In our former investigations, the phenomenon high temperature corrosion (HTC) was described exemplarily on selected materialcoating combinations for blades of stationary gas turbines, mainly in the temperature region of up to 750° C. To answer the question, in which manner higher gas inlet and/or higher material surface temperature would influence the HTC behaviour, a special analytical technique—the integral layer profile analysis—was introduced to ameliorate concentration profile methods. By examining IN 738 LC specimens with CoCrAlY plasma spray coating, stressed by hot gas at 900° C, the limits of this system are shown by explaining the corrosion mechanism; the method is also used for other systems, e.g. U 520 with NiCrAlY coating at 750° C.  相似文献

A review of work which has been performed on high temperature polymer blends is presented. The discussion is divided into miscible and immiscible blends. It is pointed out that one problem with miscible polymer blends is that of processing in the miscible state. In the case of immiscible blends, particularly ones containing liquid crystal polymers, the issue of adhesion of the two phases is discussed. Finally, the need for better theoretical models for predicting miscibility in polymer blends is highlighted.  相似文献

The SHS route is based on the well-known thermite reaction, in which a strongly exothermic reaction can sustain itself and propagate in the form of a combustion wave until the reactants have been completely consumed. The successful application of the method to the synthesis of superconducting ceramics of stoichiometry RBa2Cu3Oy (R=Y, Er, Yb) is reported. The 123 phase was obtained when pellets of R2O3, BaO2 and Cu metal in the correct proportions were dropped into a heater held at 800°C in an oxygen atmosphere and left there for only 10 minutes. Thermal methods (DSC and DTA) are excellent techniques with which to investigate the dependence of the reaction on heating rate, atmosphere and starting composition.  相似文献

建立了同时测定水产品中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)和六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品前处理采用QuEChERS方法,均质生物样品用水分散后加乙腈提取,经C_(18)分散固相萃取净化。采用CORTECS~?C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm×2.7μm)分离,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.7 mL/min。采用电喷雾离子源,在负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。结果表明,TBBPA和3种HBCD单体在0.5~500μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)大于0.998,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量下限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.04~0.16μg/kg和0.12~0.55μg/kg。在5、20、50μg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为74.0%~121%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.20%~23%。该方法操作简单、快速、重现性好,适用于水产品中TBBPA和HBCD的快速检测。  相似文献

A series of new aromatic poly[phenylquinoxaline(ether)imides] were synthesized by solution polycondensation of aromatic diamines containing preformed phenylquinoxaline groups with dianhydrides having ether linkages and isopropylidene or hexafluoroisopropylidene units. All polymers are readily soluble in polar organic solvents (N-methylpyrrolidinone, DMF, dimethylacetamide) and in less polar liquids such as chloroform. Very thin coatings were deposited onto silicon wafers. According to atomic force microscopy, they had a smooth, pinhole-free surface. The polymers showed high thermal stability with decomposition temperatures above 470 °C and glass transition temperatures in the range of 210–238 °C, being thus characterized by a large gap between the glass transition and decomposition temperatures.Based on the report presented at the International Conference Modern Trends in Organoelement and Polymer Chemistry dedicated to the 50th year anniversary of the A. A survey is given of recent experimental results obtained from high-temperature, high-pressure investigations with water, aqueous solutions, and ionic fluids. Data on the static dielectric constant of water to 550°C and 5 kbar are given and discussed with respect to their relation to water structure. Infrared and Raman spectra of HDO in pure water have been obtained to 400°C and 4 kbar, which give information on hydrogen bonding. Xe–H2O and CO2–H2O mixtures were investigated in the infrared. Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were investigated by absorption spectroscopy in aqueous solutions of high chloride content to 350°C and 2–6 kbar. The gas-liquid critical point of ammonium chloride was found at 880°C and 1635 bars. This fluid appears to be predominantly ionic even in the critical region. The possibility of converting pure polar fluids such as ammonia and water into concentrated ionic solutions by self-ionization at very high pressures is mentioned.This paper was presented at the symposium, The Physical Chemistry of Aqueous Systems, held at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June 12–14, 1972, in honor of the 70th birthday of Professor H. A supercritical fluid (SCF) route for facile and homogeneous introduction of silver nanoparticles into polymer hosts is described. Our focus is on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). 凝胶化作用是淀粉及改性产品生产过程中存在的一种现象。淀粉凝胶化作用的结果导致了在其产品中产生了只溶胀但不溶解的颗粒,从而影响了淀粉产品的整体性能。文章初步探讨了淀粉在高温成型过程中凝胶化作用的方式和起因。结果表明,淀粉浆料在高温成型过程中所产生的凝胶团粒是淀粉不完整的凝胶化作用的结果,足量的水分和高温是形成较多的凝胶化淀粉颗粒的原因。  相似文献
