Electroluminescent(EL) devices have been fabricated using four different polymers with different glass transition temperatures (Tg) dispersed with N,N′-bis-(3-methylphenyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (TPD) as a hole transport layer and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) as an emitting layer. It was found that the higher the Tg of the polymer, the longer the lifetime of the device. From observations of TPD-doped polymer films with optical microscope and atomic force microscope, dispersing TPD in the polymers was found to suppress the crystallization that causes the roughness of the film surface. It was also observed that the higher the Tg of the host polymers, the more difficult TPD crystallization was. The property of the EL device with polyethersulfone (PES) dispersed with TPD was also investigated. The lifetime of EL device with the TPD doped PES film was improved more than five times at a current density below 10 mA/cm2 compared with the device with a conventional TPD hole transport layer. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Dissociation behavior of poly(α‐hydroxy acrylic acid) (PHA) was investigated by potentiometric titration in the presence of NaCl and/or divalent metal chlorides. It was found that pH values of PHA aqueous solutions increased with time when the degree of dissociation, α, is high (α ≧ 0.5 for NaCl system) and decreased in the lower α region (α < 0.5 for NaCl). The increase of pH was attributed to lactone ring formation that occurs between a carboxyl group and a neighbor hydroxyl group upon protonation to the former, and the decrease of pH to an induction effect by lactone ring to −COOH group. The pH‐increasing process was analyzed by assuming it being of a first order to obtain a time constant. On the basis of time constant thus estimated and pKa values for divalent counterion systems, a correlation between counterion binding and lactone ring formation was discussed. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The aqueous and hydroalcoholic extracts of borage (Borago officinalis) leaves from Annaba region (Algeria) were preliminary analyzed for their phenolic profile (total phenolics, total flavonoids, total flavonols, total tannins and total anthocyanins). These extracts were evaluated for their antioxidant properties by different methods such as DPPH radical scavenging, test NBT and total antioxidant activity. The two extracts have exhibited a high antiradical capacity. Indeed, the ethanolic extract showed the lower IC50 values and the highest amount of phenolics (94.09 ± 1.72 mg gallic acid/g dry extract). Using LC-MS/MS analysis, it was possible to identify phenolic acids, flavonoids, sterol and for the first time oleuropein was identified in the aqueous extract of the plant. The obtained results have demonstrated that phenolic compounds are the major contributor to the antioxidant activity of plants.  相似文献

本文采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理方法,分别计算了120 GPa的压力范围内钇铝石榴石理想晶体和含氧空位点缺陷晶体的光学性质.计算数据表明:(1)在120 GPa的压力范围内其理想晶体和含2+价氧离子空位(形成能最低)的缺陷晶体在可见光区不存在光吸收(是透明的).(2)压力加载将导致其反射谱峰值强度降低,且空位缺陷的存在使其峰值强度进一步减弱.这些结果对进一步实验有重要的参考价值.  相似文献

Self-vulcanizing blends of phenol hydroxy silicone rubber(PHSR)and fluoroelastomer(FPM)were prepared. Three new alkaloids, 2′‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐11‐hydroxyvincoside lactam ( 1 ), 22‐O‐demethyl‐22‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosylisocorynoxeine ( 2 ), and (4S)‐corynoxeine N‐oxide ( 3 ) were isolated from the leaves of Uncaria rhynchophylla, together with four known tetracyclic oxindole or indole alkaloids, isocorynoxeine N‐oxide ( 4 ), rhynchophylline N‐oxide ( 5 ), isorhynchophylline N‐oxide ( 6 ), and dihydrocorynantheine ( 7 ), and an indole alkaloid glycoside, strictosidine ( 8 ). The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, ESI‐TOF‐MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, as well as CD experiments. The activity assay showed that 8 (IC50=8.3 μM ) exhibited potent inhibitory activity on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)‐induced nitrogen monoxide (NO) release in N9 microglia cells. However, only weak inhibitory activities were observed for 1 – 7 (IC50>100 μM for 1 – 6 or >30 μM for 7 ).  相似文献

The monoclinic form of FeOHSO4 was prepared by dehydration of FeSO4·7H2O. We show that reversible insertion of up to 1Li/f.u. is possible in this compound at an average voltage of 3.2 V. The insertion/deinsertion is a biphasic process. The high voltage plateau, a reversible capacity of 110 mAh/g after 20 cycles and good cycling behavior make this compound an attractive positive electrode material for rechargeable Li-ion batteries, suggesting also that transition metal sulphates need to be explored.  相似文献

A chiral O‐linked C2‐symmetric bidentate phosphoramidite (Me‐BIPAM) was found to be efficient for the ruthenium‐catalyzed addition of arylboronic acids to isatins. Asymmetric synthesis of 3‐aryl‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐oxindoles by 1,2‐addition of arylboronic acids to isatins was carried out in the presence of [RuCl2(PPh3)3]/(R,R)‐Me‐BIPAM and KF, resulting in an enantioselectivity as high as 90 % ee. It was found that the reaction with N‐protected isatins proceeds with high yields and good enantioselectivities. The best protective groups on the nitrogen atom were different depending on the substituents on the aromatic ring. The use of a N‐benzyl group resulted in excellent enantioselectivities in many substrates compared with other groups.  相似文献
