Fluorescein chromophore‐labeled poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) was prepared via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) with two novel bromine‐containing fluorescein derivatives, 3,6‐bi(2′‐bromo‐2′‐methyl‐propionic acid) fluorescein ester (Fla‐Br) and 3‐(2′‐bromo‐2′‐methyl‐propionic acid) fluorescein ester (Flb‐Br), as the functional initiators, and CuBr/PMDETA as the catalyst, respectively. The above mentioned fluorescein containing bromine were synthesized in our lab. The ATRP of PMMA was proved in a controlled fashion. The resultant PMMA with narrow molecular weight distribution was endowed with the fluorescein chromophore incorporated into the polymer backbone. The presence of the fluorescein labeling of the polymers was confirmed by 1H‐NMR and GPC trace under UV detector. The UV spectroscopy and fluorescence measurements of the resultant polymer gave further evidence of the functionality of the fluorescein labeling.  相似文献

The structures of colorless, red, and yellow-orange fluorescein have been investigated by a combination of solution and solid state13C NMR. It is demonstrated that the three forms have lactonic, zwitterionic, and quinoid structures, respectively. Conflicting X-ray, NMR, and IR structural evidence is discussed for samples of red fluorescein which cannot readily be obtained in definite crystalline form. It is concluded that solid-state13C NMR spectroscopy is superior by revealing primarily the molecular structure but being fairly insensitive toward lattice variations.The Editors regret the long delay in having this paper printed due to an unfortunate administrative error.  相似文献

Abstract

A new method for the solid‐phase synthesis of N‐aryl‐N′‐carboalkoxy guanidines is described. Aromatic amines were reacted with Fmoc‐isothiocyanate to provide Fmoc‐thioureas, which were coupled with Rink amide resin to provide the corresponding resin‐bound Fmoc‐guanidines. Subsequent Mitsunobu alkylation with a variety of alcohols delivered N‐aryl‐N′ carboalkoxy guanidines in good to high purity after resin cleavage.  相似文献

本文测量了298.15K时La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Dy、Ho、Yb、Y十一种希土元素异硫氰酸盐水合物[RE(NCS)3·nH2O]在二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)水溶液中的积分溶解热以及相应的十一种希土元素异硫氰酸盐二甲基乙酰胺配合物[RE(NCS)3·mDMA]在水中的积分溶解热。藉助于本文所设计的热化学循环,用本文所测得的积分溶解热数据和文献数据,求得了这十一种RE(NCS)3·mDMA的标准生成焓,进而计算出了它们的晶格能。此外,还对Tb、Er、Tm、Lu四种RE(NCS)3·mDMA的相应数据进行了估算。  相似文献

We demonstrate in this work that 2-μm-sized Ag (μAg) powders can be used as a core material for constructing biomolecular sensing/recognition units operating via surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS). This is possible because μAg powders are very efficient substrates for both the diffuse reflectance IR and the surface-enhanced Raman scattering–SERRS spectroscopic characterization of molecular adsorbates prepared in a similar manner on silver surfaces. Besides, the agglomeration of μAg particles in a buffer solution can be prevented by the layer-by-layer deposition of cationic and anionic polyelectrolytes such as poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA). In this particular study, we used rhodamine B isothiocyanate (RhBITC) as a SERRS marker molecule, and μAg powders adsorbed consecutively with RhBITC and PAH–PAA bilayers were finally derivatized with biotinylated poly(l-lysine). On the basis of the nature of the SERRS peaks of RhBITC, those μAg powders were confirmed to selectively recognize streptavidin molecules down to concentrations of 10−10 g mL−1. Since a number of different molecules can be used as SERS–SERRS marker molecules, the present method proves to be an invaluable tool for multiplex biomolecular sensing/recognition via SERS and SERRS.  相似文献

In this work, focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were induced by the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion. The dialysate of extracellular fluid in the hypothalamus of rats were obtained by using brain microdialysis technique. An efficient and sensitive MEKC method for the simultaneous determination of multiple amino acid neurotransmitters in microdialysate was developed by capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection and 5-(4, 6-dichloro-s-triazin-2-ylamino) fluorescein derivatization. Different parameters that influenced derivatization reaction and CE separation were studied and optimized. This method was used to investigate the dynamic change of fourteen amino acid neurotransmitters in microdialysates during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion period. Our results reveal that MCAO and reperfusion elicited significant increases in the extracellular levels of Arg, Lys, Trp, Phe, Gln, GABA, Asn, Pro, Ser, Ala, Tau, Gly, Glu and Asp. The excitatory/inhibitory neurotransmitter balance was disturbed during ischemia/reperfusion. The dynamic changes and functional status of releasable neurotransmitters during ischemia/reperfusion were discussed.  相似文献

Thin films of poly(vinylcinnamate) and poly(7-methacryloyloxycoumarin) have been exposed to linearly polarized UV light. The resulting anisotropic films have been characterized by using UV, conventional and polarization modulation FTIR spectroscopies. In particular, several internal vibrational modes have been used as structural probes to examine the orientation of groups in the irradiated polymers. These experiments provide new information about the photoinduced anisotropy in these photocrosslinkable polymers upon irradiation with linearly polarized UV light, and an orientation mechanism is proposed. This mechanism is confirmed by studying the liquid crystal alignment induced by PVCi and poly(7-methacryloyloxycoumarin). Finally, the stability of the photoalignment process is discussed.  相似文献

A unique analytical method using nanoparticles and laser-induced fluorescence microscopy (LIFM) was developed to determine enrofloxacin in this work. For sample pretreatment, two different kinds of particles, i.e., synthesized dye-doped core–shell silica nanoparticles and magnetic micro-particles (MPs), were used for fluorescent tagging and concentrating the enrofloxacin, respectively. The antibody of enrofloxacin was immobilized on the synthesized FITC-doped core–shell nanoparticles, and the enrofloxacin target was extracted by the MPs. At this moment, the average number of antibodies on each core–shell silica nanoparticle was ∼0.9, which was determined by the fluorescence ratiometric method. The described method was demonstrated for a meat sample to determine enrofloxacin using LIFM, and the result was compared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The developed technique allowed the simplified analytical procedure, improved the detection limit about 54-fold compared to ELISA.  相似文献
