药物释放环境对层状复合氢氧化物载体的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以层状复合氢氧化物(LDH)为载体用离子交换法制取乙酰苯甲酸(ASP)的插层复合物LDH-ASP, 通过体外释放实验和固相XRD、FT-IR、TEM、TG-DSC及BET-N2比表面积表征, 研究了药物释放环境对载体结构的影响. 结果表明释放环境pH为4.30-6.89时, 载体的层状特征减弱但晶体类型不变; pH为2.48-4.30时, H2PO-4对LDH的嫁接反应引起层状化合物向复杂磷酸盐转化; 随环境pH由6.89降低至2.48, 载体纯度下降, 晶态性征减弱,微孔吸附活性降低.  相似文献

An electrically neutral cobalt complex, [Co(GA)2(phen)] (GA=glycollic acid, phen=1,10‐phenathroline), was synthesized and its interactions with double‐stranded DNA (dsDNA) were studied by using electrochemical methods on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). We found that [Co(GA)2(phen)] could intercalate into the DNA duplex through the planar phen ligand with a high binding constant of 6.2(±0.2)×105 M ?1. Surface studies showed that the cobalt complex could electrochemically accumulate within the modified dsDNA layer, rather than within the single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) layer. Based on this feature, the complex was applied as a redox‐active hybridization indicator to detect 18‐base oligonucleotides from the CaMV35S promoter gene. This biosensor presented a very low background signal during hybridization detection and could realize the detection over a wide kinetic range from 1.0×10?14 M to 1.0×10?8 M , with a low detection limit of 2.0 fM towards the target sequences. The hybridization selectivity experiments further revealed that the complementary sequence, the one‐base‐mismatched sequence, and the non‐complementary sequence could be well‐distinguished by the cobalt‐complex‐based biosensor.  相似文献

利用模板法在氧化铟锡(ITO)电极表面制备了三维有序多孔结构的金掺杂纳米Ti O2薄膜修饰电极(3DOM GTD/ITO),并在此修饰电极上成功固定小牛胸腺DNA(ct DNA),从而构建了一种新型的DNA生物传感器(DNA/3DOM GTD/ITO),并通过透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对修饰电极的表面形貌进行表征。采用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)法研究了ct DNA在3DOM GTD/ITO修饰电极表面的固定情况,结果表明,ct DNA已被成功地固定在3DOM GTD/ITO修饰电极表面。采用循环伏安法、微分脉冲伏安法等电化学方法研究了抗肿瘤药物槲皮素(Qu)在3DOM GTD/ITO修饰电极表面的电化学性质及与ct DNA的相互作用。结果表明,Qu在3DOM GTD/ITO修饰电极表面有1对准可逆的氧化还原峰,其氧化还原反应为2电子和2质子的转移过程。Qu可与固定在修饰电极上的ct DNA发生较强的结合作用,其结合常数(K)为3.61×106L/mol。循环伏安实验、紫外-可见吸收光谱、分子荧光光谱、圆二色性光谱均表明Qu与ct DNA之间的相互作用模式为嵌插作用。Qu与ct DNA的碱基结合具有序列选择性,对Qu与聚(d G-d C)及聚(d A-d T)的结合常数进行计算,得到结合常数比K(d G-d C)/K(d A-d T)=3.5,表明Qu与ct DNA发生嵌插作用时更倾向于结合在GC富集区域。  相似文献

通过测量咖啡酸锗(CAA-Ge)的荧光强度,并比较加入鲱鱼精DNA(hsDNA)后的荧光光谱和吸收光谱,以及循环伏安曲线变化,判断两者的作用方式,得到两者的本征结合常数达到5.23×104L.mol-1,且一个CAA-Ge分子可同时与6个hsDNA碱基对发生作用。并通过改变体系,进一步证明了两者的键合方式为嵌入和静电吸引为主的混合方式。  相似文献

Geometrical and electronic structures of C35X fullerenes with , N and Si as substitutional dopants have been studied. Three non-equivalent sites in the D6h structure of C36 have been considered for the substitution. We have found that the dopant has a strong tendency to substitute at sites where the carbon atom contributes significantly to the frontier orbitals of C36 and has the weakest interaction with its nearest-neighbor atoms. The relative stability of C35Si and C35B (C35N) has been investigated and high chemical reactivity of C35Si has been predicted. Received 8 July 1999 and Received in final form 4 October 1999  相似文献

In this contribution we report studies on the nature of binding of a small ligand/drug Nile blue (NB) with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micelles, bis-(2-ethylehexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT)/isooctane reverse micelles (RM) and a genomic DNA extracted from Salmon sperm. With detailed steady state and picosecond resolved optical spectroscopic techniques, we examined the fluorescence quenching of the ligand upon complexation with the SDS monomers and DNA. Polarization analyzed picosecond-resolved fluorescence measurements reveal geometrical restriction on the probe in SDS micelles, AOT-RM and DNA. Steady state and time resolved studies on the probe in nanocages of AOT RM with various degrees of hydration (w0) reveal the existence of NB as two distinct species namely, neutral and cationic. This study confirms that the emission of NB in aqueous micelles and DNA solution is due to the cationic form of the drug. Our experiments clearly identified non-specific electrostatic and intercalative modes of interaction of the probe with the DNA at lower and higher DNA concentrations respectively. The nature of binding of NB in presence of the DNA and SDS micelles reveals that the binding affinity of the probe is higher with the micelles than with the DNA. The complex rigidity of NB with DNA and its fluorescence quenching with DNA elucidate a strong recognition mechanism between NB and DNA.  相似文献

The need for clean and efficient energy storage has become the center of attention due to the eminent global energy crisis and growing ecological concerns. A key component in this effort is the ultra-high performance battery, which will play a major role in the energy industry. To meet the demands in portable electronic devices, electric vehicles, and large-scale energy storage systems, it is necessary to prepare advanced batteries with high safety, fast charge ratios, and discharge capabilities at a low cost. Cathode materials play a significant role in determining the performance of batteries. Among the possible electrode materials is vanadium pentoxide, which will be discussed in this review, due to its low cost and high theoretical capacity. Additionally, aqueous electrolytes, which are environmentally safe, provide an alternative approach compared to organic media for safe, cost-effective, and scalable energy storage. In this review, we will reveal the industrial potential of competitive methods to grow cathodes with excellent stability and enhanced electrochemical performance in aqueous media and lay the foundation for the large-scale production of electrode materials.  相似文献

The structure and superconducting properties of high temperature hydrogenated calcium-graphite intercalation compound, CaC6 have been investigated using room temperature X-ray diffraction, and temperature and field dependence of magnetisation. It is found that the hydrogenation can only decompose the CaC6 phase, and generate a mixture of CaH2 and graphite as the final compound. The hydrogenation of CaC6 also reveals a degradation of its superconducting properties. The experimental results are discussed in detail and it is found that the formation of stable CaH2 and deintercalation are the main source for observed phase separation and suppression in superconductivity.  相似文献

Carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR)–based nanocomposites with varying amounts of nanokaolin were produced by latex stage mixing. Sonication of the unmodified kaolin and the technique adopted for the preparation of the composite have helped to get a uniform dispersion of clay in XNBR matrix. Nanokaolin caused enhancement in the mechanical properties of the composites. Proper dispersion of the clay particles, partial exfoliation/intercalation of clay, and interaction of clay with the polar rubber latex made nanokaolin good reinforcing filler in XNBR latex. Swelling studies conducted in methyl ethyl ketone showed a decrease in the swelling index and solvent uptake confirming the hindrance exerted by clay and the possible clay–rubber interaction. Increase in complex modulus obtained from the strain sweep analysis is a further evidence for better rubber filler interaction. The composites were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

Excessive UV solar radiation exposure causes human health risks; therefore, the study of multifunctional filters is important to skin UV protective ability and also to other beneficial activities to the human organism, such as reduction of reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsible for cellular damages. Potential multifunctional filters were obtained by intercalating of ferulate anions into layered simple metal hydroxides (LSH) through anion exchange and precipitation at constant pH methods. Ultrasound treatment was used in order to investigate the structural changes in LSH-ferulate materials. Structural and spectroscopic analyses show the formation of layered materials composed by a mixture of LSH intercalated with ferulate anions, where carboxylate groups of ferulate species interact with LSH layers. UV-VIS absorption spectra and in vitro SPF measurements indicate that LSH-ferulate systems have UV shielding capacity, mainly UVB protection. The results of reactive species assays show the ability of layered compounds in capture DPPH, ABTS•+, ROO, and HOCl/OCl reactive species. LSH-ferulate materials exhibit antioxidant activity and singular optical properties that enable their use as multifunctional filters.  相似文献
