This study presents the investigation of bioconjugating ability of near-infrared (NIR) CdSeTe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) (710 nm) and visible CdSe QDs (595 nm) in immunofluorescent staining for cancer biomarkers in gastric cancer tissues probed with the homemade Hadamard transform (HT) spectral imaging microscope and a commercial multispectral imaging system. The results show that imunostaining ability of NIR QDs probes is stronger than that of visible QDs when the two kinds of QDs are simultaneously used to probe the cancer biomarkers such as cytokeratin 20 (CK20) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric cancer tissues. Moreover, when the two QDs probes are used for immunostaining successively for the same target molecules, staining order has great influences on the final results due to their different conjugating ability to the marker proteins. The results imply that NIR QDs hold more promise for real-time imaging of tumor tissues due to its higher sensitivity and contrast. In addition, the results also demonstrate the potential of Hadamard transform spectral imaging as a useful tool in biomedical analysis and quantitative evaluation for tumor tissues. 相似文献

以5-氨基四氮唑(HATz),异烟酸(HPyc)和ZnSO4·7H2O或Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为反应物,在DMF溶剂热条件下分别得到了2个锌(Ⅱ)配位聚合物{[(CH3)2NH2]·[Zn(ATz)(SO4)]}n(1)和{[Zn(ATz)(Pyc)]·0.5DMF}n(2),并对它们的组成和结构进行了表征。配合物1是由4-连接(4,4)网络拓扑的[Zn(ATz)(SO4)]nn-二维阴离子层和[(CH3)2NH2]+阳离子间通过氢键作用形成的二维波浪层结构。配合物2则是1个二重穿插的4-连接金刚烷拓扑的三维微孔金属-有机框架结构,客体DMF分子填充在孔道内。室温下的固体荧光实验表明,在350 nm的光激发下,配合物1和2分别在为445 nm和458 nm处出现强烈的荧光发射。 相似文献

One binuclear sodium(Ⅰ) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)4(Phen)2(H2O)2]·H2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P , a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm3, Dc = 1.421 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(Ⅰ) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(Ⅰ) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed. 相似文献

A series of fused‐ring‐expanded aza‐boradiazaindacene (aza‐BODIPY) dyes have been synthesized by reacting arylmagnesium bromides with phthalonitriles or naphthalenedicarbonitriles. An analysis of the structure–property relationships has been carried out based on X‐ray crystallography, optical spectroscopy, and theoretical calculations. Benzo and 1,2‐naphtho‐fused 3,5‐diaryl aza‐BODIPY dyes display markedly red shifted absorption and emission bands in the near‐IR region (>700 nm) due to changes in the energies of the frontier MOs relative to those of 1,3,5,7‐tetraaryl aza‐BODIPYs. Only one 1,2‐naphtho‐fused aza‐BODIPY of the three possible isomers is formed due to steric effects, and 2,3‐naphtho‐fused compounds could not be characterized because the final BF2 complexes are unstable in solution. The incorporation of a N(CH3)2 group at the para‐positions of a benzo‐fused 3,5‐diaryl aza‐BODIPY quenches the fluorescence in polar solvents and results in a ratiometric pH response, which could be used in future practical applications as an NIR “turn‐on” fluorescence sensor. 相似文献

人血清白蛋白多种结合位点的存在使其成为许多药物可能的结合靶点. 土贝母皂苷具有广泛的生理和药理活性, 它与蛋白质相互作用机制的研究对于深入了解其药理药效具有重要的意义. 采用荧光光谱法研究了土贝母皂苷II (TBMSⅡ)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)之间的相互作用, 根据Stern-Volmer荧光淬灭方程计算得293, 298, 303, 308 K时TBMSⅡ与HSA相互作用的结合常数分别为1.002×105, 0.701×105, 0.514×105, 0.411×105 L•mol-1. 由实验计算出热力学参数焓变ΔH为-44.829 kJ•mol-1, 熵变ΔS为-57.497 J•mol-1•K-1, 表明分子间的氢键及疏水作用是TBMSⅡ-HSA复合物的主要作用力, 结合位点位于HSA的亚结构ⅡA, 这与分子模拟方法的结果相一致. 依据能量转移原理求得TBMSⅡ与HSA间的距离为4.95 nm|三维、同步荧光光谱及圆二色谱的结果表明TBMSⅡ的加入使HSA构象发生变化, α-螺旋结构有所下降. 相似文献

In this paper, we report on the tunable metal‐enhanced fluorescence (MEF) of Ag nanostructures. Because of the good MEF properties of the highly dendritic Ag nanostructures, we obtained an increase of up to 25 times for the weak fluorescence of porphyrin molecules (Por4–). More importantly, by the introduction of a stimulus‐responsive PAA/PDDA multilayer film as an interlayer, the distance between the fluorophores and the Ag nanostructures could be tuned by immersing the substrates into solutions of different ionic strength or pH. The MEF behavior of the composite films could thus be tuned in a controlled manner, because of the distance dependent nature of the MEF effects.
