Luttinger liquid with asymmetric dispersion

We present an extension of the Tomonaga-Luttinger model in which left and right-moving particles have different Fermi velocities. We derive expressions for one-particle Green's functions, momentum-distributions, density of states, charge compressibility and conductivity as functions of both the velocity difference ε and the strength of the interaction β. This allows us to identify a novel restricted region in the parameter space in which the system keeps the main features of a Luttinger liquid but with an unusual behavior of the density of states and the static charge compressibility κ. In particular κ diverges on the boundary of the restricted region, indicating the occurrence of a phase transition. 关于多正解问题的某些研究

本文以ｆｐ 同伦方法为工具，借助于一些适当的变换，研究有序的（Ｂ）空间中的集值映象方程的多正解问题；在文中的有关工作中，还使用了集值映象的拟导数的某些性质．     

Electrochemical formation and composition analysis of Zn x Cd1-x Se solid solutions

The direct growth of ZnSe–CdSe solid solution onto metallic cathodes by electrodeposition from acidic aqueous sulphate solutions is described. The plating process is studied by simple voltammetry, while the structure and composition of the electrolytic deposits are investigated by X-ray diffraction. The experimental d-spacing values of the as-grown mixed lattice are compared to data from reference Zn _x Cd_1-x Se pellets of standard composition, produced by a sintering method. The findings are supplemented with energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) elemental analysis. Thereupon, the variation of the mole fraction x in Zn _x Cd_1-x Se, and the solid phase constitution of the electrodeposits are determined and correlated to the electrochemical conditions of growth. The resulting films contain admixtures of CdSe compound and metallic Cd.     

The strong relaxation limit of the multidimensional isothermal Euler equations

We construct global smooth solutions to the multidimensional isothermal Euler equations with a strong relaxation. When the relaxation time tends to zero, we show that the density converges towards the solution to the heat equation.

     

Finite element modal solutions of planar photonic crystal fibers with rectangular air-holes

Modal solutions of planar photonic crystal waveguides with rectangular air-holes are presented by using a rigorous full-vectorial finite element-based approach. The effective indices, mode field profiles, spot-sizes, power confinements, modal hybridness, beat lengths and group velocity dispersions are shown for the fundamental and higher order modes of the quasi-TE and TM polarizations.     

三种群食物链交错扩散模型的整体

本文应用能量估计方法和Gagliardo-Nirenberg型不等式证明了一类强耦合反应扩散系统整体解的存在性和一致有界性，该系统是带自扩散和交错扩散项的三种群Lotka-Volterra食物链模型．通过构造Lyapunov函数给出了该模型正平衡点全局渐近稳定的充分条件．     

Estimates for Elements of Inverse Matrices for a Class of Operators with Matrices of Special Structure

In this paper, we consider questions related to the structure of inverse matrices of linear bounded operators acting in infinite-dimensional complex Banach spaces. We obtain specific estimates of elements of inverse matrices for bounded operators whose matrices have a special structure. Matrices are introduced as special operator-valued functions on an index set. The matrix structure is described by the behavior of the given function on elements of a special partition of the index set. The method used for deriving the estimates is based on an analysis of Fourier series of strongly continuous periodic functions.
