Molecular Targets of Combined Natural Antioxidants Against Diabetes in Streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Mice

Natural antioxidants, due to the different chemical structures and their unique biological protection effects on islet cell, have been received much attention in applied chemistry field for developing a new diabetic drug. However, the molecular targets of the islet cell protection have been remained obscure. For investigating molecular targets of combined natural antioxidant's(CNA) roles in against diabetes, type 1 diabetic mouse model was made by multiple injection of low doses of streptozotocin into C57BL mice. Two combinations of natural antioxidants were orally supplemented to the mice. Blood glucose level, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents were measured via biochemical assays. Tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), interferon γ(IFN-γ) and Interleukin-12(IL-12) in CD4⁺ Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were evaluated with flow cytometry(FCM). In situ hybridization(ISH) and immunohistochemistry(IHC) were used to detect insulin gene expression. The results demonstrate both the combinations significantly: increased GSH-px and SOD, but decreased MDA levels in pancreas(p<0.05―0.01); up-regulated insulin expression at both mRNA and protein levels in islet cells(p<0.05―0.01); down-regulated TNF-α and IL-12 expression in PBMC(p<0.05―0.01). Our data suggest that the CAN may regulate multiple key molecular targets related to β cell function, including reduction of oxidative stress and pre-inflammatory cytokines, and upregulate insulin gene expression to reduce the development of diabetes.

向量均衡问题解集的本质连通区的存在性问题已成为研究非线性问题稳定性的一个重要方面。Chen和Gong在目标函数固定时研究了真拟凸对称向量拟均衡问题的本质连通区的存在性。2010年,陈剑尘与龚循华研究了锥凸对称向量拟均衡问题的通有稳定性,在此基础上利用他们得到的一个锥凸对称向量拟均衡解映射为usco映射的引理,研究锥凸对称向量拟均衡问题的本质连通区,得到了一个目标函数扰动时的解集本质连通区的存在性的定理。     

Effects of reagent's rotational and vibrational excitations on reaction O(3P) + H2 H2(ν = 0, 3, j = 0, 3; 5; 7; 9; 12; 15) → OH + H

To investigate the effect of reagent's rotational and vibrational excitations on the stereo-dynamics of reaction product, the title reaction is theoretically simulated using the quasi-classical trajectory (QCT) method on the ³A" and ³A′ potential energy surfaces (PESs). The reaction cross section is considered as the only scalar property in this work at four different collision energies. Furthermore the vector properties including two polarization-dependent differential cross sections (PDDCSs), the angular distributions of product' rotational momentum are discussed at one fixed collision energy. Effects of reagents' rotational excitation on the reaction do exist regularly.     

Completeness of system of root vectors of upper triangular infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operators appearing in elasticity theory

This paper deals with a class of upper triangular infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operators appearing in the elasticity theory.The geometric multiplicity and algebraic index of the eigenvalue are investigated.Furthermore,the algebraic multiplicity of the eigenvalue is obtained.Based on these properties,the concrete completeness formulation of the system of eigenvectors or root vectors of the Hamiltonian operator is proposed.It is shown that the completeness is determined by the system of eigenvectors of the operator entries.Finally,the applications of the results to some problems in the elasticity theory are presented.     

弹性理论中上三角无穷维Hamilton算子根向量组的完备性

考虑弹性力学中一类上三角无穷维 Hamilton 算子．首先,给出此类Hamilton算子特征值的几何重数和代数指标,进而得到代数重数．其次,根据Hamilton算子特征值的代数重数确定其特征(根)向量组完备的形式,得到此类Hamilton算子特征(根)向量组的完备性是由内部算子特征向量组决定．最后,将所得结果应用到弹性力学问题中．     

基于Haar小波特征的恒星光谱物理参量自动估计

恒星大气物理参数的自动测量是大型巡天计划中海量光谱数据自动处理中的一个重要内容。首先使用多尺度Harr小波对恒星光谱数据进行特征分解,然后选用相应的小波系数作为光谱的特征向量,最后采用非参数回归算法对光谱的物理参数进行估计。研究表明,只需对光谱进行四层小波分解, 并选择第四层小波系数作为光谱的特征向量,即可获得重力加速度和表面有效温度的较好估计。对于化学丰度的估计,选择第一层小波系数作为光谱特征向量可取得较好效果。选用文献相关研究中常用的恒星大气模拟模型合成光谱库ELODIE中光谱数据测试了该方法的有效性。结果表明,基于Harr小波分解的光谱特征提取方法对恒星表面温度、表面重力和化学丰度等物理参数的估计具有较高的精度和鲁棒性。     

含大环多胺的两亲性小分子的设计合成及与DNA的相互作用

本文设计合成了两个含大环多胺亲水基团和甾体亲脂结构的两亲性小分子化合物, 化合物的结构经过核磁共振谱, 红外光谱和高分辨质谱确证. 凝胶电泳实验显示这类化合物与Sn-甘油-1,2-二油酰-3-磷酰乙醇胺 (DOPE)形成的阳离子脂质体对DNA有很强包裹能力. 两种脂质体M1和M2分别在N/P比为7和5时即可完全包裹质粒DNA. 另外, 这类脂质体与DNA形成的复合物的粒径经测定在160~220 nm之间, zeta电位为+20~40 mV. 实验结果显示这类脂质体具备了作为非病毒基因载体的潜在性, 可为设计阳离子脂质提供新思路.     

多示例学习问题研究进展综述

多示例学习是一种特殊的机器学习问题,近年来得到了广泛的关注和研究,许多不同类型的多示例学习算法被提出,用以处理各个领域中的实际问题. 针对多示例学习的算法研究和应用进行了较为详细的综述, 介绍了多示例学习的各种背景假设, 从基于示例水平、包水平、嵌入空间三个方面对多示例学习的常见算法进行了描述, 并给出了多示例学习的算法拓展和若干领域的主要应用.     

共振线极化光实现原子矢量磁力仪的理论研究

共振线偏振光激发原子张量磁矩,本文理论研究在矢量磁场和射频场的共同作用下,张量磁矩进动的模型,求解刘维尔方程获得透射光时域完整解析解,包括直流、一次和二次谐波分量.研究发现:当进动的拉比频率Ω1/(22~(1/2))时,两谐波间的干涉效应使直流分量和一次谐波对称成分的单吸收峰劈裂成双峰,裂距((Ω~2+Ω~4-Ω~2-1)~(3/2))~(1/2),一次谐波反对称成分在共振处产生干涉条纹.研究结果显示,谐波间的干涉也可导致直流分量和二次谐波线宽仅为一次谐波线宽的38%,且存在磁场取向临界点,在不同的取向区间分别利用直流及两谐波共振信号辨析磁场变化,可获得最佳测磁灵敏度;同时还可通过共振时直流分量及两谐波对称成分振幅来确定磁场与激光极化方向的夹角,利用两谐波反对称成分相移的差值来确定待测磁场在垂直光极化方向投影与射频场方向的夹角,进而实现结构简单的张量磁矩进动型矢量磁力仪.这种磁力仪适合构成磁力仪阵列,可用于磁定位、水下磁异常源的检测和地磁导航等领域.
