在氮气、氢气以及氯化铵热解产生的氨气环境下,以钴作为催化剂,在780℃—940℃温度范围内使二甲苯与二茂铁受热分解,合成了CNx纳米管.在高分辨率透射电子显微镜下观察,合成的纳米管呈现“锥形嵌套”的形貌特征.从不同结构的分子面形成能的角度探讨了CNx纳米管的催化生长机理.不同温度下所制备样品的拉曼光谱研究表明,ID/IG值可以反映氮的掺杂所带来的纳米管结晶有序程度的降低,并通过G带向高波数移动证实了氮的掺杂. 相似文献

为验证甘氨酰胺转甲酰基酶 (Glycinamideribonucleotidetransformylase ,GARTfase)催化的一碳单元转移反应是嘌呤“从头合成”过程中一个关键步骤的实验推测 ,用B3LYP方法 ,在 6 31G 基组水平上研究了GARTfase催化反应中水分子辅助的一碳单元转移机理 .该反应一共有两条可能的反应通道 :协同的 (patha)和分步的(pathb) ,计算表明 ,后者具有较低势垒 ,更占优势 .计算结果较好地证实了实验假设 ,并进一步表明 :水分子的参与能够缓解体系的张力 ,更有利于一碳单元转移反应的进行 . 相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,通过模拟MoO_3/Si界面反应,研究了MoO_x薄膜沉积中原子、分子的吸附、扩散和成核过程,从原子尺度阐明了缓冲层钼掺杂非晶氧化硅(a-SiO_x(Mo))物质的形成和机理.结果表明,在1500 K温度下, MoO_3/Si界面区由Mo, O, Si三种原子混合,可形成新的稳定的物相.热蒸发沉积初始时, MoO_3中的两个O原子和Si成键更加稳定,同时伴随着电子从Si到O的转移,钝化了硅表面的悬挂键. MoO_3中氧空位的形成能小于SiO_2中氧空位的形成能,使得O原子容易从MoO_3中迁移至Si衬底一侧,从而形成氧化硅层;替位缺陷中, Si替位MoO_3中的Mo的形成能远远大于Mo替位SiO_2中的Si的形成能,使得Mo容易掺杂进入氧化硅中.因此,在晶硅(100)面上沉积MoO_3薄膜时, MoO_3中的O原子先与Si成键,形成氧化硅层,随后部分Mo原子替位氧化硅中的Si原子,最终形成含有钼掺杂的非晶氧化硅层. 相似文献

RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶是参与新冠病毒进行RNA复制与转录的主要分子机器. 之前的实验研究表明瑞德西韦在模板链上时存在两次抑制作用,即不仅可以抑制与之互补的尿嘧啶核苷三磷酸的加成,还可以抑制下一位核苷三磷酸的加成. 然而,第二次抑制作用的分子机制尚未阐明. 本文运用了分子动力学模拟,发现瑞德西韦在模板链上的第二次抑制不是直接作用于核苷酸在活性位点的加成,而是源于瑞德西韦从+1位点到-1位点的迁移过程受到阻碍,这将导致活性位点无法空出,核苷三磷酸无法进入活性位点从而产物链的延长被终止. 首先,发现了基序B中G683会和瑞德西韦的1''-氰基相互作用,导致移位后态的RNA双链配对稳定性低于移位前态,从而使得瑞德西韦的移位在热力学上不易发生. 其次,由于瑞德西韦的1''-氰基在迁移过程中会与基序B的S682产生位阻,进一步从动力学上阻碍了瑞德西韦动态移位的发生. 本研究不仅揭示了基序B上两个相邻且高度保守的氨基酸可以调控瑞德西韦沿模板链的移位过程,同时,本文的发现也进一步完善了对瑞德西韦抑制新冠病毒RNA复制和转录的分子机制的理解. 相似文献

In theory,nanobubbles can stably exist with a lifetime of microseconds at most,but numerous experimental observations demonstrate that nanobubbles in bulk solution can be stable from hours to weeks.Although various conjectures on the stability mechanism of bulk nanobubbles,such as the contaminant mechanism,skin mechanism,surface zeta potential mechanism,are proposed,there has not yet been a unified conclusion.Since bulk nanobubbles show great potential in a wide spectrum of applications and are relevant to a number of unsolved questions on cavitation and nucleation,the debate over their stability mechanisms has been active.In the past,extensive studies have been carried out to understand the mechanism of nanobubble stability,and important insights have already been provided.This paper will provide a brief overview of our current understanding of the unexpected stability of bulk nanobubbles. 相似文献

The kinetics of oxidation of antibiotic drug, ampicillin (AMP) by diperiodatoargentate (III) (DPA) in alkaline medium at a constant ionic strength of 0.25‐mol dm?3 was studied spectrophotometrically. The reaction between DPA and AMP in alkaline medium exhibits 1:2 stoichiometry (AMP:DPA). The reaction is of first order in [DPA] and has less than unit order in both [AMP] and [alkali]. Added periodate retarded the rate of reaction and intervention of free radicals was observed in the reaction. The oxidation reaction in alkaline medium has been shown to proceed via a DPA–AMP complex, which decomposes slowly in a rate‐determining step followed by other fast steps to give the products. The main products were identified by spot test, IR and NMR studies. The reaction constants involved in the different steps of the mechanism are calculated. The activation parameters with respect to slow step of the mechanism were computed and discussed and thermodynamic quantities were also determined. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Silicon clusters embedded in a silicon dioxide matrix were prepared by ultrasound-assisted implantation resulting in a modified concentration of suboxide states as revealed by high-resolution photoelectron spectroscopy. It is suggested that ultrasound treatment results in formation of different interface structure between silicon cluster and silicon dioxide matrix which is characterized by a distinctly reduced concentration of the suboxide states. It is observed that photoluminescence properties are strongly correlated with the concentration of the suboxide states thereby providing an evidence that besides a quantum confinement effect a closer look at the chemical composition of the nc-Si/SiO2 system is important. 相似文献

By adding magnetic powders into matrix material, it has been proved to be a creative approach to improve tribological properties of brake materials. In this paper, a novel magnetic brake material with Nd–Fe–B and nano-Fe3O4 was developed, and the influential mechanism of these two magnetic powders and their content on the friction and wear performance was deeply discussed. Firstly, some experiments were carried out to investigate the tribological performance and influential mechanisms of four groups of brake pad samples with different magnetic powders. Furthermore, based on these results, further experiments for investigating the influence that Nd–Fe–B contents have on the tribological properties were conducted. According to the theoretical analysis about experiments, it was concluded that nano-Fe3O4 is beneficial to promote the formation of friction film and has certain lubricant effects. However, Nd–Fe–B has double effects on the formation of friction film. It will have positive effects when its content is less than a certain value. Otherwise, it will destroy the structure of friction film. Conclusively, it is believed that this study will be significantly valuable and meaningful for developing new brake materials and improving safety reliability of mechanical brakes. 相似文献
