卧式螺旋管内油－气两相流流型的研究

本文在两种不同尺寸的卧式螺旋管内进行了油－气两相流流型的实验研究，得到了流型图，并对各种流型之间的转变机理进行了讨论和分析，同时给出了各流型之间转变的准则关系式。     

Off-site calibration of a two-phase pattern recognition flowmeter

A technique is presented for the measurement of individual phase flowrates in two-phase flow without separation. The technique is based on signal analysis and pattern recognition methodologies to extract, classify and identify stochastic features from turbulent pressure waveforms. Experiments in a horizontal air-water loop have shown that a set of features is uniquely related to the individual phase flowrates. It is shown that the “flowmeter” can be isolated from installation effects by means of a homogenizer.     

An investigation of pressure transients in pipelines with two-phase bubbly flow

This paper presents a two-dimensional model for the analysis of the pressure transient of a two-phase homogeneous bubbly mixture flowing in a pipeline and the numerical integration using the centre implicit method (CIM). Experiments were conducted to confirm the proposed sonic speed equation of an air–water mixture for an air concentration of less than 1%. The 2D CIM model is compared with the method of characteristics (MoC) for a two-phase bubbly flow in a pipeline. The comparisons show that the proposed 2D CIM model generally gives good agreement with the method of characteristics.     

One-dimensional global attractor for the damped and driven sine-Gordon equation

The damped and driven sine-Gordon equation with Neumann boundary conditions is studied. It is shown that it has a one-dimensional global attractor in a suitable functional space when the “damping” and the “diffusing” are not very small. 微型热管传热极限的研究

热管技术已在电子设备散热领域得到广泛应用。热管的传热能力虽然很大,但不能无限加大热负荷。文中讨论了热管的主要极限如沸腾极限、毛细极限、粘性极限、声速极限、携带极限等的理论表达式,就一种实验用微槽平板热管进行了理论计算,得出了毛细极限是实验热管主要传热极限的结论。     

旋转热管生物反应器的流场模拟研究

采用热管技术对传统生物反应器进行革新,自主开发出一种适用于多种生物反应的新型生物反应器,提出了将热管本身作为搅拌轴的设计思想,同时以计算流体力学(CFD)为基础建立旋转热管生物反应器的数学模型,计算了不同雷诺数下此类搅拌轴的功率准数,并得到了功率曲线。采用标准k-ε湍流模型成功模拟了反应器内的速度分布,为反应器的优化设计提供了基础。     

环状集输水平管内油-气-水三相流流型试验研究

目前我国东部陆上油田大部分已进入特高含水采油期,绝大多数油井综合含水率已超过85%,部分油井已达到95%。油-气-水三相流型是特高含水混输技术界限确定、水力热力计算方法研究及集输系统科学运行管理的基础。为了研究大庆低渗透油田环状集输水平管道内油-气-水三相流型,研制一套流型试验装置,进行了一系列试验研究,获得了1360组油气水三相流型图及相应的流动参数。对采集到的流型及试验数据进行分析,首次总结出水平环状集输管道中油-气-水三相流的五种流型,分别为分层流、三层扰动流、波浪冲击流、气弹掺混流和完全掺混流。同时给出了每种流型对应的参数范围,并对每种流动形态及典型特征进行了解释。     

热管式吸附床制冷性能的实验研究

利用高效热管作为吸附床的传热部件,有效地提高了船用柴油机废气的热量回收。本文将热管式吸附床与传统的壳管式吸附床进行了性能对比。同时,选择氯化钙-氨作为吸附工质对,通过实验测定解吸、吸附过程的变化情况。本文的研究结果表明,采用热管式吸附床使得初始解吸和吸附速率有明显提高,从而有效缩短解吸和吸附周期,并能有效提高系统的SCP和COP。
