苯并单氮杂15-冠-5-与α, β-不饱和羰基化合物的 Michael加成

本文报道借Michael加成使苯并单氮杂15-冠-5与α,β-不饱和羰基化合物反应,合成了氮支套索冠醚(1,2)和酯型双冠醚(3,4)。并提供了合成酯型双冠醚的一种方法,该法条件温和,操作简便,收率高。产物均经IR,^1HNMR和MS鉴定。     

Spectral regions selection to improve prediction ability of PLS models by changeable size moving window partial least squares and searching combination moving window partial least squares

Changeable size moving window partial least squares (CSMWPLS) and searching combination moving window partial least squares (SCMWPLS) are proposed to search for an optimized spectral interval and an optimized combination of spectral regions from informative regions obtained by a previously proposed spectral interval selection method, moving window partial least squares (MWPLSR) [Anal. Chem. 74 (2002) 3555]. The utilization of informative regions aims to construct better PLS models than those based on the whole spectral points. The purpose of CSMWPLS and SCMWPLS is to optimize the informative regions and their combination to further improve the prediction ability of the PLS models. The results of their application to an open-path (OP)/FT-IR spectra data set show that the proposed methods, especially SCMWPLS can find out an optimized combination, with which one can improve, often significantly, the performance of the corresponding PLS model, in terms of low prediction error, root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) with the reasonable latent variable (LVs) number, comparing with the results obtained using whole spectra or direct combination of informative regions for a compound. Regions consisting of the combinations obtained can easily be explained by the existence of IR absorption bands in those spectral regions.     

Resonance Rayleigh scattering method for the recognition and determination of double-stranded DNA using amikacin

In weakly acidic buffer medium, the interaction of amikacin with calf thymus DNA, yeast RNA and denatured DNA has been investigated by using resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) technique. The result shows that calf thymus DNA is capable of enhancing the RRS intensity of the amikacin, while yeast RNA and denatured DNA have very little enhancement effect. Based on the characteristics, a sensitive assay for detecting double-stranded DNA in the presence of denatured DNA and yeast RNA has been developed. The enhancement of the RRS signal is directly proportional to the concentration of double-stranded DNA in the range 0.02-12.0 μg ml⁻¹ for calf thymus DNA and its detection limit (3σ) is 2.5 ng ml⁻¹. The method shows a wide linear range and high sensitivity, and almost no interference can be observed from RNA, denatured DNA, amino acid and most of the metal ions. The trace amounts of nucleic acid in synthetic samples and practical samples are determined with satisfactory results. Therefore, the proposed method is promising for as an effect means for recognition in vivo and determination in situ of double-stranded DNA.     

Enzymatic synthesis of optically active α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates and reactions thereof

A novel and enzymatic approach to α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates was developed via enantioselective CALB-catalyzed acetylation and CRL-catalyzed hydrolysis. The resultant optically active compounds provide, via Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons (HWE) reaction, chiral α,β-unsaturated ketones that are building block with potential application in organic synthesis.     

调味品中氯丙醇的GC/ECD和GC/MS/MS衍生化检测方法研究及应用

报道了调味品中氯丙醇的衍生化气相色谱(GC／ECD)和衍生化气相色谱双串联质谱法(GC／MS／MS)测定。GC／ECD测定酱油中3—氯—1，2—丙二醇(3—MCPD)的检出限达到0．01mg／kg，回收率为91％～104％，变异系数为2．27％～7．96％；GC／MS／MS同时测定酱油中1，3—二氯—2—丙醇、2，3—二氯—1—丙醇和3—氯—1，2—丙二醇，1，3—二氯—2—丙醇、2，3—二氯—1—丙醇的检出限为0．02mg／kg，3—氯—1，2—丙二醇的检出限为0．01mg／kg，回收率在92％～106％，变异系数为3．51％～13．33％。     

单分散交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯树脂的制备及亲合纯化伴刀豆球蛋白-A

采用一步种子溶胀聚合法制备了颗粒呈单分散的交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙南树脂，对其环氧基的组成比进行了表征，并以氨基葡萄糖为配基，首次制备了纯化粗品伴刀豆球蛋白-A(Ⅲ）(Con-A，Ⅲ)的聚合物基质的高效亲合色谱柱。配基在树脂上的键合量为8．2mg／g，对纯化后的Con-A（Ⅲ）的吸附量为13．4mg／g。使用该亲合色谱介质成功地从粗品Con-A中快速纯化了Con-A，电泳分析显示为一个主要的谱带，纯度从15％提高到95％。     

抗癌药物的电化学研究(Ⅱ)道诺霉素在DNA修饰石墨粉末微电极上的电化学行为及分析应用

研究了道诺霉素 ( DNM)在石墨粉末微电极和 DNA修饰石墨粉末微电极上的电化学行为 ,并分析了产生差别的原因。在此基础上 ,提出了测定微量 DNM的方法 ,DNM浓度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 7～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 5mol/L之间其微分脉冲伏安 ( DPV)峰电流与浓度有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 5 .0× 1 0 - 8mol/L。采用标准加入法测定了模拟样品中的 DNM,回收率在 94%～ 1 0 8%之间 ,结果令人满意

Interaction of aryldiazonium salts with some schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium

The interaction of aryldiazonium ions with some Schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium have been studied. With cobalt, one-electron oxidation of [Co(II)Salen] occurred; with [Co(I)Salen] the corresponding Co(III)-aryl complexes were isolated. In the case of ruthenium oxidation also occurs, [Ru(Salen)(CO)py] gave the corresponding monocation. The results, especially for ruthenium, are in contrast to the stabilisation of both nitrosyl and aryldiazonium adducts in analogous porphyrin complexes.     

A Study of the Silylation of 1,8-Dihydroxynaphthalene

Twelve compounds each having a six membered Si-contained heterocycle, have been successfully synthesized. Of these eleven compounds have never been reported in the literature. The structures were confirmed by Spectral analysis and elementary analysis. The stability and properties of these compounds is also discussed.
