Urea can be sorbed by coordination (or complexation)with transitional metalpolyacrylic acid complex and transitional metal-polyacrylamide containing polyethylenepolyamine ligand complexes. The experimental results indicate that the sorbents can sorb about 60mg urea per gram of sorbent at 37℃ and the concentration of urea was 1300.0rag/1 in NaH_2PO_4 and Na_2HPO_4 buffer solution (pH=7.0) and the urea sorption capacity was affected by many factors such as other competive ligands, sorption time, pH and the concentration of urea. 相似文献

The heats of dilution of nine ternary solutions of urea and polyols have been determined at 25°C. Excess enthalpies and their virial coefficients h

have been evaluated and compared with the data reported in the literature for mono- and polyfunctional alcohols and other oxygenated nonelectrolytes. The group additivity approach of Savage and Wood was applied and the contributions to the enthalpy coefficients, due to the water mediated interactions between urea and the functional groups –CH2–, –OH, and –O– were determined. On the other hand, by using empirical combination rules among the cross- and self-enthalpic interaction coefficients it is possible to emphasize the large differences in the behavior (even in the presence of urea) of the polyols (and in particular of cyclitols) and of saccharides. 相似文献

NaAg3S2, a Thioargentate Containing the Anionic Cluster [Ag6S4]2? . Dark-red octahedrally shaped crystals of NaAg3S2 could be obtained by the reaction of NaAg(CN)2 and NaCN in a stream of hydrogen sulfide at 630 K. NaAg3S2 crystallizes cubic, a=12.358(1) Å, space group Fd3 m, Z=16. The structure was determined from four-circle diffractometer data. NaAg3S2 contains the anionic cluster [Ag6S4]2?. The structure can be traced back to the spinel structure typ. An extended Hückel calculation for the cluster anion, which is considered to be isolated, shows weak bonding silver-silver interactions. Recent developments in quantitative surface analysis by Auger (AES) and x-ray photoelectron (XPS) spectroscopies are reviewed and problems relating to a more accurate quantitative interpretation of AES/XPS experimental data are discussed. Special attention is paid to consideration of elementary physical processes involved and influence of multiple scattering effects on signal line intensities. In particular, the major features of core-shell ionization by electron impact, Auger transitions and photoionization are considered qualitatively and rigorous approaches used to calculate the respective transition probabilities are analysed. It is shown that, in amorphous and polycrystalline targets, incoherent scattering of primary and signal Auger and photoelectrons can be described by solving analytically a kinetic equation with appropriate boundary conditions. The analytical results for the angular and energy distribution, the mean escape depth, and the escape probability as a function of depth of origin of signal electrons as well as that for the backscattering factor in AES are in good agreement with the corresponding Mote Carlo simulation data. Methods for inelastic background subtraction, surface composition determination and depth-profile reconstructions by angle-resolved AES/XPS are discussed. The mixed aqueous electrolyte system of ammonium and lithium chlorides has been studied by the hygrometric method at 25°C. The relative humidities of this system are measured at total molalities from 0.3 to 6 mol-kg– 1 for different ionic-strength fractions y of NH4Cl with y = 0.33, 0.50, and 0.67. The data obtained allow the deduction of new water activities and osmotic coefficients. The experimental results are compared with the predictions of the ECA (extended composed additivity) law proposed in our previous work. The Zdanovskii–Stokes–Robinson (ZSR), the Robinson–Stokes (RS), Reilly–Wood–Robinson (RWR), the Pitzer, and the Lietzke–Stoughton (LS II) models are also compared with our results. Predictions made using these models are, in general, consistent with our results. From these measurements, new Pitzer mixing ionic parameters are determined and used to predict the solute activity coefficients in the mixture for different ionic-strength fractions. 相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of urea‐linked disaccharides in aqueous media has been developed. The key feature of our approach is two strained Steyermark‐type gluco‐ and galactopyranosyl oxazolidinones. Each oxazolidinone is attached to a pyranose ring in a di‐equatorial trans‐annulation framework. Reaction of these oxazolidinones with 4‐aminohexopyranose in water proceeded smoothly to afford the urea‐tethered cellobiose and lactose analogues. The galactose‐type oxazolidinone proved to be more reactive than the glucose‐type, which is explained by the presence of an axial hydroxy group at C4 in the former. 相似文献

Summary In the aqueous solutions of poly(N-vinylacetamide) in the presence of Na2SO4 or (NH4)2SO4, the intrinsic viscosities were small and the Huggins constants were large compared with those in water. Similar but much
less effects were observed for NaF. Opposite effects were found, however, for NaSCN. The poor solvent quality of aqueous sulfate
solutions was significantly improved by the addition of guanidine hydrochloride to 3 M or higher. Urea was much less effective
in improving the solvent quality. The different M28.8neffects observed between urea and GdnHCl may be explained by their different
binding affinities to amide group. Solubilization of PNVA flocculates induced by the presence of 0.8 M Na2SO4 took place by adding urea to 1 M, although only small changes were detected in the viscosity behavior accompanying the addition
of 1 M urea.
