Solid-phase extraction-liquid chromatography-fluorimetry for organotin speciation in natural waters

Summary A method is reported for the determination of dibutyltin (DBT), diphenyltin (DPhT), tributyltin (TBT), and triphenyltin (TPhT) species at the nanogram per litre concentration level in natural water samples. Analytes were isolated from samples by solid-phase extraction and analysed both off-line and on-line by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with post-column derivatization and fluorimetric detection. Several SPE cartridges and eluents were evaluated; C₁₈ enrichment and elution with a mixture of methanol, acetic acid, and water was found most suitable. Preconcentration factors up to 250 can be achieved when a 500-mL sample is processed. Detection limits, recovery rates, and the precision of the whole process have been determined. The method has been applied to the determination of organotin species in spiked natural water samples collected on the NW Mediterranean coast. Recovery rates range from 75 to 110% and detection limits are at the low ng L⁻¹ level (1–3 ng Sn L⁻¹ for DPhT, DBT, and PhT and 40 ng Sn L⁻¹ for TBT when 250 mL spiked sea water is processed.)     

铁系元素冠醚配合物的研究——Ⅱ. 铁系氯化物与4''-碘苯并-15-冠-5固态配合物的合成与性质

对碱金属、希土与苯并-15-冠-5冠醚配合物的研究指出,4′-取代单苯并冠醚的阳离子配合物的稳定性及其他性质,受取代基电子效应的影响,给电性取代基可增加芳醚氧原子上的电子密度,改变冠氧的极性,从而影响其配位能力,扩大希土配合物之间性质上的差别,达到分离的目的。对于铁系元素,文献报导甚少。我们继Ⅰ之后,又合成了三氯化铁水合物与4′-碘苯并-15-冠-5固态配合物,并研究了其性质。     

Graph—theoretical approach to the calculation of physico-chemical properties of polymers

A topological extrapolation method for the calculation of various properties (melting points, refractive indices, specific rotation, etc.) of infinite linear polymers is developed. The rapid convergence of the oligomer extrapolation series results in very good agreement between calculated and experimental values. Comparison between the proposed method and other empirical or semi-empirical methods (the group addition method and the Pade-approximation) is also presented.     

中药片仔癀,六味地黄丸中的微量铬,铅和镉石墨炉原子吸收法测定

本文采用ＧＦ－ＡＡＳ加平台技术，基体改进剂，测定了中药片仔癀，六味地黄丸中铬、铅和镉的含量，铬、铅和镉的线性范围分别为０－０．８ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０－５０ｎｇ／ｍＬ，０－５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，回收率分别为１０２－１０３％，９９－１０１％，９７．５－９８％，本方法简便快速、准确。     

AlCn及AlC+n(n=1-4)原子簇的理论研究

用ab initio能量解析梯度法，在UHF（RHF）／3－21G水平上优化得到AlCn，AlCn+（n＝1～3）的四十三个构型，在RHF（UHF）／3－21G水平上优化得到AlC4，AlC4+的二十六个构型，CISD能量．从能量角度所研究的AlCn，AlCn+（n=1～4）构型中，最稳定的构型均是线性构型，且Al全都在端点上，同文献报导的理论和实验结果相一致．此外，还研究了原子簇的离子化能，原子平均结合能以及原子簇的碎片化通道和碎片化能，并计算了上述最稳定构型的谐振动光谱常数．     

The ionization of perchloric and hydrofluoric acids in aqueous solution

Cyclical bifurcated hydrogen bonded structures are proposed for aqueous solutions of hydrofluoric acid and for the bifluoride ion which are consistent with the spectral data. The structure proposed for HF is also applicable to solutions in organic solvents. Raman spectra of tetramethylguanidinium perchlorate suggest that the corresponding Raman spectra of perchloric acid solutions may not be interpreted in terms of a completely dissociated acid. Other evidence including activity coefficient, heat capacity and partial molal volume data suggest that there is some association in relatively dilute perchloric acid solutions between the perchlorate ion and the hydrated proton. This association decreases in concentrated aqueous solutions.     

2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖的制备及其性能研究

以脱乙酰度为95.37%的壳聚糖(CTS)为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为改性剂,于80℃反应12 h合成了水溶性季铵盐2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)。HACC的吸水保水性是CTS的2倍～3倍,加入化妆品中培养2周后菌落总数少于100 CFU.g-1。     

透明导电玻璃(ITO)基材自加热传感静态芯片聚合酶链反应(PCR)

利用商品化ITO玻璃导电层的温阻效应, 无需任何微加工手段, 实现了自加热和传感的芯片温度自动程序控制, 最大程度地减小了传感滞后对温度控制稳定性的影响, 温度控制的稳定性达到了0.2 ℃, 升温速度最快可达20 ℃/s以上, 在冷却风扇辅助下降温速度最快达到了8 ℃/s. 芯片温控单元的引线从传统的两对(一对用于传感, 一对用于加热)减少为一对. 通过在该芯片上直接构建多个开放微池反应器的方法成功地实现了λDNA 157 bp片段的并行扩增. 将该芯片置于倒置荧光显微镜样品台上, 以蓝色(575 nm)发光二极管为光源, 以光电倍增管为检测手段检测了dsDNA和SYBR Green Ⅰ嵌合物的荧光强度随温度的实时变化曲线.
