区间直觉模糊信息下的监理工程师信用评价

由于外界环境的复杂多变和决策者的主观偏好,若运用传统信用评价方法单从业主或承包商的视角对监理工程师进行信用评价,会导致评价结果出现偏差。针对此本文从利益相关者的层面,运用区间直觉模糊集构建模糊综合评价模型,对监理工程师的信用行为进行评价,此模型通过相似性度量值、精确度函数分别得到利益相关者的权重和信用评价指标的权重,并在此基础上运用IIFHG等算子对区间直觉模糊信息进行集结,可以充分考虑不同利益相关者在评价过程中的话语权,有效规避评价主体因主观偏好所引起的偏差。最后通过算例分析表明该方法的有效性和合理性。     

应用模糊目标规划方法求解多目标线性分式规划问题

针对多目标分式线性规划问题,提出利用上(下)界表示目标期望水平及允许上(下)限,且利用一阶泰勒公式逼近隶属函数,将多目标分式规划转化为线性规划问题,并用单纯形法求解,通过实验算例说明了所提出的方法的有效性.     

Fault tolerant saturated control for T–S fuzzy discrete-time systems with delays

In this paper, fault tolerant saturated control (FTSC) problem for discrete-time T–S fuzzy systems with delay is studied. Sufficient conditions for observer based control design with saturation constraints are developed. Based on a multiple Lyapunov functions and the slack variables, design conditions are formulated in LMI terms using the cone complementarity technique. The obtained results are illustrated on a numerical example showing fault detection, its localization and reconfiguration of the control law to maintain asymptotic stability even in the presence of both permanent sensor faults and saturation on the control.     

Complement and Isomorphism on Bipolar Fuzzy Graphs

In this paper, we discuss some properties of the self complement and self weak complement bipolar fuzzy graphs, and get a sufficient condition for a bipolar fuzzy graph to be the self weak complement bipolar fuzzy graph. Also we investigate relations between operations union, join, and complement on bipolar fuzzy graphs.     

Regularly open sets in fuzzy topological spaces

This paper is devoted to the study of the role of fuzzy regularly open sets. We prove some properties of fuzzy almost continuous mappings and define fuzzy almost open mappings. We prove that under a fuzzy almost continuous and fuzzy almost open map, the inverse image of a fuzzy regularly open set is fuzzy regularly open. Further we define a new type of fuzzy separation axioms, fuzzy almost separation axioms. It is interesting that there are some deviations in the behaviour of these axioms as compared to those in general topology. For example, in a fuzzy almost T₁ space not every fuzzy singleton is δ-closed. Also a fuzzy space which is fuzzy almost as well as fuzzy almost T₀ is fuzzy almost regular. While in general topology we have to take an almost T₂ space in place of almost T₀ space.     

模糊Hopfield网络及其模糊聚类功能研究

本文提出了一种能进行模糊逻辑计算的Ｈｏｐｆｉｌｅｄ型人工神经元网络，ＦｕｚｚｙＨＮ的神经元对应模式集合中的元素，模式间的模糊相似关系作为联结神经元的权值矩阵被存储在ＦｕｚｚｙＨＮ中。本文对ＦｕｚｚｙＨＮ的稳定性及模糊聚类功能进行研究，获得了良好的理论分析结果和实验研究结果。     

LF拓扑线性空间上Fuzzy线性泛函的连续性

文（４）中给出了Ｘ（Ｌ）上的模糊线性算子的定义。作为其特例，本文证明了ＬＦ拓扑线性空间上模糊线性泛函连续性的几个等价命题和模糊线性泛函的Ｈａｈｎ－Ｂａｎａｃｈ延拓定理，进而给出了ＬＦ拓扑线性空间上存在非零连续模糊线性泛函的一个充要条件。     

不确定规划的研究现状及其发展前景

本文简要介绍不确定规划理论、算法以及应用研究的现状，描绘了不确定规划理论的基本框架。首先介绍处理各种不确定性的数学工具；接着阐述不确定规划的建模机理与求解方法，然后提出了不确定规划中值得进一步研究的一些问题，最后展望了不确定规划的发展前景。     

综合型模糊线性规划分析

模糊线性规划问题是模糊数学规划的研究基础，已经有许多学在这一领域取得了卓有成效的研究成果。但这些研究都是针对特定类型的模糊线性规划开展的，而没有将模糊线性规划放在一般环境下进行综合考虑。本对模糊线性规划的一般模型进行了分析，提出了综合型模糊线性规划问题的求解方法。     

模糊控制在非线性系统中的应用

自动控制系统中存在非线性环节时，会给系统带来不利影响。本文介绍一种参数自整定模糊－复合控制器，理论分析和仿真结果表明，该方法具有良好的控制效果。
