation modes of methanethiol and the transition state structure. Then, after calculation of the energy barrier for each internal rotation, the corresponding hindered rotor partition functions have been calculated following the CW scheme of Chuang and Truhlar. The results show that the anharmonic treatment produces a rather modest improvement of the rate constants at room temperature or below.  相似文献

Internal plasticization of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) using thermal azide‐alkyne Huisgen dipolar cycloaddition between azidized PVC and electron‐poor acetylenediamides incorporating a branched glutamic acid linker resulted in incorporation of four plasticizing moieties per attachment point on the polymer chain. A systematic study incorporating either alkyl or polyethylene glycol esters provided materials with varying degrees of plasticization, with depressed Tg values ranging from ?1 °C to 62 °C. Three interesting trends were observed. First, Tg values of PVC bearing various internal plasticizers were shown to decrease with increasing chain length of the plasticizing ester. Second, branched internal plasticizers bearing triethylene glycol chains had lower Tg values compared to those with similar length long‐chain alkyl groups. Finally, thermogravimetric analysis of these internally plasticized PVC samples revealed that these branched internal plasticizers bearing alkyl chains are more thermally stable than similarity branched plasticizers bearing triethylene glycol units.
