通过对新疆石英滩金矿石中冰长石的标型特征的研究表明，冰长石是一种典型的低温热液矿物，它不仅是一种研究矿床成因的标型矿物，而且还是一个寻找低温热液型金矿床的标志物，在金矿找矿中具有重要的标志作用。     

An Ore-type analogue of the Sauer-Spencer Theorem

Two graphs G₁ and G₂ of order n pack if there exist injective mappings of their vertex sets into [n], such that the images of the edge sets do not intersect. Sauer and Spencer proved that if Δ (G₁) Δ (G₂) < 0.5n, then G₁ and G₂ pack. In this note, we study an Ore-type analogue of the Sauer–Spencer Theorem. Let θ(G) = max{d(u) + d(v): uv∈E(G)}. We show that if θ(G₁)Δ(G₂) < n, then G₁ and G₂ pack. We also characterize the pairs (G₁,G₂) of n-vertex graphs satisfying θ(G₁)Δ(G₂) = n that do not pack. The fully Sinc‐Galerkin method for time‐dependent boundary conditions

The fully Sinc‐Galerkin method is developed for a family of complex‐valued partial differential equations with time‐dependent boundary conditions. The Sinc‐Galerkin discrete system is formulated and represented by a Kronecker product form of those equations. The numerical solution is efficiently calculated and the method exhibits an exponential convergence rate. Several examples, some with a real‐valued solution and some with a complex‐valued solution, are used to demonstrate the performance of this method. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Seven kinds of monotone maps

Known as well as new types of monotone and generalized monotone maps are considered. For gradient maps, these generalized monotonicity properties can be related to generalized convexity properties of the underlying function. In this way, pure first-order characterizations of various types of generalized convex functions are obtained.     

Some Spectral Properties of One Sturm-Liouville Type Problem with Discontinuous Weight

We consider a discontinuous weight Sturm-Liouville equation together with eigenparameter dependent boundary conditions and two supplementary transmission conditions at the point of discontinuity. We extend and generalize some approaches and results of the classic regular Sturm-Liouville problems to the similar problems with discontinuities. In particular, we introduce a special Hilbert space formulation in such a way that the problem under consideration can be interpreted as an eigenvalue problem for a suitable selfadjoint operator, construct the Green’s function and resolvent operator, and derive asymptotic formulas for eigenvalues and normalized eigenfunctions.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 Mukhtarov O. Sufficiency and game structure in Nash open-loop differential games

This note deals with the following problem inN-player Nash open-loop differential games: Which conditions on the Hamiltonians will simplify the verification of the sufficient conditions? In the class of games with Hamiltonians linear in the state, and where the state is separated from the control of playeri in the Hamiltonian of this player, the first-order and second-order conditions for an extremum of the Hamiltonian of playeri also constitute a set of sufficient conditions.     

Tauberian theorems for Abel limitability method

This paper addresses conditions for the Abel method of limitability to imply convergence and subsequential convergence.      

Conservative finite-difference scheme for the problem of propagation of a femtosecond pulse in a nonlinear photonic crystal with nonreflecting boundary conditions

Conservative finite-difference schemes are constructed for the problems of self-action of a femtosecond laser pulse and of second-harmonic generation in a one-dimensional nonlinear photonic crystal with nonreflecting boundary conditions. The invariants of the governing equations are found taking into account these conditions. Nonreflecting conditions substantially improve the efficiency of conservative finite-difference schemes used in the modeling of complex nonlinear effects in photonic crystals, which require much smaller steps in space and time than those used in the case of linear propagation. The numerical experiments performed show that the boundary reflects no more than 0.01% of the transmitted energy, which corresponds to the truncation error in the boundary conditions. The amplitude of the reflected pulse is less than that of the pulse transmitted through the boundary by two (and more) orders of magnitude. The simulation is based on the approach proposed by the authors for the given class of problems.
