Herein, we describe a gold-catalyzed cascade cyclization of Boc-protected benzylamines bearing two tethered alkyne moieties in a domino reaction initiated by a 6-endo-dig cyclization. The reaction was screened intensively, and the scope was explored, resulting in nine new Boc-protected dihydrobenzo[c]phenanthridines with yields of up to 98 %; even a π-extension and two bidirectional approaches were successful. Furthermore, thermal cleavage of the Boc group and subsequent oxidation gave substituted benzo[c]phenanthridines in up to quantitative yields. Two bidirectional approaches under the optimized conditions were successful, and the resulting π-extended molecules were tested as organic semiconductors in organic thin-film transistors. 相似文献

Gold(I)-catalyzed formal [4+2] cycloaddition of O-aryl ynol ethers 1 and enol ethers 2 is described. This intermolecular reaction between two electron-rich unsaturated systems takes place, under mild conditions, in the presence of 5 mol% [IPrAu(CH3CN)]SbF6 as catalyst giving chromene derivatives with good yields. The cycloaddition is completely regio- and stereoselective, as well as versatile for both reactives. Silyl enol ethers can also react in the same way and under the same reaction conditions with quantitative yields. A plausible mechanism through a selective addition of the enol ether to the alkyne gold activated complex followed by an intramolecular aromatic electrophilic substitution is proposed. Several experimental results support the presence of a cationic oxonium intermediate prior to the aromatic substitution. The reaction represents a new entry to the chromene core. 相似文献

The combination of a peptide catalyst and a gold catalyst is presented for enantioselective addition reactions between branched aldehydes and allenamides. The two catalysts act in concert to provide γ,δ-enamide aldehydes bearing a fully substituted, benzylic stereogenic center – a structural motif common in many natural products and therapeutically active compounds – with good yields and enantioselectivities. The reaction tolerates a variety of alkyl and alkoxy substituted aldehydes and the products can be elaborated into several chiral building blocks bearing either 1,4- or 1,5- functional group relationships. Mechanistic studies showed that the conformational features of the peptide are important for both the catalytic efficiency and stereochemistry, while a balance of acid/base additives is key for ensuring formation of the desired product over undesired side reactions. 相似文献

利用水热法制备了菊花状的氧化锌纳米棒,并进行表征,将纳米氧化锌掺入纳米金刚石中配制成电泳液,超声分散后电泳沉积到钛衬底上,再经热处理后进行场发射特性的测试.结果表明:未掺混的金刚石阴极样品的开启电场为7.3V/μm,在20V/μm的电场下,场发射电流密度为81μA/cm2;掺混后阴极样品的场发射开启电场降低到4.7~6.0V/μm,在20V/μm电场下,场发射电流密度提高到140~158μA/cm2.原因是纳米ZnO掺入后,增强了涂层的电子输运能力、增加了有效发射体数目,提高了场增强因子β,而金刚石保证了热处理后涂层与衬底的良好键合,形成了欧姆接触,降低了场发射电流的热效应.场发射电流的稳定性随掺混ZnO量的增加而下降,要兼顾场发射电流密度及其稳定性,适量掺入ZnO可有效提高纳米金刚石的场发射性能. 相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of a glassy carbon electrode modified with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and Au particles was studied in alkaline medium towards the electrooxidation of some carbohydrates used as model compounds. The influence of carbohydrate concentration and scan rate on peak potentials, peak currents, etc., observed at the modified electrode was evaluated and critically discussed. The Au particles dispersed into multiwalled carbon nanotubes structures showed favorable electrocatalytic and analytical properties towards the electrooxidation of xylose and glucose molecules. Atomic force microscopy performed on the resulting modified electrode showed a well‐efficient 3D distribution of Au active particles having sharp‐edged and elongated grains along bundles of the MWCNTs. The three‐dimensional MWCNT‐Au composite structure of the catalyst act as a promoter to enhance the diffusive character of recorded currents and probably also increases the rate of the heterogeneous electron transfer of the electrooxidation process considered. 相似文献

Cu vanadate nanorods have been synthesized via the hydrothermal process using polymer polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as the surfactant. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) shows that the nanorods are composed of monoclinic Cu5V2O10 phase. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation shows that the diameter and length of the nanorods are 50–300 nm and 3 μm, respectively. PVP concentration, hydrothermal temperature and duration time play essential roles in the formation and sizes of the Cu vanadate nanorods. A PVP‐assisted nucleation and crystal‐growth process is proposed to explain the formation of the Cu vanadate nanorods. Gentian violet (GV) is used to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of the Cu vanadate nanorods under solar light. The GV concentration clearly decreases with increasing irradiation time, and content of the Cu vanadate nanorods. GV solution with the concentration of 10 mg L−1 can be totally degraded under solar light irradiation for 4 h using 10 mg Cu vanadate nanorods. Carbophilic catalysts that are based on AuI allow a host of different nucleophiles to be added across various π systems. 1 – 3 Although many of these reactions are thought to proceed via gold carbenoids, the challenge to observe and characterize these putative intermediates has basically been unmet. 4 The current mechanistic interpretation therefore largely relies on indirect evidence and computational data, some of which are subject to debate. 5 In an attempt to fill this gap, we pursued a potential route to gold carbenoids by formal transmetalation of chromium or tungsten Fischer carbene complexes with [LAu]+. Whereas this transformation proceeds with exceptional ease as long as a stabilizing heteroelement is present on the carbene center, it stops half‐way in its absence. Rather unusual bimetallic arrays are formed, which allow the charge density to delocalize over several positions. The obvious difficulty of releasing an “unstabilized” gold carbenoid has potential mechanistic implications for the understanding of π‐acid catalysis in general. 相似文献

Noble metals can be ionized by electrochemical corrosion and transported by electrospray ionization. Mass spectrometry (MS) showed solvated metal ions as the main ionic constituent of the sprayed droplets. Collection of the electrospray plume on a surface yielded noble metal nanoparticles (NPs) under ambient conditions. The NPs were characterized by several techniques. Under typical conditions, capped‐nanoparticle sizes averaged 2.2 nm for gold and 6.5 nm for silver. The gold nanoparticles showed high catalytic activity in the reduction of p‐nitrophenol by NaBH4. Efficient catalysis was also observed by simply directing the spray of solvated Au+ onto the surface of an aqueous p‐nitrophenol/NaBH4 mixture. Organometallic ions were generated by spiking ligands into the spray solvent: for example, CuI bipyridine cations dominated the spray during Cu electrocorrosion in acetonitrile containing bipyridine. This organometallic reagent was shown to be effective in the radical polymerization of styrene. 相似文献
