A 5 m x 50 microm capillary column with 0.05 microm stationary phase film thickness, with a calculated efficiency of almost 20,000 plates per metre (under optimum conditions), was used for very fasthigh resolution GC analysis of lime essential oil. The total analysis time of this volatile essential oil was less than 90 s. Fast GC is shown to be appropriate for essential oil quality assurance analysis, and quantitative results of key components are comparable with those obtained by using conventional GC analysis. The fast GC analysis is approximately 33 times faster than the conventional GC method.  相似文献

使用RS75流变仪,采用小振幅振荡剪切方法和稳态剪切方法对含蜡原油在溶胶 -凝胶等温转变过程中的流行了研究.结果表明,等温转变成的凝胶原油的结构在 很大程度上决定于预剪切速率,非牛顿含蜡原油在结构恢复过程中表现出不可逆的 触变特性.而凝胶原油在外力作用下向溶胶状态转变的过程中,要经历从线性粘弹 性变形,到非线性粘弹性变形,再到结构屈服的过程,且高剪切应力下的溶胶原油 结构与预剪切速率无关.  相似文献

In the study, a series of C_(30)-C_(32) lanostane homologs have been identified from Eogene source rocks and crude oils of Biyang depression in Henan Province, China. Two new acyltetramic acids related to streptolydigin have been isolated from fermentations of Streptomyces lydicus. The principal members of this complex were resolved by TLC on silica gel. However, the methods of detection, permanganate spray or bioautography, were not suitable for both crude fermentation broths and purified extracts. Gas chromatography is unsuitable for the detection of either underivatized or silylated streptolydigins. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) particularly on triethylaminoethyl cellulose is rapid and sensitive and is the method of choice for the analysis of both crude and purified samples. Using high performance liquid chromatography, two components were detected in the complex, which are not observed using any of the other chromatographic procedures.  相似文献

A 23 full factorial experimental design was adopted to estimate the effects of three variables on the biodegradation of oil during soil bioremediation: bioaugmentation seeding a mixed culture, addition of fertilizer or mineral media, and correction of initial pH of the soil to 7.0. The tests were carried out in polyvinyl chloride reactors with 5.0 kg of crude oil-contaminated soil at 14 g/kg. After screening the variables, soil bioremediation tests were conduced with varied C:N ratios, yielding an increase in biodegradation of the oil heavy fraction from 24 to 65%, consumption of total n-paraffins, and a remarkable decrease in the concentration of residual polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of the soil.  相似文献

应用火焰光度检测器与氢焰检测器偶联技术,通过对模拟蒸馏法的拓展,利用气相色谱仪同步测定了煤基油品的硫分布、沸点分布和总硫含量。结果表明:油品测定的准确性和重复性均较好,沸点分布、硫分布和总硫含量的最大相对标准偏差分别为0.47%、1.01%和2.51%。本方法需要样品量小,操作简便,比较适合于实验室煤基油品的分析研究。  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to the cyclohexane extract of Curcuma longa L. The chromatographic conditions generated retention indices very close i.e., greater than 99.9%, to those reported for structures in the Sadtler Standard Gas Chromatography Retention Index Library. In addition to the extensively reported sesquiterpene ketones, this essential oil extract contained a series of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Wiley mass spectra library matching for the free fatty acids, their trimethylsilyl esters and methyl esters narrowed their identity down to a few candidates. Combining this information with the retention indices of the fatty acid methyl esters in the Sadtler library allowed the identification of some of the double bond positions.  相似文献

Summary This paper reports a quick, and simple method for quantitative determination of C2 to C6 hydrocarbons in stabilized crude oil without using a back flush system. A mixture of crude oil and internal standard is injected into a GC equipped with a 6 meter length of fused silica capillary as a guard column. The light hydrocarbons are separated individually up to the last peak of the hexane group with the heavier components trapped in the guard column. The total analysis time for each sample is 15 minutes. The base line is table for up to 15 consecutive analyses. The guard column and the injector port are then reconditioned by simply heating them for one hour at 300 °C.  相似文献
