Simultaneous determination of yohimbine and boldine by first-derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetry

A method for the simultaneous determination of yohimbine and boldine in mixtures by first-derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetry has been developed. The method is based on their native fluorescence in 0.1N sulphuric acid medium. The constant wavelength difference chosen to optimize the determination was =_em -_em=82 nm. Yohimbine was measured at _ex//_em= 285/367 nm, and boldine at _ex/_em=272/354 nm. The range of application is 10–500 g/l for yohimbine and 1–50 g/l for boldine. The method was applied to the determination of yohimbine and boldine in synthetic mixtures and pharmaceuticals, with errors generally 2%. Synthesis and property of soluble poly(1,1′-dialkyl-3,3′-ferrocenylenevinylene)s via titanium-induced dicarbonyl-coupling reaction of 1,1′-dialkylferrocene-3,3′-dicarbaldehydes

1,1′-Dialkylferrocene-3,3′-dicarbaldehydes ( 1a–c ) with long alkyl chains such as ethyl, hexyl, and dodecyl groups were prepared in 13–25% yield via three-step reactions. The titanium-induced dicarbonyl-coupling reaction of 1a–c gave poly(1,1′-dialkyl-3,3′-ferrocenylenevi-nylene)s ( 2a–c ) in quantitative yields, which were the molecular weights of 3000–10,000 and highly soluble in chloroform, benzene, and hexane. The electrical conductivity and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility for poly(1,1′-dihexyl-3,3′-ferrocenylenevinylene) ( 2b ) were estimated to be 1 × 10^?2 S/cm on doping with iodine and 1–4 × 10^?12 esu at a wavelength of 1–2.4 μm, respectively. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

单取代二茂铁西佛碱型液晶化合物的合成及介晶性研究

报道了两个系列二茂铁衍生物，FcC_6H_4N＝CHC_6H_4OC_nH_(2n+1)（系列I） 和FcC_6H_4N＝CHC_6H_4O_2CC_6H_4OC_nH_(2n+1)（系列II）（Fc:ferrocenyl；n = 2，4，6，8，10，12，14，16），并通过DSC和热台偏光显微镜对其介晶性进行 了研究。系列I不具有介晶性，系列II呈较窄的液晶温度范围。其结果显示分子的 刚性部分长度对介晶性有重要影响。     

Modification of the Cp′ ring in the ferrocifen precursor and its influence on the recognition by the estrogen receptor

A synthetic pathway giving access to diphenyl ethylene organometallic derivatives possessing the ferrocifen precursor skeleton modified in the Cp′ ring is described. It relies on reaction of the (η⁵-propionylcyclopentadienyl) (η⁶-benzene)iron(II) salt 7 with substituted cyclopentadienyl anions or their heteroanalogs followed by the McMurry coupling reaction with 4,4′-dihydroxybenzophenone. Using this approach pentamethylcyclopentadienyl and 3,4-dimethylphospholyl analogs of ferrocifen precursor (10 and 11) have been synthesized. Even with the presence of the bulky and containing phosphorus η⁵-ligands these compounds are still recognized by the two subtypes of estrogen receptor(ERα and ERβ).

由邻硝基氯代嘧啶（3）为原料料，与多硫化钠和二硫化碳共煮，经一步反应 获得了2-巯基噻唑[5，4-d]并嘧啶（4）。由4出发，合成了一系列2位取代的衍生 物5，4和5的结构均通过了~1H NMR及元素分析确让。并对少数化合物的生物活性进 行了测试。     

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定小鼠组织中的新型抗心力衰竭化合物AF-HF001

建立了基于高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术的新型抗心力衰竭化合物AF-HF001在小鼠组织中的测定方法,并考察了其在小鼠体内的组织分布。采用液-液萃取对样品进行预处理,以Thermo Hypersil Gold C18色谱柱进行分离,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,采用选择性反应监测(SRM)正离子模式检测分析物。小鼠组织中AF-HF001含量在0.5~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r>0.996),在加标量为1.5,4,10μg/mL的组织样品中,提取回收率大于58%,基质效应在100.38%~109.99%之间,日内和日间精密度RSD均小于15%。该方法为AF-HF001的体内分布研究及进一步药物研发提供了依据。初步结果表明,该化合物能够迅速到达心脏并迅速代谢,主要分布在肝脏组织中,其他组织中分布较少。

过氧化物模拟酶生物传感器—二茂铁衍生物为介体

本文用三种二茂铁衍生物－双羟基乙基二茂铁、单羟基乙基二茂铁和羧基二茂铁为介体，在过氧化物模拟酶－ｍｅｓｏ－四（４－磺基苯）卟啉锰存在下，检测过氧化氢，以双羟基，单羟基乙基二茂铁为介体时，获得了良好的结果。     

一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法用于甲硝唑的定量研究

本实验运用一阶导数差示脉冲极谱法对甲硝唑及其制剂进行了定量研究。在０．００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ氯化钾－０．００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸－水（１＋０．２＋４８）的底液中，甲硝唑于－０．８００Ｖ（ｖｓ Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ）处出现一良好的一阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰，在５０～３００μｇ／ｍＬ范围内，药物浓度与其导数峰幅值呈线关系，检测限为８．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。本法操作简便，快速，灵敏，结果准确。
