We present low stress cubic boron nitride (cBN) films with a transition layer deposited on the metal alloy substrates by tuned substrate radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. The films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The IR peak position of cubic boron nitride at 1006.3 cm−1, which is close to the stressless state, indicates that the film has very low internal stress. The TEM image shows that pure CBN phase exists on the surface of the film. Several phases of boron nitride were found at the medium implantation dose. It is believed that the transition from the low ordered phases to cBN phase occurred during implantation.  相似文献

Boron-doped diamond (BDD) films are excellent electrode materials, whose electrochemical activity for some analytes can be tuned by controlling their surface termination, most commonly either to predominantly hydrogen or oxygen. This tuning can be accomplished by e.g. suitable cathodic or anodic electrochemical pretreatments. Recently, it has been shown that amorphous carbon nitride (a-CNx) films may present electrochemical characteristics similar to those of BDD, including the influence of surface termination on their electrochemical activity toward some analytes. In this work, we report for the first time a complete electroanalytical method using an a-CNx electrode. Thus, an a-CNx film deposited on a stainless steel foil by DC magnetron sputtering is proposed as an alternative electrode for the simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA) in synthetic biological samples by square-wave voltammetry. The obtained results are compared with those attained using a BDD electrode. For both electrodes, a same anodic pretreatment in 0.1 mol L−1 KOH was necessary to attain an adequate and equivalent separation of the DA and AA oxidation potential peaks of about 330 mV. The detection limits obtained for the simultaneous determination of these analytes using the a-CNx electrode were 0.0656 μmol L−1 for DA and 1.05 μmol L−1 for AA, whereas with the BDD electrode these values were 0.283 μmol L−1 and 0.968 μmol L−1, respectively. Furthermore, the results obtained in the analysis of the analytes in synthetic biological samples were satisfactory, attesting the potential application of the a-CNx electrode in electroanalysis.  相似文献

Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous (3DOM) monoclinic InVO4 and its supported chromia (yCrOx/3DOM InVO4, y denotes as the weight percentage of Cr2O3, y = 5, 10, 15, and 20 wt%) photocatalysts were fabricated using the ascorbic acid-assisted polymethyl methacrylate-templating and incipient wetness impregnation methods, respectively. Physicochemical properties of the materials were characterized by means of a number of analytical techniques. Photocatalytic activities of the samples were evaluated for the degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) in the presence of H2O2 under visible-light illumination. Compared to 3DOM InVO4 and 15CrOx/bulk InVO4, yCrOx/3DOM InVO4 showed much better visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance for RhB degradation, with the 15CrOx/3DOM InVO4 sample performing the best. It is concluded that the CrOx loading, higher surface area and surface oxygen vacancy density and lower bandgap energy as well as the better quality of 3DOM structure were responsible for the good photocatalytic performance of 15CrOx/3DOM InVO4 for the degradation of RhB.  相似文献

氮化碳(graphitic carbon nitride,g-CN)作为一种非金属半导体材料已被广泛应用于多种能源相关领域研究中。目前由于制备高质量g-CN薄膜的困难,大大限制了其在实际器件上的应用。本文中,我们报道了一种可制备高光学质量gCN薄膜的方法:即由三聚氰胺先通过热聚合制备本体g-CN粉末,再由本体g-CN粉末经过气相沉积在ITO导电玻璃或钠钙玻璃基底上制备g-CN薄膜。扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜的测量结果表明在ITO玻璃基底上形成的g-CN薄膜形貌结构均一且致密,厚度约为300nm。扫描电镜能量色散能谱和X射线光电子能谱测量结果表明在ITO玻璃基底上制备的g-CN薄膜的化学组成与本体g-CN粉末的化学组成基本一致。同时,我们发现制备的g-CN薄膜和本体g-CN粉末一样在光照射下可以有效降解亚甲基蓝染料。此外,我们还测量了制备的g-CN薄膜的稳态吸收光谱、稳态荧光光谱、荧光寿命和价带谱,并运用吸收光谱和价带谱数据确定了其能带结构。  相似文献

Cross‐coupling reactions mediated by dual nickel/photocatalysis are synthetically attractive but rely mainly on expensive, non‐recyclable noble‐metal complexes as photocatalysts. Heterogeneous semiconductors, which are commonly used for artificial photosynthesis and wastewater treatment, are a sustainable alternative. Graphitic carbon nitrides, a class of metal‐free polymers that can be easily prepared from bulk chemicals, are heterogeneous semiconductors with high potential for photocatalytic organic transformations. Here, we demonstrate that graphitic carbon nitrides in combination with nickel catalysis can induce selective C?O cross‐couplings of carboxylic acids with aryl halides, yielding the respective aryl esters in excellent yield and selectivity. The heterogeneous organic photocatalyst exhibits a broad substrate scope, is able to harvest green light, and can be recycled multiple times. In situ FTIR was used to track the reaction progress to study this transformation at different irradiation wavelengths and reaction scales.  相似文献
