相分离聚合法:(Ⅰ)羧酸型共聚功能微球的合成

粒径在微米级、粒度分布窄的高分子微球具有十分广泛的应用。但是由于这样规格的微球正是在一般的悬浮聚合和乳液聚合的合成范围之外,而采用二步聚合法和种子聚合法则不是需要使用特殊的反应装置,就是合成步聚十分繁复,因此至今对于这样规格高分子微球的报道不多。     

Iodine-poly(2-vinylpyridine-co-styrene-co-divinylbenzene) charge transfer complexes with antibacterial activity

In this work, we have developed three different copolymers based on 2-vinylpyridine, styrene and crosslinked with divinylbenzene (10-30 mol%). The copolymers were morphologically and chemically characterized by apparent density, swelling degree, elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry and optical microscopy. The formation of iodine complexes with these copolymers was carried out by two different procedures: with solvent, or not. The influence of the copolymers structure on the capacity of anchoring iodine has been investigated. The antibacterial properties of polymeric charge transfer complexes were determined towards 10³-10⁷ cells/mL dilutions from the auxotrophic AB1157 Escherichia coli strain.     

Binolam-AlCl: a two-centre catalyst for the synthesis of enantioenriched cyanohydrin O-phosphates

The enantioselective synthesis of cyanohydrin O‐phosphates by using in situ generated bifunctional catalysts (R)‐ or (S)‐3,3′‐bis(diethylaminomethyl)‐1,1′‐binaphthol–aluminium chloride (binolam–AlCl) is reported. The reaction, which can be described as an overall cyano‐O‐phosphorylation of aldehydes, has a wide scope and applicability. Evidence is also provided, including ab initio and DFT calculations, in support of supported by the Lewis acid/Brønsted base (LABB) dual role of the catalyst in inducing first the key enantioselective hydrocyanation, which is then followed by O‐phosphorylation. A brief screening of the synthetic usefulness of the resulting cyanohydrin O‐phosphates unveiles some interesting applications. Among them, chemoselective hydrolysis, reduction and palladium‐catalysed nucleophilic allyl substitution, thereby leading to enantiomerically enriched α‐O‐phosphorylated α‐hydroxy esters, β‐amino alcohols and γ‐cyanoallyl alcohols, respectively. Naturally occurring (?)‐tembamide and (?)‐aegeline are synthesised accordingly.

手性环丙烷类衍生物双水解转换的研究

具有四个新手性中心的螺环／环丙烷类化合物4在丙酮－12％HCl溶液中50℃下 发生双手性辅基－双水解转换反应，得到了手性环丙烷／双半缩醛类化合物，螺 [1-溴－4－羟基－5－氧杂－6－氧代双环[3.1.0]己烷－2，2′-(3′-亲核氧基－ 4′－羟基丁内酯）]（5），化学产率65％－79％，光学纯度ee≥98。通过元素分 析，[a]D^20,UV,IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,MS以及X射线四圆衍射测定，确认了它们的 化学结构、立体化学和绝对构型。该双半缩醛类化合物的合成方法学研究可为官能 团的转换，为某些复杂结构的手性化合物提供新的合成方法和途径。     

聚合物硼氢阴离子还原剂的制备及其对酯的还原研究

氯型季我安盐型强碱性阴离子交换树脂７１１＾＃与硼氢化钾反应制得聚合物硼氢阴离子还原剂，树脂容量３．２ｍｍｏｌ ＢＨ４／ｇ。用于不同酯化合物的还原，操作简便，树脂可再生重复使用。     

Non-solvated aluminum hydride. Crystallization from diethyl ether-benzene solutions

Crystallization of non-solvated aluminum hydride from a diethyl ether-benzene mixed solvent was studied. The desolvation of AlH₃·(Et₂O)_x etherate in solution and the crystallization of α-AlH₃ during polythermal heating of the solution occur only in the presence of ≥10 wt.% LiAlH₄. The process is multistage, and the crystallization begins with the formation of the AlH₃·0.25Et₂O solvate, which recrystallizes in the solid phase into γ-AlH₃ and then α-AlH₃. Four crystalline modifications of aluminum hydride were characterized by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 新型酰腙类荧光探针的合成及其对Al(Ⅲ)的传感性质

合成了两个酰腙类荧光探针1和2,在DMSO-H_2O(7∶3,体积比)体系中,两者分别在478 nm和460 nm处对Al~(3+)具有较好的荧光选择识别作用。Job's法、核磁滴定、质谱分析表明,探针1和2与Al~(3+)的配位比均为1∶2,且对Al~(3+)的检出限分别为9.58×10~(-8) mol/L和6.52×10~(-8) mol/L。同时提出了探针1和2对Al~(3+)的荧光传感机理。实际应用研究表明,探针1和2可用于河水和自来水中一定浓度范围内Al~(3+)的检测。
