We report the electrochemical Li reactivity of the cubic NiP3 phase, a candidate for anode applications for Li-ion batteries. NiP3 reacts with nine lithium per formula unit leading to a first cycle reversible capacity of 1,475 mAh/g at an average potential
of 0.9 V vs. Li+/Li°. Electrochemical measurements and complementary X-ray diffraction showed that NiP3 presents a conversion process competing with an insertion process. A good cycleability may only be obtained on a limited potential window, excluding the
low-potential region.

The synthesis and characterization of two bimetallic, cationic low‐valent gallium–cryptand[2.2.2] complexes is reported. The reaction of cryptand[2.2.2] with Ga2Cl4 gave two different cations, [Ga3Cl4(crypt‐222)]+ ( 1 ) or [Ga2Cl2(crypt‐222)]2+ ( 2 ), depending on whether or not trimethylsilyl triflate (Me3SiOTf) was added as a co‐reagent. Complexes 1 and 2 are the first examples of bimetallic cryptand[2.2.2] complexes, as well as the first low‐valent gallium–cryptand[2.2.2] complexes. Reaction of the Ga(I) compound NacNacGa ( 9 ) with the diazo compound N2CHSiMe3 affords the nitrilimine compound NacNacGa(N-NCSiMe3)(CH2SiMe3) ( 10 ). Carrying out this reaction in the presence of pyridine does not lead to C−H activation on the transient alkylidene NacNacGa=CHSiMe3 but generates a metallated diazo species NacNacGa(NHN=CHSiMe3)(CN2SiMe3) ( 13 ) that further rearranges into the isonitrile compound NacNacGa(NHN=CHSiMe3)(N(NC)SiMe3) ( 15 ). Reactions of 10 with the silane H3SiPh and the borane HBcat furnished products of 1,3 addition to the nitrilimine moiety NacNacGa{N(ERn)NCSiMe3}(CH2SiMe3), whereas reaction with the diborane B2cat2 gave the product of formal nitrene insertion into the B−B bond. DFT calculations suggest that the interaction of 9 with N2CHSiMe3 proceeds through intermediate formation of an alkylidene compound that undergoes CH activation with a second molecule of N2CHSiMe3. Insertion into the B−B bond likely proceeds through an initial 1,3-addition of the diborane, followed by boryl migration to the former nitrene center. 相似文献

The structural, optical, and electrical properties of GaN films grown on silica glass substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition were studied. X-ray diffraction showed that the films were grown in hexagonal structure with a predominant (0 0 0 2) peak. A broad and strong band-edge emission and very weak yellow luminescence in photoluminescence (PL) spectra were observed. And the temperature dependence of the PL spectra was extensively studied. The thermal quenching activation energy was found to be very close to the donor activation energy determined from the temperature dependence of the carrier concentration. Longitudinal optical phonons were found to be responsible for the PL broadening above 100 K. 相似文献

采用一步煅烧法使类石墨烯碳氮化合物(g-C_3N_4)和磷化镍(Ni_2P)复合并对其光催化产氢性能进行研究.利用X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱、紫外可见光谱对该复合催化剂的组成、形貌等进行了表征.研究了不同含量的Ni_2P以及不同牺牲剂对g-C_3N_4/Ni_2P光催化性能的影响.与单独的g-C_3N_4相比,该复合催化剂的光催化产氢速率提高了13倍,可以达到165μmol g~(-1)·h~(-1).利用光电化学和光致发光光谱等技术对该复合光催化剂的光催化产氢机理进行研究,结果表明Ni_2P在高效分离光生载流子方面起了关键作用,并且g-C_3N_4和Ni_2P的复合产生了协同效应加速了电子-空穴对的分离,提高了光催化产氢性能. 相似文献
