Pharmaceutical excipients should not interact with active substances, however, in practice, they sometimes do it, affecting the efficacy, stability and safety of drugs. Thus, interactions between active substances and excipients are not desirable. For this reason, two component mixtures of oral antidiabetic drug linagliptin (LINA) with four excipients of different reactivity, i.e., lactose (LAC), mannitol (MAN), magnesium stearate (MGS) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), were prepared in a solid state. A high temperature and a high humidity of 60 °C and 70% RH, respectively, were applied as stressors in order to accelerate the potential interactions between LINA and excipients. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) as well as Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy were used to estimate the changes due to potential interactions. In addition, chemometric computation of the data with principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) was applied to adequately interpret the findings. Of the excipients used in the present experiment, all of them were not inert in relation to LINA. Some of the interactions were shown without any stressing, whereas others were observed under high-temperature/high-humidity conditions. Thus, it could be concluded that selection of appropriate excipients for LINA is very important question to minimize its degradation, especially when new types of formulations with LINA are being developed and manufactured. 相似文献

研究了碱金属氟化物对掺Yb3 氟磷玻璃的光谱性质和析晶稳定性能的影响.运用倒易法计算了Yb3 的发射截面.结果显示,LiF的引入对吸收和发射截面的提高作用较大并出现最佳引入量极值,其次为KF.碱金属氟化物的引入可提高二元体系的析晶稳定性能,使玻璃网络结构得到改善;拉曼光谱显示二元体系中引入YbF<,3>后玻璃网络结构得到增强,而在引入碱金属氟化物的三元体系中掺杂YbF<,3>后破坏了网络完整性,降低系统析晶稳定性能. 相似文献

采用HPLC法测定Noni果汁中游离态的抗坏血酸(Vc)、硫胺素(VB1)和烟酰胺(VB5),其测定条件为:色谱柱为Alhima C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.01%磷酸(3:7,V/V),流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为20μL,柱温为室温,采用二极管阵列检测器在251nm下检测。在上述色谱测定条件下三种维生素能得到良好分离。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,定量准确,重现性好,回收率高。昕测Noni果汁中三种维生素的含量分别为:Vc0.354mg/mL,VB10.0663mg/mL,VB50.131mg/mL。说明Noni果汁中三种必需维生素含量丰富,可作为维生素缺乏的营养补充剂;所建立的测定方法可作为一种Noni果汁生产质量控制方法。 相似文献

The traditional method for the determination of protein in food needs the operations of digestion, distillation, absorption, and titration; therefore, it is complicated and time-consuming and requires professional personnel. Is there a more convenient and faster detection method that can directly determine the ammonium ions in protein digestion solution to obtain the protein content of food and avoid the distillation–absorption–titration process? The feasibility of water ammonium ion test kits for food protein rapid detection was discussed here. After digestion, the protein in food transforms into ammonium ions in the digestion solution. Because of the variety of food, there are many different inorganic ions left in the food digestion solution, and at the same time, digestion agents are added in the digestion process and become potential interference factors in ammonium determination. Therefore, the detection accuracy of ammonium test kits needs to be evaluated first, including their anti-interference ability. The standard curve of ammonium was established by the test kit. When the ammonium concentration was 0.00–2.50 mg/L, the absorbance at 620 nm was linearly related to the ammonium concentration, the determination coefficient R2 was 0.9995, and the detection limit of this method was 0.01 mg/L. The influences of temperature, pH value, and reaction time on the test kit method were discussed. The precision was 0.90–3.33%; the repeatability was 1.71–4.86%; and the recovery rate of tap water, river water, and sea water was controlled within 90–103%. The anti-interference ability of the evaluated test kit was better than that of the national standard detection method. The test kit, combined with sample pretreatment and protein conversion formula, was used to detect protein in different types of food (milk powder, rice flour, wheat flour, soy, banana, milk, fish food, chicken food, and dog food). The results showed that there were no significant differences (ρ > 0.05) between the national method and the test kit method. 对3种不同残奥(RA)含量的马氏体高强钢进行干滑动摩擦磨损试验, 研究RA含量对其磨损性能的影响. 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪等对试验后的磨损表面及横截面显微组织进行表征. 结果表明, RA含量越高, 磨损表面越光滑, 摩擦系数和磨损率越小, 也即马氏体高强钢的耐磨性越好. 磨损引起的大应变使RA发生应变诱导马氏体相变, 导致硬度和硬化层厚度显著增大. RA含量最高的HT3试样的硬度提高了18.3%, 硬化层厚度达70μm. 相比RA含量低的试样, HT3试样表现出很好的耐磨性. 这是因为马氏体相变使硬度逐步增加, 抗裂纹萌生能力提高; 同时由于亚表面良好的韧性, 可延缓和阻止裂纹扩展, 使得点蚀和剥落不易形成. 因此, 要提高马氏体高强钢的耐磨性, 除了硬度要求外, 还需要考虑其亚表面韧性. 相似文献
