In this paper, our main attempt was to reduce Total Internal Reflection (TIR) happening at Indium Tin Oxide (ITO, nito = 1.8 + 0.01i) and Glass (nglass = 1.51) interface, which is due to ITO's higher index in comparison with Glass's, that makes light guided in ITO layer, 50% of generated light in Wight Organic Light Emitting Diodes (WOLED) are trapped in ITO layer; here we tried to reduce this portion of trapped light by implying 12-fold quasi-photonic crystal to the mentioned interface. With some gentle changes in 12-fold's structure we could reduce TIR in this interface to less than 9%. Also, far field results before and after adding the structure to WOLED were studied, which represents suitability of using this structure for lighting applications.  相似文献

Nano-sized magnetic Y3Fe5O12 ferrite having a high heat generation ability in an AC magnetic field was prepared by bead milling. A commercial powder sample (non-milled sample) of ca. 2.9 μm in particle size did not show any temperature enhancement in the AC magnetic field. The heat generation ability in the AC magnetic field improved with a decrease in the average crystallite size for the bead-milled Y3Fe5O12 ferrites. The highest heat ability in the AC magnetic field was for the fine Y3Fe5O12 powder with a 15-nm crystallite size (the samples were milled for 4 h using 0.1 mm? beads). The heat generation ability of the excessively milled Y3Fe5O12 samples decreased. The main reason for the high heat generation property of the milled samples was ascribed to an increase in the Néel relaxation of the superparamagnetic material. The heat generation ability was not influenced by the concentration of the ferrite powder. For the samples milled for 4 h using 0.1 mm? beads, the heat generation ability (W g−1) was estimated using a 3.58×10−4 fH2 frequency (f/kHz) and the magnetic field (H/kA m−1), which is the highest reported value of superparamagnetic materials.  相似文献

Circular high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) has been used to differentiate a series of twelve tricyclic neuroleptics, using both normal phase and reverse phase procedures. The use of normal phase systems also allows the resolution of geometric isomers of chlorprothixene, clopenthixol and flupenthixol. Thirteen sulphonamides and Trirnethoprim may also be distinguished using HPTLC.  相似文献

After the appearance of W. Arendt's result that “Gaussian estimate of a semigroup implies the Lp-spectral independence of the generator,” various generalizations have been obtained. This paper shows that a certain kernel estimate of a semigroup implies the Lp-spectral independence of the generator, generalizing the case of upper Gaussian estimate and “Gaussian estimate of order α(0,1] [S. Miyajima, H. Shindoh, Gaussian estimates of order α and Lp-spectral independence of generators of C0-semigroups, Positivity 11 (1) (2007) 15–39], Definition 3.1.” The proof uses S. Karrmann's result about the Lp-spectral independence and B.A. Barnes' theorem about the spectrum of integral operators. As an application, the Lp-spectral independence of −[(−Δ)α+V] (α(0,1]) for a suitable V is proved with the help of a recent result by V. Liskevich, H. Vogt and J. Voigt [V. Liskevich, H. Vogt, J. Voigt, Gaussian bounds for propagators perturbed by potentials, J. Funct. Anal. 238 (2006) 245–277].  相似文献

We present a novel variational formulation of fully anisotropic motion by surface diffusion and mean curvature flow in , d ≥ 2. This new formulation leads to an unconditionally stable, fully discrete, parametric finite element approximation in the case d = 2 or 3. The resulting scheme has very good properties with respect to the distribution of mesh points and, if applicable, volume conservation. This is demonstrated by several numerical experiments for d = 3, including regularized crystalline mean curvature flow and regularized crystalline surface diffusion.  相似文献

-subdivision is based on a dilation M with det M=3 . This has certain advantages, for example, a slower growth for the number of control points. This paper concerns the problem of achieving maximal sum rule orders for stationary
-subdivision schemes with given mask support, which is important because the sum rule order characterizes the order of the polynomial reproduction, and provides an upper bound on the Sobolev smoothness of the surface. We study both interpolating and approximating schemes for a natural family of symmetric mask support sets related to squares of sidelength 2n in Z 2 , and obtain exact formulas for the maximal sum rule order for arbitrary n . For approximating schemes, the solution is simple, and schemes with maximal sum rule order are realized by an explicit family of schemes based on repeated averaging [15]. In the interpolating case, we use properties of multivariate Lagrange polynomial interpolation to prove the existence of interpolating schemes with maximal sum rule orders. These can be found by solving a linear system which can be reduced in size by using symmetries. From this, we construct some new examples of smooth (C 2 ,C 3 ) interpolating
-subdivision schemes with maximal sum rule order and symmetric masks. The construction of associated dual schemes is also discussed.  相似文献

A new class of partial order-types, class is defined and investigated here. A poset P is in the class iff the poset algebra F(P) is generated by a better quasi-order G that is included in L(P). The free Boolean algebra F(P) and its free distributive lattice L(P) have been defined in [ABKR]. The free Boolean algebra F(P) contains the partial order P and is generated by it: F(P) has the following universal property. If B is any Boolean algebra and f is any order-preserving map from P into a Boolean algebra B, then f can be extended to a homomorphism of F(P) into B. We also define L(P) as the sublattice of F(P) generated by P. We prove that if P is any well quasi-ordering, then L(P) is well founded, and is a countable union of well quasi-orderings. We prove that the class is contained in the class of well quasi-ordered sets. We prove that is preserved under homomorphic image, finite products, and lexicographic sum over better quasi-ordered index sets. We prove also that every countable well quasi-ordered set is in . We do not know, however if the class of well quasi-ordered sets is contained in . Additional results concern homomorphic images of posets algebras. In this paper we study a nonlinear evolution equation t(σ(|E|)E)+∇×∇×E=Ft(σ(|E|)E)+××E=F in a bounded domain subject to appropriate initial and boundary conditions. This governs the evolution of the electric field EE in a conductive medium under the influence of a force FF. It is an approximation of Bean's critical-state model for type-II superconductors. We design a nonlinear numerical scheme for the time discretization. We prove the convergence of the proposed method. The proof is based on a generalization of divcurl lemma for transient problems. We also derive some error estimates for the approximate solution.  相似文献
