用马来酸二丁酯(DBM)为接枝单体,过氧化二枯基(DCPO)为引发剂,对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)进行了熔融接枝功能化。样品的红外光谱表明接枝反应确已发生。通过对样品中酯基的皂化水解测定产物的接枝率,对产物进行萃取,用凝胶量间接表征产物的交联程度;用溶液的特性粘度从侧面显示样品的支化或降解情况。实验结果表明,产物的接枝率和凝胶量可以通过选择反应条件(温度、时间及反应混合物的组成)来控制;过量的DCPO是引起交联产生凝胶的主要原因;向体系中添加DMF可阻止交联反应的发生,但产物的接枝率也有所下降,以自由基机理对上述结果进行了讨论。 相似文献

A model of monolayer adsorption of binary liquid mixtures on homogeneous and heterogeneous solid surfaces involving association of one component in the bulk phase is discussed. Suitable model calculations, illustrating association and heterogeneity effects, have been performed according to an equation derived for adsorption excess. This equation has been examined by using the experimental data of adsorption of alcohols from benzene andn-heptane on silica gel.

Zusammenfassung Es wird ein Adsorptionsmodell binärer, flüssiger Mischungen an homogenen und heterogenen Oberflächen von Feststoffen unter Beachtung der Assoziation eines der Bestandteile in der Flüssigkeitsphase diskutiert. Mit der aus dem Oberflächenüberschuß abgeleiteten Gleichung wurden entsprechende Modellberechnungen durchgeführt, die die mit Assoziation und Heterogenität verbundenen Effekte illustrieren. Die Gleichung wurde für die experimentellen Daten der Alkoholadsorption aus Benzol undn-Heptan an Kieselgel überprüft.相似文献

The photografting of polymers onto ultrafine inorganic particles, such as silica and titanium oxide, initiated by azo groups introduced onto these surfaces was investigated. The introduction of azo groups onto the particles was achieved by the reaction of 4,4′-azobis(4-cyanopentanoic acid) with surface isocyanate groups, which were introduced by the treatment with tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate. It was found that the photopolymerization of vinyl monomers, such as methyl methacrylate (MMA), styrene, and N-vinylcarbazole, is initiated by ultrafine particles having azo groups. The corresponding polymers were effectively grafted onto these surfaces through the propagation of the polymer from the surface radicals formed by the photodecomposition of the azo groups: e.g., the percentage of grafting of PMMA and polystyrene onto silica was reached to 112 and 176%, respectively. The percentage of grafting onto silica in the graft polymerization initiated by photodecomposition of surface azo groups was much larger than that initiated by thermal decomposition. Polymer-grafted ultrafine particles thus obtained gave a stable colloidal dispersion in good solvents for the grafted chain. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

Donor-acceptor properties of alumina modified with lithium cations were studied by ESR of paramagnetic complexes of adsorbed
anthraquinone. The results were compared with the data on negative ion emission (exoemission) accompanying the decomposition
of isopropyl alcohol in the adsorption layer. The data on the activity measured by the pulse microcatalytic technique in isopropyl
alcohol decomposition are discussed. Small additives of lithium were found to promote catalytic activity of the samples. The
role of acid and basic sites in isopropyl alcohol decomposition was discussed.

Reaction kinetics on nanometer-scale particles are different from those on extended surfaces of bulk materials. This fact has been utilized for a long time to empirically maximize the performance of heterogeneous catalysts, but the understanding of the underlying effects is poor at the microscopic level. Modern molecular beam-based methods, however, allow us to derive very detailed kinetic information on catalytically active surfaces. In combination with structurally highly controlled model catalysts, microscopic insights into the activity and selectivity of specific reaction centers on catalyst nanoparticles can be obtained. Polymerizing effects of high energy radiation has been found suitable for preparation of wood-polymer composites. In the present work after evaluating polymer products that have been obtained by irradiation method, wood-polymer composites have been prepared by in situ polymerization of vinyl acetate, acrylic acid and acrylic acid/styrene mixture using two samples of Iranian hardwoods, Beech and Hornbeam. These woods and their composites have been tested for their physical and mechanical properties. The results have shown that chemical bonding between polymer and the cell wall component lead to better strength properties in the composites. 相似文献

The reaction of diethyl 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-methyl-2-propenylphosphonate (1a) with 3-methylbutanal (2) in heterogeneous MOH (solid)-benzene systems in the presence of 5–10 mol.% of benzyltriethylammonium chloride (BTEAC) gives the reaction product (3) with a higher, for M=K, or lower, for M=Li, ratio of 2E,4E and 2Z,4E-stereoisomers than that observed in the absence of BTEAC. Tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a catalyst of the reaction1a + 2 3 in the system KOH (solid)-wet benzene leads to a higher [2E,4E-3][2Z,4E-3] ratio than BTEAC; this ratio grows from 4456 without TBAB to 8020 at 100 mol.% of TBAB. In the latter case the stereochemical outcome of the reaction is similar to that obtained when tetrabutylammonium hydroxide in dry benzene is used as the deprotonating agent. The corresponding diisopropyl phosphonate (1b) and 3,7-dimethyloctanal (4a) interact in the system KOH (solid)-wet benzene-TBAB to give hydroprene (5) containing 88 % of the 2E,4E-isomer (5a) while in the case of 1 equiv. of [(n-Bu4)N]OH in dry benzene the content of5a is 92 %. Diisopropyl 3-isopropoxycarbonyl-2-methyl-2-propenylphosphonate (1c) and 7-methoxy-3,7-dimethyloctanal (4b) under either of these conditions afford methoprene (6) containing 93 % of the 2E,4E-isomer.Part 6, see ref. 1.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. An exfoliated layered double hydroxides/poly(methyl methacrylate)(LDHs/PMMA)nanocomposite was prepared by in situ solution polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA)in the presence of 4-vinylbenzenesulfonate intercalated LDHs(MgAl-VBS LDHs).MgAl-VBS LDHs was prepared by the ion exchange method,and the structure and composition of the MgA1-VBS LDHs were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.XRD and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were employed to examine the structure of LDHs/PMMA nanocomposite.It was indicated that the LDHs layers were well exfoliated and dispersed in the PMMA matrix.The grafting of PMMA onto LDHs was confirmed by the extraction result and the weight fraction of grafted PMMA increased as the weight fraction of LDHs in the nanocomposites increased. 相似文献
