Solid-phase synthesis of the cyclic lipononadepsipeptide [N-Mst(Ser1), d-Ser4, L-Thr6, L-Asp8, L-Thr9]syringotoxin

An optimized solid-phase strategy for the preparation of the cyclic lipononadepsipeptide [N-Mst(L-Ser1), D-Ser4, L-Thr6, L-Asp8, L-Thr9]syringotoxin is reported. The strategy is based on the use of a mild orthogonal protection scheme and the incorporation of the nonproteinogenic amino acid (Z)-Dhb into the peptide chain as the dipeptide Fmoc-Thr(tBu)-(Z)-Dhb-OH. The didehydrodipeptide was synthesized by a water-soluble carbodiimide-induced beta-elimination of a protected dipeptide containing a residue of Thr with its free hydroxy side chain unprotected.     

Synthesis of Nonracemic 9-(1-Methoxycarbonylethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrocarbazole

A new approach has been proposed to the synthesis of indole derivatives containing a chiral substituent at the nitrogen atom, comprizing Fischer indolization of phenylhydrazines with a chiral substituent at the -nitrogen atom. The initial hydrazines were obtained by the alkylation (Mitsunobu reaction applying optically active esters of lactic acid) of anilines containing an electron-accepting substituent at the amino group. Subsequent removal of the activating acceptor grouping was realized by nitrosation of the chiral secondary aniline followed by reduction of the corresponding N-nitroso compound.     

Cationic polymerization of hydrocarbon monomers induced by complexes of acyl halides with Lewis acids 5. Polymerization of isobutylene in the presence of the complexes of benzoyl chloride with aluminum bromide

Polymerization of isobutylene inn-hexane at -78 °C in the presence of the complex of benzoyl chloride with AIBr₃ (1 : 2) was investigated. The results were compared to those obtained previously for the polymerization of this monomer induced by the complex of acetyl bromide with AlBr₃. Both complexes initiate the polymerization only by acyl cations. The number average molecular weight (M _n ) of the polymer linearly increases as the degree of isobutylene conversion increases. The polymerization restarts after repeated addition of the monomer, andM _n continues to increase linearly. The efficiency of the initiaton by the benzoyl chloride complex does not exceed 6.2 %; the reaction has the second order with respect to the initiator in the case of PhCOCI · A1₂Br₆; and the chain-propagation rate constant is 13.9 L mol^–1 s t. The use of PhCOCI Al₂Br₆ as the initator of the polymerization of isobutylene allows one to prepare macromolecules with very low contents of the terminal C=C double bonds and with narrow molecular weight distributions. Unlike the MeCOBr·AlBr₃ complex, PhCOCl · AlBr₃ does not initiate polymerization of isobutylene.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 5, pp. 1175–1179, May, 1996.     

An improved method for synthesizing antennary β-d-mannopyranosyl disaccharide units

The merits of an indirect protecting method for hydroxyl groups using allyl groups via allyloxycarbonyl groups in the synthesis of antennary β-d-mannopyranosyl disaccharides from β-d-galactopyranosyl disaccharides were studied. Regioselective allyloxycarbonylation and conversion reactions involving simultaneous double S_N2 nucleophilic substitution at C-2′ and C-4′ of benzyl O-[β-d-galactopyranosyl]-(1-4)-3,6-di-O-benzyl-2-deoxy-2-N-phthalimido-β-d-glucopyranoside were examined for comparison with the direct allylation method. The required β-d-mannopyranosyl disaccharide having proper protecting groups was obtained using this indirect method in 52% yield. In contrast, the reported direct allylation method using methyl O-(β-d-galactopyranosyl) disaccharide gave the corresponding β-d-mannopyranosyl disaccharide in only 7.5% yield.     

Investigation of the tensile properties of “epoxy resin‐monomer” systems using cationic UV‐crosslinkable blends

The compatibility of cycloaliphatic and aromatic multifunctional epoxides with several epoxide resins allows the development of a wide range of cationic radiation‐curable formulations. The influence of different “epoxide resin‐monomer” systems UV‐cured in the presence of suitable cationic photoinitiators on the resulting physicochemical film properties was studied, and the results are stated. Classification of connected commutative locally Nash groups

In this article, we classify connected commutative (locally) Nash groups, which is a continuation of our previous work on the classification of abelian Nash manifolds. Our results generalize the classification of the one-dimensional case by Madden-Stanton and the two-dimensional case by Baro-Vicente-Otero. Moreover, we determine the affineness and toroidal affineness of a connected commutative Nash group.     

Canonical Connections and Algebraic Ricci Solitons of Three-dimensional Lorentzian Lie Groups

In this paper, the author computes canonical connections and KobayashiNomizu connections and their curvature on three-dimensional Lorentzian Lie groups with some product structure. He defines algebraic Ricci solitons associated to canonical connections and Kobayashi-Nomizu connections. He classifies algebraic Ricci solitons associated to canonical connections and Kobayashi-Nomizu connections on three-dimensional Lorentzian Lie groups with some product structure.     

Left invariant special Kähler structures

We construct left invariant special Kähler structures on the cotangent bundle of a flat pseudo-Riemannian Lie group. We introduce the twisted cartesian product of two special Kähler Lie algebras according to two linear representations by infinitesimal Kähler transformations. We also exhibit a double extension process of a special Kähler Lie algebra which allows us to get all simply connected special Kähler Lie groups with bi-invariant symplectic connections. All Lie groups constructed by performing this double extension process can be identified with a subgroup of symplectic (or Kähler) affine transformations of its Lie algebra containing a nontrivial 1-parameter subgroup formed by central translations. We show a characterization of left invariant flat special Kähler structures using étale Kähler affine representations, exhibit some immediate consequences of the constructions mentioned above, and give several non-trivial examples.

协调政府与社会资本合作的利益分歧,进而实现个体理性向集体理性的趋同,这是纾解PPP项目合作困境的切入点之一。基于合作博弈理论,本文构建PPP项目非完全利益群体的合作形成机制,分析政府与社会资本间“合作共赢”的必要因素。研究表明,由政府与社会资本组成的PPP项目非完全利益群体,可在“理性-效用转移-有效协商”机制的协同作用下主动采取最优合作策略。其中,理性机制验证了政府与社会资本达成合作意向的前提,效用转移机制可实现二者之间的风险-收益对等,有效协商机制将达成政府与社会资本合作的帕累托均衡。
