Vehicle detection is an essential part of an intelligent traffic system, which is an important research field in drone application. Because unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are rarely configured with stable camera platforms, aerial images are easily blurred. There is a challenge for detectors to accurately locate vehicles in blurred images in the target detection process. To improve the detection performance of blurred images, an end-to-end adaptive vehicle detection algorithm (DCNet) for drones is proposed in this article. First, the clarity evaluation module is used to determine adaptively whether the input image is a blurred image using improved information entropy. An improved GAN called Drone-GAN is proposed to enhance the vehicle features of blurred images. Extensive experiments were performed, the results of which show that the proposed method can detect both blurred and clear images well in poor environments (complex illumination and occlusion). The detector proposed achieves larger gains compared with SOTA detectors. The proposed method can enhance the vehicle feature details in blurred images effectively and improve the detection accuracy of blurred aerial images, which shows good performance with regard to resistance to shake. 相似文献

Feature selection is known to be an applicable solution to address the problem of high dimensionality in software defect prediction (SDP). However, choosing an appropriate filter feature selection (FFS) method that will generate and guarantee optimal features in SDP is an open research issue, known as the filter rank selection problem. As a solution, the combination of multiple filter methods can alleviate the filter rank selection problem. In this study, a novel adaptive rank aggregation-based ensemble multi-filter feature selection (AREMFFS) method is proposed to resolve high dimensionality and filter rank selection problems in SDP. Specifically, the proposed AREMFFS method is based on assessing and combining the strengths of individual FFS methods by aggregating multiple rank lists in the generation and subsequent selection of top-ranked features to be used in the SDP process. The efficacy of the proposed AREMFFS method is evaluated with decision tree (DT) and naïve Bayes (NB) models on defect datasets from different repositories with diverse defect granularities. Findings from the experimental results indicated the superiority of AREMFFS over other baseline FFS methods that were evaluated, existing rank aggregation based multi-filter FS methods, and variants of AREMFFS as developed in this study. That is, the proposed AREMFFS method not only had a superior effect on prediction performances of SDP models but also outperformed baseline FS methods and existing rank aggregation based multi-filter FS methods. Therefore, this study recommends the combination of multiple FFS methods to utilize the strength of respective FFS methods and take advantage of filter–filter relationships in selecting optimal features for SDP processes. 相似文献

Ultra‐thin thermally grown SiO2 and atomic‐layer‐deposited (ALD) Al2O3 films are trialled as passivating dielectrics for metal–insulator–semiconductor (MIS) type contacts on top of phosphorus diffused regions applicable to high efficiency silicon solar cells. An investigation of the optimum insulator thickness in terms of contact recombination factor J0_cont and contact resistivity ρc is undertaken on 85 Ω/□ and 103 Ω/□ diffusions. An optimum ALD Al2O3 thickness of ~22 Å produces a J0_cont of ~300 fAcm–2 whilst maintaining a ρc lower than 1 mΩ cm2 for the 103 Ω/□ diffusion. This has the potential to improve the open‐circuit voltage by a maximum 15 mV. The thermally grown SiO2 fails to achieve equivalently low J0_cont values but exhibits greater thermal stability, resulting in slight improvements in ρc when annealed for 10 minutes at 300 °C without significant changes in J0_cont. The after‐anneal J0_cont reaches ~600 fAcm–2 with a ρc of ~2.5 mΩ cm2 for the 85 Ω/□ diffusion amounting to a maximum gain in open‐circuit voltage of 6 mV. (© 2013 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Airy加速光束是近年来备受关注的一种新型无衍射光束. 它所具有的自由加速、无衍射及自恢复特性使其在光学微操纵、非线性光学、 电子加速等诸多领域显示出重要的应用价值. 因此, 如何方便高效地生成加速光束成为近年来的一个热点研究内容. 本文对Airy加速光束复振幅分布的空间振荡特性进行了分析, 建立了利用局域空间频率描述其加速特性的理论. 提出了利用零点坐标计算加速光束局域空间频率的方法, 通过非线性拟合给出了可以精确描述Airy光束局域空间频率的解析公式; 确定了加速光束的局域空间频率函数与加速轨迹之间的定量关系, 给出了由给定加速轨迹计算相应的局域空间频率以及加速光束的纯相位函数的一种简单计算方法. 将上述分析结果用于设计产生具有给定加速轨迹的加速光束所需的相位函数, 成功求出了能够产生圆弧形加速轨迹的新型加速光束的纯相位函数的解析表达式. 基于该相位函数设计的纯相位衍射光学元件的模拟衍射结果证明了上述方法的可行性.

设计了一种高双折射高非线性光子晶体光纤, 采用全矢量有限元法研究了这种光纤的基模模场、双折射、非线性、有效模面积及色散特性. 数值研究发现, 减小孔间距Λ的大小, 在波长1550 nm 处, 该光纤可获得10-2 数量级的双折射B, 比普通的椭圆保偏光纤高约两个数量级; 同时, 该光纤可获得42 W-1·km-1 的高非线性系数γ. 另外,分别在可见光和近红外波段出现了两个零色散波长, 在波长800–2000 nm 之间具有良好的色散平坦特性. 这种设计为获得高双折射高非线性超平坦色散光子晶体光纤提供了一种新的方法, 该光纤在偏振控制、非线性光学和色散控制方面具有广泛的应用前景.

The h-adaptive, high order finite element method is applied to solve a second order one dimension eigenvalue problem. The finite element formulation for the Lobatto basis is given, for which basis functions of arbitrary order can be constructed. The adaptive algorithm is simple, yet very efficient and straightforward to implement. The algorithm is based on the observation that the expansion coefficients of Lobatto basis functions decay rapidly. It allows evaluating the smallest eigenvalues simultaneously with the comparable accuracy for all eigenvalues. The presented algorithm is applied to solve the radial Schrödinger equation with the Coulomb and the Woods–Saxon potentials. For both potentials the convergence rate is presented. After seven adaptive iterations nine-digit accuracy was obtained. 相似文献

The structural, vibrational and thermodynamic properties of β-octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (β–HMX) crystal have been studied using the isothermal-isobaric molecular dynamics (NPT-MD) simulations. The variations of cell volume, lattice constants and molecular geometry of solid β–HMX are presented and discussed at different pressure and temperature. It was found that the N–N bond is significantly lengthened with increasing temperature, which suggests that it is relevant to the initial decomposition. An abrupt change at 27 Gpa for the volume and internal geometrical parameters was observed. This is in good accord with the experimental observation that there is a phase transition at 27 GPa, which is clearly due to conformational change, not chemical reaction. The vibrational frequencies at ambient conditions agree well with experimental results, and the pressure/temperature-induced frequency shifts of these modes are discussed. Frequency discontinuity was also observed at pressure when the phase transition occurred. The Grüneisen parameter was obtained using the vibrational frequency. 相似文献
