Since its first industrial production in 1890s, acetylene has played a vital role in manufacturing a wide spectrum of materials. Although current methods and infrastructures for various segments of acetylene industries are well-established, with emerging functional porous materials that enabled desired selectivity toward target molecules, it is of timely interest to develop new efficient technologies to promote safer acetylene processes with a higher energy efficiency and lower carbon footprint. In this Minireview, we, from the perspective of materials chemistry, review state-of-the-art examples of advanced porous materials, namely metal–organic frameworks and decorated zeolites, that have been applied to the purification and storage of acetylene. We also discuss the challenges on the roadmap of translational research in the development of new solid sorbent-based separation technologies and highlight areas which require future research efforts. 相似文献

The present study attempted to apply the capillary electrophoresis technique for the fractionation and separation of S. Staphylococcus hominis and Escherichia coli bacteria isolated from urine samples and the detection of migrated fraction with spectrometric method. This involved the selection of suitable conditions for separation as well as the identification of pathogens. The result of the research was the separation of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, as well as their subsequent identification by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry using two different approaches (culture of fractions on an agar plate and direct analysis of the collected fractions). The preliminary results provide a solid basis for further research on the use of electromigration techniques with LDI detection to identify pathogens such as bacteria and viruses in biological samples. 相似文献

研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 (GMA)和苯乙烯 (St)多单体熔融接枝聚丙烯 (PP g (GMA co St) )对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯 (PBT) 聚丙烯 (PP)共混物的形态结构和力学性能的影响 .利用双螺杆挤出机对PBT PP合金进行共混挤出 ,使用DSC、FT IR和SEM、TEM等手段对共混物进行了分析和相形态观察 ,并测试了力学性能 .实验证明 ,熔融共混过程中PP g (GMA co St)的环氧基团可以与PBT的端羧基发生化学反应 ,就地生成了PBT g PP共聚物 ,该共聚物可对PBT PP合金起到良好的增容剂作用 ,使共混物的相区尺寸显著减小 ,共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度等力学性能同时得到明显改善 ,达到了弹性体系或小分子增容所难以达到的力学性能平衡的效果 .此外 ,TEM的研究还在PBT PP g (GMA co St)共混物中发现了特殊的微相分离结构 相似文献

为满足高动态环境下的激光多普勒测速仪信号处理需要,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的激光测速仪信号处理方案。在FPGA内部完成全部信号处理的内容,利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法得到信号的频谱,利用能量重心法对离散频谱进行校正,开发采样频率自适应算法,兼顾测量准确度与测量范围的要求,最后将结果通过通用串行总线上传个人计算机显示。程序采用流水线方式设计,提高信号处理速度。经过实验验证,数据更新率达到2.4~24 kHz, 数据延迟时间为123~1230 s,测量准确度优于810-4,测量稳定度优于2.510-7。 相似文献

A new approach was developed for the magnetic separation of copper(II) ions with easy operation and high efficiency. p‐Mercaptobenzoic acid served as the modified tag of Fe2O3@Au nanoparticles both for the chelation ligand and Raman reporter. Through the chelation between the copper(II) ions and carboxyl groups on the gold shell, the Fe2O3@Au nanoparticles aggregated to form networks that were enriched and separated from the solution by a magnet. A significant decrease in the concentration of copper(II) ions in the supernatant solution was observed. An extremely sensitive method based on surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy was employed to detect free copper(II) ions that remained after the magnetic separation, and thus to evaluate the separation efficiency. The results indicated the intensities of the surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy bands from p‐mercaptobenzoic acid were dependent on the concentration of copper(II) ions, and the concentration was decreased by several orders of magnitude after the magnetic separation. The present protocol effectively decreased the total amount of heavy metal ions in the solution. This approach opens a potential application in the magnetic separation and highly sensitive detection of heavy metal ions. 相似文献

A new kind of adsorbent Li(1+x)AlxTi(2-x)(PO4)3 was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The influence of the content of doping aluminum on the adsorbent Li(1+x)AlxTi(2-x)(PO4)3 was investigated by XRD, while the morphology of powders was observed by SEM. The investigation of the adsorption properties showed that the adsorbent can selectively adsorb sodium with the adsorption capacity of 11.76 mg/g. The optimum conditions of adsorption are at pH 10.0-11.0 in LiCl solution. 相似文献
