介绍氧弹分解-原子荧光法测定煤中汞含量的研究进展。影响该方法主要因素为称样量、氧气浓度、吸收剂、还原剂、煤种以及灰分含量。分别综述了各个因素对该方法的影响,可为相关标准的制定提供参考。该方法能够简单、经济、快速地测定煤中汞的含量,但是目前学者们对于该方法的相关研究还存在分歧,需要进一步的研究验证;同时,还需要注意以下几个研究方向:吸收剂和还原剂的选择对汞回收率的影响;吸收剂在密闭氧弹中对汞的回收率及吸收时间的研究;氧弹废气中汞含量的测定;煤种和灰分含量对汞含量测定的影响。  相似文献

The controlled synthesis of multicomponent metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) allows for the precise placement of multiple cooperative functional groups within a framework, leading to emergent synergistic effects. Herein, we demonstrate that turn-on fluorescence sensors can be assembled by combining a fluorophore and a recognition moiety within a complex cavity of a multicomponent MOF. An anthracene-based fluorescent linker and a hemicyanine-containing CN-responsive linker were sequentially installed into the lattice of PCN-700. The selective binding of CN to hemicyanine inhibited the energy transfer between the two moieties, resulting in a fluorescence turn-on effect. Taking advantage of the high tunability of the MOF platform, the ratio between anthracene and the hemicyanine moiety could be fine-tuned in order to maximize the sensitivity of the overall framework. The optimized MOF-sensor had a CN-detection limit of 0.05 μm , which is much lower than traditional CN fluorescent sensors (about 0.2 μm ).  相似文献

Triazole-based deubiquitylase (DUB)-resistant ubiquitin (Ub) probes have recently emerged as effective tools for the discovery of Ub chain-specific interactors in proteomic studies, but their structural diversity is limited. A new family of DUB-resistant Ub probes is reported based on isopeptide-N-ethylated dimeric or polymeric Ub chains, which can be efficiently prepared by a one-pot, ubiquitin-activating enzyme (E1)-catalyzed condensation reaction of recombinant Ub precursors to give various homotypic and even branched Ub probes at multi-milligram scale. Proteomic studies using label-free quantitative (LFQ) MS indicated that the isopeptide-N-ethylated Ub probes may complement the triazole-based probes in the study of Ub interactome. Our study highlights the utility of modern protein synthetic chemistry to develop structurally and new families of tool molecules needed for proteomic studies.  相似文献

Laser‐induced fluorometry (LIF) has achieved the detection of single molecules, which ranks it among the most sensitive of detection techniques, whereas capillary electrophoresis (CE) is known as a powerful separation method with resolution that is beyond the reach of many other types of chromatography. Therefore, a coupling of LIF with CE has established an unrivaled analytical technique in terms of sensitivity and resolution. CE‐LIF has demonstrated excellent performance in bioanalytical chemistry for the high‐resolution separation and highly sensitive detection of DNAs, proteins, and small bioactive molecules. This review describes the CE‐LIF methods developed by the author's group that include indirect and direct detection using diode lasers, post‐column derivatization, and Hadamard transformation, as well as applications to the binding assays of specific DNA immunoassays of proteins and to the determination of anticancer drugs.  相似文献

The success of organic light emitting diodes (OLED) has been witnessed by the commercialization of this technology for manufacturing the vivid and colorful displays used in our daily life now. The prospective growth of OLED technology on display industry will be optimistic. Over the last three decades, many different approaches on material and device designs have been implemented for improving the efficiency and stability of OLED devices. These efforts install main cornerstones to support the great achievement of OLED technology. However, until now, the performance and stability of blue OLEDs still have some concerns. This troublesome issue should be totally conquered before the large‐scale manufactures dominated over other display technologies, particularly liquid crystal‐based displays, takes place. Though significant progress has already been made to achieve high performance and long lifetime blue OLEDs, this topic still remains as one of the hot researches in OLEDs. We have been working on this area for about two decades and made some notable contributions. Consequently, in this personal account we have outlined our efforts to obtain better performing blue OLEDs by utilizing a range of emitters based on fluorescence, phosphorescence, delayed fluorescence and exciplex systems. We have also developed some novel host materials for blue OLEDs, which are worth mentioning in this account.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Sr_3Y(BO_3)_3:xTm~(3+),yDy~(3+)荧光粉,并通过XRD、SEM和荧光光谱仪对样品的物相、微观形貌、发光性能、能量传递机制和CIE色坐标进行了分析。结果表明:Sr_3Y(BO_3)_3:xTm~(3+)荧光粉在监测波长为359 nm时发射蓝光,Tm~(3+)的浓度淬灭点为x=0.08;在Sr_3Y(BO_3)_3:0.08Tm~(3+),yDy~(3+)荧光粉中,随着Dy~(3+)掺杂浓度的增加,Tm~(3+)的发光强度降低而Dy~(3+)发光强度却先增加后降低,Dy~(3+)的浓度淬灭点为y=0.1;通过改变Dy~(3+)掺杂浓度或改变激发光的波长,均可实现发射光的颜色可调;在Tm~(3+)-Dy~(3+)离子之间存在能量传递。当Dy~(3+)掺杂浓度(物质的量分数)为0.15时能量传递效率达75.14%,能量传递机制为电偶极-电偶极相互作用。  相似文献

通过水热法合成了一个由三连接的2,3-喹啉二甲酸桥联扭曲的Cd2+八面体形成的二维层状配位聚合物[Cd(QDA)]n1)。该配合物发射出较强的蓝色荧光并具有很高的热稳定性和化学稳定性。更为重要的是,该配合物在乙醇分散体系中可快速识别痕量的2,4,6-三硝基苯酚和Fe3+离子,其对2,4,6-三硝基苯酚的淬灭常数(Ksv)和检测限(LOD)分别为6.61×104 L·mol-1和0.83 μmol·L-1,对Fe3+离子的淬灭常数和检测限分别为1.74×104 L·mol-1和2.70 μmol·L-1。  相似文献

Ag2Se quantum dots (QDs) with near‐infrared (NIR) fluorescence have been widely utilized in NIR fluorescence imaging in vivo because of their narrow bulk band gap and excellent biocompatibility. However, most of synthesis methods for Ag2Se QDs are expensive and the reactants are toxic. Herein, a new protein‐templated biomimetic synthesis approach is proposed for the preparation of Ag2Se QDs by employing bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a template and dispersant. The BSA‐templated Ag2Se QDs (Ag2Se@BSA QDs) showed NIR fluorescence with high fluorescence quantum yield (≈21.2 %), excellent biocompatibility and good dispersibility in different media. Moreover, the obtained Ag2Se@BSA QDs exhibited remarkable photothermal conversion (≈27.8 %), which could be used in photothermal therapy. As a model application in biomedicine, the Ag2Se@BSA QDs were used as “gatekeepers” to cap mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) by means of electrostatic interaction. By taking the advantages of NIR fluorescence and photothermal property of Ag2Se@BSA QDs, the obtained MSN‐DOX‐Ag2Se nanoparticles (MDA NPs) were employed as a nanoplatform for combined chemo‐photothermal therapy. Compared with free DOX and MDA NPs without NIR laser, the laser‐treated MDA NPs exhibited lower cell viability in vitro, implying that Ag2Se@BSA QDs are highly promising photothermal agents and the MDA NPs are potential carriers for chemo–photothermal therapy.  相似文献

Fluorescent nanomaterials such as single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have many advantages in terms of their photophysics, but it is difficult to target them to specific locations in living systems. In contrast, the green fluorescent protein (GFP) has been genetically fused to proteins in many cells and organisms. Therefore, GFP can be seen not only as a fluorophore but as a universal target/handle. Here, we report the conjugation of GFP‐binding nanobodies to DNA‐wrapped SWCNTs. This approach combines the targeting capabilities of GFP‐binding nanobodies and the nonbleaching near‐infrared fluorescence (850–1700 nm) of SWCNTs. These conjugates allow us to track single Kinesin‐5‐GFP motor proteins in developing embryos of Drosophila melanogaster. Additionally, they are sensitive to the neurotransmitter dopamine and can be used for targeted sensing of dopamine in the nm regime.  相似文献
