在423K、常压固定床石英反应器中,以丙烯直接气相氧化为探针反应,考察了催化剂制备方法、沉淀剂的种类和浓度对制备的Ag/TS-1催化剂催化性能的影响,采用TEM,XRD和UV-Vis等表征手段对Ag/TS-1催化剂进行了分析.结果表明,沉积-沉淀法是最佳的催化剂制备方法,但浸渍法也可制得具有环氧丙烷选择性的催化剂.K2CO3是一种良好的沉淀剂.以K2CO3为沉淀剂,硅钛比为64的TS-1为载体制备的Ag/TS-1催化剂上的丙烯转化率为1.72%,环氧丙烷选择性为98.2%.少量单质银的存在有利于环氧丙烷的生成,除银粒子的分散状态外,银粒子与载体TS-1间的相互作用对提高催化剂的选择性具有决定性作用. 相似文献

A novel method for preparing silver nanoelectrode ensembles(SNEEs) and gold nanoelectrode ensembles (GNEEs) has been developed. Silver colloid particles were first absorbed to the gold electrode surface to form a monolayer silver colloid. N-hexadecyl nercaptan was then assembled on the electrode to form a thoil monolayer on which hydrophilic ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol from silver colloid surface through applying and AC voltage with increasing frequency at 0.20V(vs.SCE). Finally,GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol/L HNO3 to remove the silver colloid particles. By comparison with other methods such as template method ect., this method enjoys some advantages of lower resistance, same diameter,easy preparation,controllable size and density. 相似文献

The darkening of silica sol-gel glasses doped with 0.05 mol% silver was studied. Six sols were prepared from TEOS and silver
nitrate. Different additives were used, to influence the chemical and physical states of silver: oxidizing or reducing agents
(H2O2, As2O5), colloid stabilizer (sodium citrate) and network modifiers (Li2O, CaO). Sols were gelified at 60°C and densified at 600°C. The samples without additives and those prepared with H2O2 at room temperature even if they were protected from light. With increased temperature, the darkening became samples were
heated above, 400°C, reversible bleaching took place. This darkening-bleaching is of thermal nature (“thermochromic effect”)
and seems to be determined by a reversible aggregation-disaggregation of tiny silver particles. The presence of sodium citrate,

The photoreduction of Cu2+ at the surface of ZnO nanoparticles and ZnO/Ag nanostructures was investigated. The spectral characteristics of the obtained ZnO/Cu and ZnO/Ag/Cu composites were studied in relation to the reaction conditions. 利用原位分析方法对催化剂表面吸附态进行动态表征,对了解催化反应机理具有重要的意义。漫反射红外光谱是一种理想的原位方法,应用该方法在298-773K范围原位考察了以丙烯为还原剂,NO在Ag-ZSM-5催化剂上的吸附态及选择性催化还原过程。认为NO的选择性催化还原符合直接作用机理,还原的关键是形成有机-氮氧化物(R-NO2或R-ONO)中间体。O2的作用是使C3H6充分活化,并是有效产生有机-氮氧化物不可缺少的条件。 相似文献

A novel quarterwave-thick narrow-bandwidth antireflective coating has been developed for both plastic and vitreous substrates by a sol-gel route. This coating has revealed pronounced scratch- and climatic-resistance under adverse conditions. The single-layer coating consists basically of a composite material made of silica as the discontinuous phase and of a polytetrafluoroethylene-derived (Teflon1) organic polymer as the continuous phase. This leads to fluorine-containing colloidal silica product, or a so-called Flucosil coating. The coating is applied by spinning or dipping from specific solutions at room temperature followed by a mild and short heat treatment. In addition to remarkable abrasion and environmental resistance properties, such coatings have displayed excellent laser-induced damage threshold levels, surpassing uncoated substrates.We hope such a product might open new perspectives concerning household articles, architectural optical thin-films, ophthalmic uses, and so on. 相似文献
