大口径高性能激光钕玻璃研究进展 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在概述国内外高功率激光钕玻璃的发展及其主要性质的基础上,重点论述了上海光学精密机械研究所在大口径N31高功率激光钕玻璃半连续熔炼工艺、连续熔炼工艺、包边工艺等方面的研究进展。报道了半连续熔炼工艺制备的不同Nd2O3浓度N31钕玻璃的光吸收损耗和荧光寿命及小信号增益系数,并给出了这些钕玻璃坯片小信号增益系数的波动范围。通过对半连续熔炼和连续熔炼工艺制备的N31激光钕玻璃主要性能的比较,证明连续熔炼工艺制备的N31钕玻璃的主要性能指标与半连续熔炼的性能相当。对于400 mm大口径N31钕玻璃坯片的包边进行了模拟考核,结果表明,采用现有包边工艺的钕玻璃可以承受1 000次高功率氙灯辐射。 相似文献

为了探讨载能重粒子辐照改善惯性约束聚变中所用玻璃微球的充气性能,以及热弛豫过程中改善其保气性能的微观机制,利用分子动力学的方法对载能重粒子辐照前后的SiO2玻璃在内部形成气体扩散微通道的机理进行了模拟研究。结果表明,重粒子辐照可以在SiO2玻璃中形成明显的扩散通道,说明辐照后的玻璃更适合通入Ar等较大尺寸气体;在高温高压的条件下,形成的扩散通道有逐渐关闭的趋势,辐照产生的缺陷能够在一定程度上得到修复。因此,利用重粒子辐照的方法,可在玻璃体中产生充气的微通道,该通道在高温高压下可实现关闭,从而起到开关的作用。模拟结果可为实验上通过重粒子辐照提升微球玻璃充气保气性能的方法提供理论支持,说明该方法具有可行性。 相似文献

To understand the behaviour of nuclear waste glass in groundwater, borosilicate glasses were placed in simulated groundwater for more than 200 days. The composition of the simulated groundwater was similar to that of the groundwater in Beishan (a potential nuclear waste site). The pH value of groundwater was adjusted to 7.5, and the ratio of the surface area of glass to the volume of the solution (SA/V) was set to 10?m?1. Solutions and bulk glasses were characterised to obtain the elemental behaviour and surface morphology of the glass/solution interface, which was named the alteration layer. The mean thicknesses of the alteration layer were 5.16?±?0.11?µm and 11.67?±?0.28?µm at 70°C and 90°C, respectively. A thicker alteration layer was attributed to the lower surface activation energy of the glass and a high ion exchange between K+ and Na+ in the interface between the glass surface and the solution. For the elemental behaviour, mobile species B and Na were depleted, while K and Ca from the solution were enriched in the alteration layer due to ion exchange. Network species Si decreased in the layer, leading to the corrosion of the backbone of the glass; however, species Al increased, which implied that some [SiO4] units were partially replaced by [AlO4] units. In this work the results of the statistical topometric analysis of fracture surfaces of soda-lime-silica glass with and without ionic exchange treatment are reported. In this case, the mechanism of substitution is K+-Na+. atomic force microscopy (AFM) was employed to record the topometric data from the fracture surface. The roughness exponent (ζ) and the correlation length (ξ) were calculated by the variable bandwidth method. The analysis for both glasses (subjected and non-subjected to ionic exchange) for ζ shows a value ∼0.8, this value agrees well with that reported in the literature for rapid crack propagation in a variety of materials. The correlation length shows different values for each condition. These results, along with those of microhardness indentations suggest that the self-affine correlation length is influenced by the complex interactions of the stress field of microcracks with that resulting from the collective behavior of the point defects introduced by the strengthening mechanism of ionic exchange. 相似文献

Spinel CoFe2O4 coating on the surface of hollow glass microspheres of low density was synthesized by co-precipitation method. The phase structures, morphologies, particle size, shell thickness, chemical compositions of the composites have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that CoFe2O4 coating on hollow glass microspheres can be achieved, and the coating layers are constituted by CoFe2O4 nanoparticles of mean size ca. 10 nm. The as-synthesized powder materials were uniformly dispersed into the phenolic cement, then the mixture was pasted on metal plate with the area of 200 mm×200 mm as the test plate. The test of microwave absorption was carried out by the radar-absorbing materials (RAM) reflectivity far field radar cross-section (RCS) method. The results indicate that the coated CoFe2O4/hollow glass microspheres composites can be applied in lightweight and strong absorption microwave absorbers. 相似文献

利用自行研制的空心微球耐外压装置和充气装置,测试了目前激光惯性约束聚变实验打靶使用的空心玻璃微球耐内压能力和耐外压能力。空心玻璃微球采用液滴法制备,直径为180~250 mm、壁厚为0.8~4.0 mm。理论计算表明,当微球纵横比超过90时,耐外压能力与球壳材料的杨氏模量有关,由此测量得到的空心玻璃微球杨氏模量为55~75 GPa。玻璃微球的耐内压能力主要与球壳材料的抗拉强度有关,实验测量得到的玻璃微球抗拉强度为90~140 MPa。 相似文献

为了既节省稀有昂贵的冰洲石晶体材料,又实现偏振光的大剪切差输出,采用冰洲石晶体与光学玻璃组合的方法,设计了一种新型平行分束偏光镜。该棱镜的前后半块分别为ZBaF3玻璃和冰洲石晶体,由大折射率液态胶合剂溴代萘胶合而成。实验测试表明:该棱镜透射的2束平行光的消光比,o光可达10-5;尽管受到光学玻璃的影响,e光的消光比仍优于10-3;透射比均与纯冰洲石晶体材料的棱镜基本相当。理论分析表明:该棱镜自身结构带来的性能影响在一定情况下完全可以忽略,因此具有较好的应用前景。 相似文献

Amorphous systems undergo the jamming transition when the density increases, temperature drops, or external shear stress decreases, as described by the jamming phase diagram which was proposed to unify different processes such as the glass transition, random close packing, and yielding under shear stress. At zero temperature and shear stress, the jamming transition occurs at a critical density at Point J. In this paper, we review recent studies of the material properties of marginally jammed solids and the glassy dynamics in the vicinity of Point J. As the only singular point in the jamming phase diagram, Point J exhibits special criticality in both mechanical and vibrational quantities. Dynamics approaching the glass transition in the vicinity of Point J show critical scalings, suggesting that the molecular glass transition and the colloidal glass transition are equivalent in the hard sphere limit. All these studies shed light on the long-standing puzzles of the glass transition and unusual properties of amorphous solids. 相似文献

Samples of Mn-oxide nanoparticles dispersed in an amorphous SiO2 matrix with manganese concentration 0.7 and 3 at% have been synthesized by a sol-gel method. Transmission electron microscopy analysis has shown that the samples contain agglomerates of amorphous silica particles 10-20 nm in size. In silica matrix two types of Mn-rich particles are dispersed, smaller nanoparticles with dimensions between 3 and 10 nm, and larger crystalline areas consisting of aggregates of the smaller nanoparticles. High-temperature magnetic susceptibility study reveals that dominant magnetic phase at higher temperatures is λ-MnO2. At temperatures below TC=43 K strong ferrimagnetism originating from the minor Mn3O4 phase masks the relatively weak magnetism of λ-MnO2 with antiferromagnetic interactions. Magnetic field dependence of the maximum in the zero-field-cooled magnetization for both the samples in the vicinity of 40 K, and a frequency shift of the real component of the ac magnetic susceptibility in the sample with 3 at% Mn suggest that the magnetic moments of the smaller Mn3O4 nanoparticles with dimensions below 10 nm are exposed to thermally activated blocking process just below the Curie temperature TC. Appearance of a maximum in the zero-field-cooled magnetization for both the samples below 10 K indicates possible spin glass freezing of the magnetic moments at low temperatures which might occur in the geometrically frustrated Mn sublattice of the λ-MnO2 crystal structure. 相似文献
