利用二茂铁基溴化镁(FcMgBr)与(μ-S2)Fe2(CO)6和MeI的反应,合成了一种新型的含二茂铁基[FeFe]氢化酶活性中心模型化合物——(μ-FcS)(μ-SMe)Fe2(CO)6(1),其结构经1H NMR,IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。1属于斜方晶系,Pna2(1)空间群,晶胞参数a=12.707(2),b=11.355(2),c=27.621(5),V=3 985.1(12)3,Z=8,Dc=1.813 g.cm-3,μ=2.395 mm-1,F(000)=2 176,R1=0.059 7,wR2=0.136 7。  相似文献

综述了环糊精(包括α-环糊精、β-环糊精和y-环糊精)衍生物在液相有机合成中的应用,主要包括其作为人工合成酶、超分子光学手性源、亲偶极体和微通道反应器在氧化、水解、还原、光催化异构化、1,3-偶极环加成等反应中的应用.其中环糊精衍生物作为人工合成酶应用最广,该催化剂中起催化作用的为环糊精衍生物的修饰基团.与环糊精母体相比,修饰基团的引入增加了环糊精分子中官能团的种类和数量,拓展了环糊精在液相有机合成中的应用,并提高了催化反应的催化活性和选择性.  相似文献

A novel organic conjugated polymer based on star-shaped triazine-functional triphenylamine framework poly[1,3,5-tris(4-diphenylamino-phenyl)triazine] (PTDAPTz) is designed and synthesized successfully by FeCl3-catalysted chemical oxidative polymerization. The polymer PTDAPTz powder exhibits a compactly packed pleated skirt shape-like morphology with a high surface area (~930 m2 g−1) and a bimodal pore size distribution ranging from micropores (~0.55 nm) to small diameter mesopores (~2–6 nm). As explored as the cathode material, the obtained PTDAPTz presents the double charge–discharge process characteristics of both the free radical redox of triphenylamine unit and the bipolar redox of triazine unit in the polymer and a well-defined multistage charge/discharge voltage plateau (~3.8 V for p-doped and ~2.0 V for n-doped) during the charge–discharge process. Also, the PTDAPTz demonstrates an improved capacity (stabilized at 123 mA h g−1 until 50th cycle) and the enhanced rate performance compared to polytriphenylamine (PTPAn). Specially, the discharge curve for the part of triphenylamine unit presents an obviously improved discharge plateau (~3.8 V for PTDAPTz compared to ~3.6 V for PTPAn) due to the electron-withdrawing effect of the triazine unit to triphenylamine. The elaborate structural design and created micro-/mesoporous morphology with the double charge–discharge process make PTDAPTz a potential candidate as the performance-improved cathode of Li-organic battery. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ferrocenylalkyl thiopyrimidines ( 6a–d to 9a–d ) were prepared via the reaction of the α‐(hydroxy)alkyl ferrocenes, FcCHR(OH) ( 1a–d ; Fc = ferrocenyl; R = H, Me, Et, Ph), with 2‐thiopyrimidines ( 2 – 5 ) in acetone at room temperature in the presence of TFA, yielding 50–95%. The resulting enantiomers were resolved using HPLC on modified cellulose as chiral selector. The antitumor activities of S‐ferrocenylethyl 2‐thiopyrimidine ( 6b ) against two murine solid tumor models, carcinoma 755 (Ca755) and Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) were evaluated in vivo. The strong antitumor effect of compound 6b on Ca755 and LLC was demonstrated. The index of tumor growth inhibition on Ca755 equaled 95% in comparison with control. A novel enantioselective polymethacrylate-based monolithic column for capillary electrochromatography was prepared by ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups from poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) monolith with a novel β-cyclodextrin derivative bearing 4-dimethylamino-1,8-naphthalimide functionalities. Conditions for the ring-opening reaction with respect to different reaction parameters were thoroughly optimized to obtain high electroosmotic flow, separation efficiency and enantioselectivity for the analytes. The nonaqueous mobile phase composition regarding acetonitrile–methanol ratio and the concentration of electrolyte were examined to manipulate the hydrophobic inclusion and anion-exchange interaction between the analytes and chiral stationary phase. It was observed that in addition to β-cyclodextrin cavity, the electrostatic interaction exhibited pronounced influence on the enantioseparation of acidic analytes. Acidic enantiomers (ibuprofen and naproxen) could be separated with separation factor (α) values up to 1.08 and a maximum separation efficiency of 86 000 plates/m could be achieved.  相似文献

Securines A—E, three dimeric diarymethane derivatives ( 1 — 3 ) and two enantiomeric diarymethane derivative monomers ( 4 and 5 ), were isolated and characterized from the medicinal plant Securidaca inappendiculata. Compounds 1 and 2 are a pair of enantiomeric diarymethane derivative dimers, and compound 3 is a mesomeric diarymethane derivative dimer. Their structures were determined by a combination of spectroscopic data, X‐ray crystallography, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analysis, and computational ECD calculations. Dimeric compounds 1 — 3 showed moderate antiplasmodial activities with IC50 values of 0.9, 1.4, and 1.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

结合导数光声光谱技术与小波分析方法,精确测量了光声光谱中的弱光谱信号.首先利用自己设计的仪器装置实现光声光谱的一阶导数,在此基础上,根据导数光声光谱的数据选择合理的分析小波,将光声光谱信号分解为不同频率信号的叠加,被分解的信号满足线性性质且原信号的峰值信息保持不变,由频率的差异可区分出光声信号和噪声信号,从而提取出光声光谱中的弱光谱信号.结合物理方法与软件方法的分析结果,准确地测量了氙灯的输出光声光谱中3个不明显的弱峰值,位置分别为699.7nm、753.4nm和776.5nm.该方法可以更准确地提取出光声光谱的峰值信息,有效地提高了光声光谱的测量精度,为光声光谱分析法在生物医学及化学分析中的应用提供了一种更精确的分析方法.  相似文献
