Abstract A new method for the solid‐phase synthesis of N‐aryl‐N′‐carboalkoxy guanidines is described. Aromatic amines were reacted with Fmoc‐isothiocyanate to provide Fmoc‐thioureas, which were coupled with Rink amide resin to provide the corresponding resin‐bound Fmoc‐guanidines. Subsequent Mitsunobu alkylation with a variety of alcohols delivered N‐aryl‐N′ carboalkoxy guanidines in good to high purity after resin cleavage. 相似文献

Thiourea‐bridged peracetylated glycoside calixarenes have been smoothly synthesized by the addition reactions of tetraacetylglycosyl isothiocyanates with amidoamine derivatives of calix[4]resorcinarene and p‐tert‐butylcalix[n]arenas (n=6, 8) in high yields (40–75%). All the glycoside‐containing calixarenes were characterized by 1H NMR, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. 相似文献

Efficient Preparation of Isothiocyanates From Dithiocarbamates Using Bromineless Brominating Reagent
For the first time, the crystal structure of a ditribromide reagent 1,1′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)dipyridinium bistribromide (EDPBT) has been determined. Utilizing this thiophilic bromineless brominating agent EDPBT, highly useful synthetic intermediates (alkyl and aryl isothiocyanates) have been achieved directly from dithiocarbamates. EDPBT can be easily prepared from readily available reagents. It has been used as a thiophilic reagent, and its thiophilicity dominates over its brominating ability for substrates amenable to bromination. This is a sustainable process for the preparation of isothiocyantes because the spent reagent can be recovered, regenerated, and reused. 相似文献

Fluorescein chromophore‐labeled poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was prepared via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) with two novel bromine‐containing fluorescein derivatives, 3,6‐bi(2′‐bromo‐2′‐methyl‐propionic acid) fluorescein ester (Fla‐Br) and 3‐(2′‐bromo‐2′‐methyl‐propionic acid) fluorescein ester (Flb‐Br), as the functional initiators, and CuBr/PMDETA as the catalyst, respectively. The above mentioned fluorescein containing bromine were synthesized in our lab. The ATRP of PMMA was proved in a controlled fashion. The resultant PMMA with narrow molecular weight distribution was endowed with the fluorescein chromophore incorporated into the polymer backbone. The presence of the fluorescein labeling of the polymers was confirmed by 1H‐NMR and GPC trace under UV detector. The UV spectroscopy and fluorescence measurements of the resultant polymer gave further evidence of the functionality of the fluorescein labeling. 相似文献

This article reviews the most common, useful methods for the chiral determination of amphetamine (AM) and AM-derived designer drugs in different of matrix, including blood, hair, urine, medicaments or standard solutions, taking into consideration articles published in the past 15 years. We consider chromatographic methods (e.g., gas, liquid, high-performance liquid, and thin layer). We describe several types of chiral derivatization reagent, mobile-phase additive and chiral stationary phase commonly used in the chromatographic methods. 将含有8-氨基喹啉与荧光素衍生物缩合的席夫碱QZ1与铕髥的TTA(噻吩基三氟乙酰丙酮)化合物作为基本原料合成了新的铕髥-荧光素化合物Eu-QZ1,并对其进行了光谱表征。化合物Eu-QZ1在470 nm光的激发下产生荧光素的特征绿色荧光(530 nm)。在从碱到酸(pH从9.0到6.0)滴定过程中该荧光的强度增强了接近5倍,其pKa值计算为7.30。在370 nm光的激发下,Eu-QZ1发射稀土铕髥离子的特征红色荧光(主峰位于612 nm)。在从酸到碱(pH从5.5到8.5)滴定过程中,该荧光的强度增强了接近10倍,其pKa值计算为7.39。这些结果表明Eu-QZ1是1个高灵敏度双荧光响应的pH探针。细胞试验表明Eu-QZ1具有良好的细胞通透性,能够在红光和绿光两个位置标记海拉细胞中的pH范围。 相似文献

基于激光光源和氙灯光源在线荧光光谱法测定罗丹明B、维生素B2、荧光素和异硫氰酸荧光素含量比较研究激光光源产生的荧光强度和氙灯光源产生的荧光强度。罗丹明B、维生素B2、荧光素和异硫氰酸荧光素浓度均为10 μg·mL-1,积分时间100 ms,测定3次得其平均值。在线荧光光谱法最大吸收波长分别为580,450,488和510 nm;最大发射波长依次为594,530,525和524 nm。紫外-可见分光光度法测得其最大吸收波长为557,441,481和490 nm;荧光分光光度法测得其最大发射波长为586,520,519和520 nm。通过测定药物,发现激光光源产生的荧光光强度较强于氙灯光源产生的荧光光强度,原因不仅跟光源有关,而且与药物分子的共轭体系大小、共轭大π键的共平面性及其刚性程度、分子母体上取代基的种类有关,分子所处的外界环境如温度、溶剂、溶液酸碱度、激发光的照射等因素也会影响荧光效率。激光光源和氙灯光源产生的荧光光强度大小顺序为罗丹明B>荧光素>异硫氰酸荧光素>维生素B2。激光光源在线荧光光谱法在一定程度上填补了在线荧光光谱仪在食品、药品痕量检测方面应用的空白。 相似文献
