A NOVEL ROUTE TO SPIRO PHOSPHORUS-HETEROCYCLE VIA LAWESSON'S REAGENT

ABSTRACT

2-Aryl-spiro-[5,5]-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane-2-sufides were prepared by the cyclization reaction of Lawesson's reagent with pentaerythritol and monobenzalpentaerythritol, respectively.     

Efficient Synthesis of Chiral 1,1′‐Sulfonyl Bisaziridines

An efficient three‐step synthesis of chiral 1,1′‐(sulfonyl)bisaziridines is described. Preparation of these compounds was carried out easily starting from N,N′‐sulfonyl bis‐(α‐L‐aminoester) to afford the title compounds in very good yields. These 1,1′‐(sulfonyl)bisaziridines can constitute interesting synthetic building blocks.     

“Rapid and Inexpensive Method for Reduction of Nitroarenes to Anilines”

Nitroarenes are reduced to corresponding anilines in good yields using ferric chloride - Zinc - Dimethyl formamide - water system.     

C?H bond functionalization of aromatic heterocycles with chelating dicarbene palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes

Chelating dicarbene complexes of palladium(II) and platinum(II) catalyse at room temperature with 1% catalyst loading the reaction of ethyl phenylpropiolate with aromatic heterocycles to yield synthetically useful intermediates for fine chemicals without the need to use prefunctionalized substrates. The reaction outcome was found to be strongly dependent on the nature of the anionic ligands at the metal complex. Addition of silver salts to replace halide ligands with more weakly coordinating anions improves the reaction yield and changes the product distributions: heterocycle? alkyne 2:1 adducts are obtained together with the usual hydroarylation products, which potentially broadens the scope of the reaction. The nature of the employed heterocycle, in particular its steric characteristics, is also found to strongly influence the outcome of the reaction. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

The Formation of Thiocarbonyl Compounds by The Thermal Decomposition of Heteroaryl Substituted Sulfoxides

The thermal reaction of phenacyl sulfoxide bearing some heterocycles in the presence of butadiene afforded the thiapyarn derivatives, which is considered to be formed by the Diels Alder reaction of diene with thiocalbonyl compound.     

Copper Complexes of Dicarboxy‐Functionalized Tetramethylcyclam. Crystal Structures of Complexes with the Axial Ligands Perchlorate,Chloride, and Iodide

6,13‐Dicarboxy‐1,4,8,11‐tetramethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐copper(II) perchlorate ( 2 a ) was synthesized via one‐step cyclocondensation from bis(N,N′‐dimethyl‐ ethylenediamine‐copper(II) perchlorate, formaldehyde and malonic acid. Anion exchange yielded the analogous copper(II) chloride ( 2 b ) and iodide ( 2 c ) complexes. Crystal structures of 2 a – 2 c show a square‐planar N₄‐co‐ordination of the copper(II) ion with RRSS configuration of the nitrogens and perchlorate, chloride or iodide ions weakly co‐ordinated axially. Relating to the macroring, the carboxy groups are in trans‐position. In 2 a , the packing is typical of parallel strands of complex subunits effected by dimerization of the carboxy groups, while in 2 b and 2 c formation of the supramolecular strands involve hydrogen bond interactions between carboxy groups and halide anions.     

吡唑并三嗪[1,5-a][1,3,5]-4(3H)-酮类衍生物的合成

设计并实现了以具有脒代吡唑结构的中间体与三聚光气在低温下进行分子内环合得到吡唑并三嗪[1,5-a][1,3,5]-4(3H)-酮衍生物(9a~9c)的新方法。1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征证明9a~9c为新化合物。     

1,3-双芳氧乙酰基-1,3,2-二氮磷杂环戊烷-2-硫(硒)代化合物的合成及除草活性研究

利用P(NEt₂)₃与双酰胺类化合物在干馏条件下的环缩合反应合成了一系列含双芳氧乙酰基的新型五元磷杂环,对所合成的化合物进行了元素分析和谱学表征.初步生物活性测定表明,部分化合物具有优良的选择性除草活性.合成中首次发现此类磷杂环的P⁼Se与P-Se的转化现象,通过X射线单晶衍射确证了产物的结构,并发现产物分子间氢键的存在     

膦亚胺叶立德在杂环合成中的应用

总结了我们课题组应用膦亚胺叶立德的氮杂Wittig反应合成氮杂环的研究工作.我们发展了一种应用α-酯基膦亚胺与异氰酸酯(或二硫化碳)、亲核试剂的连续成环反应,合成咪唑啉酮及唑类杂环的新方法.应用β-酯基膦亚胺与异氰酸酯(或二硫化碳)、亲核试剂的连续成环反应,则可制备(稠合的)喹唑啉酮和嘧啶酮类杂环.而应用β-炔基膦亚胺与异氰酸酯、亲核试剂在银离子催化下的连续成环反应,可得到吲哚类杂环.最近我们课题组又初步将膦亚胺叶立德应用于串联的Ugi和Passerini后修饰反应中,合成了多取代苯并嗪和喹唑啉类杂环化合物.     

几个新型含氟化合物的合成

以3-硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯(1)为起始原料, 合成了新型含氟杂环化合物8和3个含氟中间体4, 5, 6. 通过IR, NMR, MS和元素分析对它们的结构进行了表征. 探讨了反应条件对产物结构的影响, 提出了化合物4可能的形成机理.
