以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,使丙烯睛在涤沦(PET)纤维上接枝共聚。接枝纤维在含铜化合物,含硫还原剂溶液中反应,制备PET导电纤维。讨论了影响接枝共聚的各种因素,选择出最佳聚合条件。对该纤维的导电成份和结构以及性能进行了研究。  相似文献

以氧杂蒽酮或二苯甲酮为引发剂 ,通过紫外光引发表面接枝聚合的方法在聚丙烯薄膜表面引入了具有温度敏感特性的聚异丙基丙烯酰胺 (PNIPAAm)接枝聚合物层 .提高紫外光强度和接枝反应温度均有利于接枝率增大 ,而单体浓度对接枝率的影响存在最佳值 ,为 0 1 8mol L .在引发剂预浸渍引发接枝和休眠基引发接枝这两种方式中 ,后者能够实现更高的接枝率 .红外光谱 (FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱化学分析 (ESCA)和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)等对接枝层组成的表征结果证实了接枝层的存在 .在不同温度下 ,接枝膜的FTIR谱图中酰胺I带和酰胺II带特征吸收峰发生位移 ,表明它具有温度敏感特性 .同时 ,SEM研究发现由于接枝膜的温度敏感特性而导致的球状表面形态结构  相似文献

采用分散聚合法制备出平均粒径为3.85 μm的窄分布聚苯乙烯微球, 并在此基础上引入第二单体丙烯腈进行共聚反应, 制备出平均粒径为4.02 μm的窄分布苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物微球. 对聚苯乙烯微球和苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物微球进行了形貌及粒径、红外光谱、差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析, 结果表明丙烯腈基团均匀分布在聚苯乙烯微球表面, 提高了聚苯乙烯微球表面的极性.  相似文献

A membrane having an amine moiety was prepared by plasma-grafting 2-(N,N-dimethyl)aminoethyl methacrylate (DAMA) onto a microporous polyethylene substrate. Permselectivity of the membrane for CO2 over N2 was achieved in both dry and water swollen conditions. When the CO2 partial pressure in the feed gas was 0.047 atm, the selectivity of CO2 over N2 reached 130 for the highly swollen water containing membrane. This value was found to agree with that obtained with a mobile carrier membrane (supported liquid membrane) using DAMA as the carrier. The effects of several experimental conditions such as degree of grafting, feed partial pressure and temperature on the membrane performance were studied. It was suggested that the membrane acted as a fixed carrier membrane for CO2 facilitated transport in under the dry condition and acted as a fixed reaction site membrane in the water swollen condition. The carrier transport mechanism is discussed for dry and aqueous membranes.  相似文献

A thiophene‐functionalized methacrylate monomer (3‐methylthienyl methacrylate) was synthesized via the esterification of 3‐thiophene methanol with methacryloyl chloride. The methacrylate monomer was polymerized by free‐radical polymerization in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator. Graft copolymers of poly(3‐methylthienyl methacrylate) (PMTM2) and polypyrrole and of PMTM2 and polythiophene were synthesized by constant‐potential electrolyses. p‐Toluene sulfonic acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, and tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate were used as the supporting electrolytes. PMTM2‐coated platinum electrodes were used as anodes in the polymerization of pyrrole and thiophene. Moreover, the oxidative polymerization of poly(3‐methylthienyl methacrylate) (PMTM1) was studied with FeCl3 as the oxidant. The self‐polymerization of PMTM1 was also investigated by galvanostatic electrolysis both in dichloromethane and in propylene carbonate. The structures of PMTM1 and PMTM2 were investigated by several spectroscopic and thermal methods. The grafting process was elucidated with conductivity measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy studies. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A radio-frequency glow discharge induced graft copolymerization process has prepared a PAAc-grafted PE film in this present study. Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) was then covalently immobilized onto PAAc-grafted PE film by a chemical coupling reaction. Carboxylic groups were introduced onto the surface of PE film by exposing the film to an Ar plasma, and the plasma-treated film was then next reacted with a 50% acrylic acid aqueous solution. These functional groups were reacted with bisamino PEO by a coupling agent CMC. ESCA, IR, and water contact angle studies were conducted for characterizing the surfaces of these films during the varied stages of the reaction. Increasing the molecular weight of the PEO attached to the PAAc-grafted PE resulted in an increased wettability of the films. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The synthesis of copolymers constituted of a central polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) block flanked by two polyamide (PA) sequences is described. α, ω-diacyllactam PDMS, when used as macroinitiator of lactam polymerization, gives rise to the expected triblock copolymer. Likewise, PDMS-g-PA graft copolymers are obtained from acyllactam containing polysiloxanes. NaAlH2(OCH2CH2OMe)2 turns out to be the best suited activating agent for the polymerization of ?-caprolactam, in the experimental conditions required for the synthesis of polysiloxane–polyamide copolymers. The nucleophilic species formed by reaction of NaAlH2(OCH2CH2OMe)2 with ?-caprolactam—2-[bis(methoxyethoxy) aluminumoxy]-1-azacycloheptane sodium—is indeed nucleophilic enough to bring about the growth of PA chains and mild enough to stay inert towards PDMS. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A Novel solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) membrane containing both ? COOH and ? SO3H group has been prepared by simultaneous method of radiation grafting of acrylic acid onto FEP followed by sulfonation. The presence of weakly acidic acrylic acid controls the swelling in water while ? SO3H group provides conductivity due to its strongly ionic characteristic. FEP‐g‐acrylic acid and its sulfonated derivatives were characterized by their properties. While the mechanical properties decreased, other properties such as ion exchange capacity (IEC), water uptake and ionic conductivity increased with increase in graft content. These properties further changed on sulfonation. Acrylic acid being weakly acidic in nature, conductivity values of the grafted membrane were quite low. However, introduction of strong ? SO3H group resulted in conductivity closer to Nafion 117. Few sulfonated membranes have been tested with respect to H2/O2 fuel cell performance. Short‐term fuel cell test for 100 hr gave a stable performance. These membranes are less expensive compared to Nafion. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

When a poly(ethylene terephthalate), PET, film is heated in an aqueous solution of methacrylic acid in the presence of hydrogen peroxide as an initiator, it is found that the weight of the film is increased. The amount of methacrylic acid that may be added onto the film is dependent upon the concentration of the monomer, the initiator, and the temperature at which the reaction occurs. Pretreatment of the film with 1,1,2,2,tetrachloroethane causes swelling and the amount of add-on is increased as the swelling level increases. Methacrylic-acid-modified PET films hydrolyze at room temperature in aqueous sodium hydroxide; the rate of hydrolysis is dependent upon the amount of add-on and the concentration of the base. This procedure leads to a chemically induced blend of polymethacrylic acid and poly(ethylene terephthalate), and grafting of the monomer onto the polymer film does not occur. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
