We study the structure of solutions to the interface problems for second order quasi-linear elliptic partial differential equations in two dimensional space. We prove that each weak solution can be decomposed into two parts near singular points, a finite sum of functions in the form of cr^α log^m rφ(θ) and a regular one w. The coefficients c and the C^{1,α} norm of w depend on the H¹-norm and the C^{º, α}-norm of the solution, and the equation only.  相似文献

在正常金属铁磁绝缘层dx2-y2 idxy混合波超导隧道结中,考虑到铁磁绝缘层的磁散射和界面的粗糙散射效应,运用BogoliubovdeGennes(BdG)方程和BlonderTinkhamKlapwijk(BTK)理论,计算了隧道结中的准粒子传输系数和微分电导.研究表明:(1)磁散射和界面粗糙散射均可以压低电导峰,其中磁散射能使电导峰滑移,而粗糙界面散射却能阻止这种滑移,且两散射的共同作用可抑制由混合波两序参数的幅值比不同所导致的电导峰滑移;(2)随铁磁层离超导表面距离的增加,隧道谱在零偏压处由凹陷变成了零偏压电导峰,继而又演化为凹陷中的中心峰;(3)当铁磁层离开超导表面有若干相干长度时,隧道谱中将呈现一些子能级谐振峰.  相似文献

Certain features in Frenkel-Kontorova and other models of phases with a one-dimensional modulation can be analyzed by assuming parallel interfaces separating sets of lattice planes belonging to two different phases, and treating the free energy to create interfaces, as well as the interaction of two, three, or more interfaces, as phenomenological parameters. A strategy employed by Fisher and Szpilka for interacting defects can be extended to the case of interfaces, allowing a systematic study of the phase diagram by ignoring all interface interactions, and then successively taking into account pair, triple, and higher-order terms. The possible phase diagrams which can occur near the point where =0 include: various sorts of endpoints analogous to critical endpoints, an accumulation point of first-order transitions and triple points, and a self-similar structure which we call an upsilon point, which turns out to be an accumulation point of an infinite number of segments of first-order transition lines, each of which terminates in two upsilon points.  相似文献

The large-scale production of ammonia mainly depends on the Haber–Bosch process, which will lead to the problems of high energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. Electrochemical nitrogen fixation is considered to be an environmental friendly and sustainable process, but its efficiency largely depends on the activity and stability of the catalyst. Therefore, it is imperative to develop highefficient electrocatalysts in the field of nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR). In this paper, we developed a BiVO4/TiO2 nanotube (BiVO4/TNT) heterojunction composite with rich oxygen vacancies as an electrocatalytic NRR catalyst. The heterojunction interface and oxygen vacancy of BiVO4/TNT can be the active site of N2 dynamic activation and proton transition. The synergistic effect of TiO2 and BiVO4 shortens the proton transport path and reduces the over potential of chemical reaction. BiVO4/TNT has high ammonia yield of 8.54 μg·h−1·cm−2 and high Faraday efficiency of 7.70% in −0.8 V vs. RHE in 0.1 M Na2SO4 solution.  相似文献

In addition to electrical insulation properties, the thermal properties of nanodielectrics, such as glass transition temperature, thermal expansion coefficients, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties, including Young's modulus, bulk modulus, and shear modulus, are also very important. This paper describes the molecular dynamics simulations of epoxy resin doped with SiO2 nanoparticles and with SiO2 nanoparticles that have been surface grafted with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) at 10% and 20% grafting rates. The results show that surface grafting can improve certain thermal and mechanical properties of the system. Our analysis indicates that the improved thermal performance occurs because the formation of thermal chains becomes easier after the surface grafting treatment. The improved mechanical properties originate from two causes. First, doping with SiO2 nanoparticles inhibits the degree of movement of molecular chains in the system. Second, the surface grafting treatment weakens the molecular repulsion between SiO2 and epoxy resin, and the van der Waals excluded region becomes thinner. Thus, the compatibility between SiO2 nanoparticles and polymers is improved by the grafting treatment. The analysis method and conclusions in this paper provide guidance and reference for the future studies of the thermal and mechanical properties of nanodielectrics.  相似文献

探索LaAlO_3/SrTiO_3(LAO/STO)界面产生的新奇物理特性对理解关联电子系统中多自由度耦合和设计功能材料器件具有重要的价值.本文通过脉冲激光沉积方法在SrTiO_3基底上制备了LAO/STO薄膜,研究了正面照射LAO/STO膜面和侧面照射LAO/STO界面时的光伏效应,探讨了LAO/STO界面对光伏效应的影响.研究结果表明,在同样光照能量下侧面照射LAO/STO界面产生的光电压远高于正面照射LAO/STO膜面产生的光电压,说明LAO/STO界面对光伏效应有明显的增强作用.通过偏压调控可以进一步增强照射LAO/STO界面产生的光电压,当偏压为60 V时, LAO/STO样品的位置探测灵敏度达到了36.8 mV/mm.这些研究结果为设计场调控位置敏感探测器等新型光电子器件提供了新的思路.  相似文献

The richly functionalized basal plane bonded to polar organic moieties makes graphene oxide (GO) innately hydrophilic. Here, a methodology to synthesize fluorinated graphene oxide by oxidizing the basal plane of fluorinated graphite, allowing for tunable hydrophobicity of GO, is reported. Fluorine exists as tertiary alkyl fluorides covalently bonded to graphitic carbons, and using magic‐angle spinning (MAS) 13C NMR as a primary tool chemical structures for the two types of synthesized fluorinated graphene oxides (FGOs) with significantly different fluorine contents are proposed. The low surface energy of the C–F bond drastically affects GO's wetting behavior, leading to amphiphobicity in its highly fluorinated form. Ease of solution processing enables the fabrication of inks that are spray‐painted on various porous/non‐porous substrates. These coatings maintain amphiphobicity for solvents with surface tensions down to 59 dyn/cm, thus bypassing existing lithographic means to create similar surfaces. The approach towards fluorinating GO and fabricating graphene‐based surfaces with tunable wettability opens the path towards unique, accessible, carbon‐based amphiphobic coatings.  相似文献

Fluorinated Eu‐doped SnO2 nanostructures with tunable morphology (shuttle‐like and ring‐like) are prepared by a hydrothermal method, using NaF as the morphology controlling agent. X‐ray diffraction, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and energy dispersive spectroscopy are used to characterize their phase, shape, lattice structure, composition, and element distribution. The data suggest that Eu3+ ions are uniformly embedded into SnO2 nanocrystallites either through substitution of Sn4+ ions or through formation of Eu‐F bonds, allowing for high‐level Eu3+ doping. Photoluminescence features such as transition intensity ratios and Stark splitting indicate diverse localization of Eu3+ ions in the SnO2 nanoparticles, either in the crystalline lattice or in the grain boundaries. Due to formation of Eu‐F and Sn‐F bonds, the fluorinated surface of SnO2 nanocrystallites efficiently inhibits the hydroxyl quenching effect, which accounts for their improved photoluminescence intensity.  相似文献

Copolymerization of acrylates and styrene (St) with perfluorooctylacyloxyethyl methacrylate (FA) monomer, prepared from the reaction of perfluorooctanoic acid and hydroxymethyl methacrylate, was carried out by solution polymerization. The fluorinated acrylate and St copolymers (PFA) were examined by GPC, FT-IR, and 1H NMR. The surface tension of the PFA solution in N-methyl pyrrolidone was tested by the drop volume method. The results showed that the surface tension of the PFA solution decreased in exponential decay with increase of the PFA concentration, and the surface tension of the solution also decreased with increased addition of the FA monomer in the copolymer at the same concentration. Meanwhile, the adsorption of the PFA macromolecules in the air–solution interface increased and enrichment of the fluorinated segments on the solution surface occurred. The studies of the surface free energy, polarity, fluorine content, and morphology of the PFA films illustrated that the surface free energy and polarity of the PFA films were decreased with the augment of the FA monomer in the copolymers, and that the fluorine content and the surface roughness were increased. The surface free energy of the PFA film was as small as 16.6 mN·m?1. The surface properties of the PFA copolymers obtained by one shot feed during polymerization were superior to those obtained by continuing feed procedure. More fluorine segregation occurred and induced the formation of a fluorine-enriched surface if the PFA copolymer was postheated. The posttreatment was thus beneficial to the improvement of the surface properties of the PFA film.  相似文献
