以涂有聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的石英光导纤维作为固相微萃取纤维,建立了一次性固相微萃取与高效液相色谱联用测定环境水样中的菲、荧蒽和屈3种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。实验考察了解吸时间、萃取时间、搅拌速度、盐效应以及样品溶液pH值对萃取效率的影响,优化得到的萃取和解吸条件为: 于60 mL样品溶液中放入两段萃取纤维(1.5 cm)和1.2 g氯化钠,在1200 r/min搅拌速度下萃取60 min,取出萃取纤维并转入120 μL甲醇中密封静置解吸24 h后,取20 μL解吸液进行液相色谱测定。该方法对于菲、荧蒽和屈的检出限分别为0.17、0.17和0.08 μg/L;精密度(以测定0.5 μg/L PAHs标准溶液6次的相对标准偏差计)小于8%;实际样品中3种PAHs的加标回收率为80.0%~107%。该方法快速简便,纤维一次性使用,克服了污染物在纤维上残留的问题。 相似文献

A supramolecular hybrid is prepared by the supramolecular surface modification of single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) with cationic β‐cyclodextrin‐tethered ruthenium complexes through a spacer molecule that contains both an adamantane and a pyrene moiety. By employing the supramolecular hybrid, spatially controllable DNA condensation along the SWCNT skeleton is achieved by anchoring cationic ruthenium complexes on the surface. Furthermore, because of the unique physiological properties of SWCNTs, the cationic supramolecular hybrid can be used as a nonviral gene delivery system with the ruthenium complexes as a fluorescent probe to monitor uptake of DNA by cells. 相似文献

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with metolachlor as template was firstly coated on stainless steel fiber through chemical bonding strategy to solve the fragility problem of silica fiber substrate for solid-phase microextraction. The surface pretreatment of stainless steel fiber and the polymerization conditions were investigated systematically to enhance the preparation feasibility and MIP coating performance, and then a porous and highly cross-linked MIP coating with 14.8-μm thickness was obtained with over 200 times re-usability which was supported by non-fragile stainless steel fiber adoption. The MIP coating possessed specific selectivities to metolachlor, its metabolites and other chloroacetanilide herbicides with the factors of 1.1–4.6. Good extraction capacities of metolachlor, propisochlor and butachlor were found with MIP coating under quick adsorption and desorption kinetics, and the detection limits of 3.0, 9.6 and 38 μg L−1 were achieved, respectively. Moreover, the MIP-coated stainless steel fiber was evaluated for trace metolachlor, propisochlor and butachlor extraction in the spiked soybean and corn samples, and the enrichment factors of 54–60, 27–31 and 15–20 were obtained, respectively. 相似文献

Solvent-bar microextraction (SBME) based on two-phase (water-to-organic) extraction was for the first time used as the sample pretreatment method for the non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) of herbicides of environmental concern. Due to the compatibility of the extractant organic solvent and the NACE separation system, the extract could be introduced directly to the CE system after SBME. Through investigations of the effect of sample pH, extraction time, agitation speed and salt addition on extraction efficiency, the most suitable extraction conditions were determined: sample solution at a pH of 1, without added salt, and stirring at 700 revolutions per minute for 30 min. SBME as applied here was also compared with single-drop microextraction and hollow fiber-protected liquid-phase microextraction. SBME showed the highest extraction efficiency. In addition, field-amplified sample injection with pre-introduced organic solvent plug removal using the electroosmotic flow as a pump (FAEP) was used to enhance the sensitivity further in NACE. Based on studies of the effect of different organic solvents, different lengths of the organic plugs and different volumes of sample injection on stacking efficiency under the most suitable separation conditions, methanol was found to be the most efficient solvent for on-line preconcentration. Combined with SBME, FAEP-NACE achieved limits of detection of between 0.08 ng/mL and 0.14 ng/mL for the studied analytes. Détente Instantanée contrôlée (DIC), French for Instant Controlled Pressure Drop, was performed on laboratory apparatus as well as on a pilot plant for proving its feasibility, and identifying the optimized processing conditions and recognizing the energy consumption and the quantity of water used for such an operation. GC–MS and SPME analysis of the extracts and residue material were carried out to assess the extracts and solid residues. The lavandin essential oils obtained by using the new DIC extraction process was studied, modeled and quantitatively and qualitatively compared to the conventional hydrodistillation method. The most important differences between the two essential oils were reflected in the yields, with 4.25 as against 2.3 g EO/100 g of raw matter, and in the extraction time, with 480 s as against some hours for respectively the DIC and the hydrodistillation operations. These differences have been previewed through the fundamental analysis. They can normally explain the great decreasing of energy consumption to be 662 kWh/t of raw material. Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) combined with density functional theory (DFT) calculations were applied in studying the anisotropic adsorption and condensation of tert‐butylamine (t‐BA) molecules in the vicinity of the steps on the Cu(111) surface. The preferential adsorption at the upper step edges and uneven distribution of t‐BA in the vicinity of the steps illustrate the asymmetric electronic structure of the surface steps. Our observation demonstrates that the adsorption and diffusion of a polar molecule would be significantly mediated by steps on metal surfaces due to the molecule–step interaction and the intermolecular interactions. 相似文献
