在Mn2O3/SiO2催化剂上添加水蒸气对湿天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢的活性与稳定性进行了考察,结果表明:水蒸气量对催化剂活性影响不大,对催化剂上析炭有明显抑制作用。催化剂寿命实验连续运转200h,乙烯选择性仍保持在75%,乙烯收率保持在40%。催化剂上仅有轻微结炭,催化剂强度好无粉化现象。用比表面仪、XPS和XRD对实验前后的催化剂进行了对比分析。结果表明,催化剂具有良好的物相结构稳定性,因此具有较好的工业应用前景 相似文献

Adsorption of ethane, butane, hexane, and benzene on a reduced alumina-chromia catalyst was investigated at 20–460 °C. The
temperature ranges of physical adsorption and chemisorption were determined. The rate of hydrogen evolution is directly proportional
to the rate of chemisorption of hydrocarbons. It was suggested that chemisorption of hydrocarbons results in the formation
of intermediates in which Cr2+ ions and carbon atoms are linked by σ-bonds.

The decomposition products of the d6‐ethane cation following charge‐transfer ionization with Ar+, under conditions of varying ionization electron current, have been isolated in solid argon matrices at 18 K and examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Gas samples containing 1 : 1600 d6‐ethane : Ar were subjected to electron bombardment by using either a high (pin) or a low (plate) ionization density anode configuration with ionization currents between 20 and 150 μA. Under high ionization density conditions, the observed major products were d4‐ethene (C2D4) and d2‐acetylene (C2D2), with smaller yields of C2D5, C2D3, and C2D. The yield of each dehydrogenation product was enhanced with increased current. Analogous experiments employing the low ionization density plate anode resulted in reduced C2D6 destruction and the formation of only C2D4 and C2D2. The results suggest the onset of dissociative recombination processes under high ion density conditions. In this context, the results can be interpreted as a dissociative recombination of primary ion products, which gives rise to further dehydrogenation, and appearance of additional neutral radical products. The catalytic properties of Pt, Zn, and Ga deposited on supports of various natures (Al2O3, SiO2, NaZSM, and HZSM) in the dehydrogenation and aromatization of ethane were investigated. Pt-containing catalysts are the most active in the conversion of ethane: the selectivity with respect to ethylene is 25–87 % depending on the nature of the support. In the presence of Zn- and Ga-containing catalysts the yield of ethylene is 2–3 times lower than with Pt-catalysts. With HZSM modified by Pt, Zn, or Ga aromatic hydrocarbons (ArH) and methane are the main products of ethane transformation.
