根据甲烷水合物含气率高、分解速度慢等特性,提出利用高压注水技术和表面活性剂促进作用促使矿井瓦斯水合化以预防煤与瓦斯突出的思路。进行了3·6~12℃、7·82~12·26MPa条件下两种浓度体系(10mmol/L和0·3mmol/L)中十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对甲烷水合物作用效果的实验研究,结合水合物诱导时间、生成速度及含气率等计算对实验数据进行了分析,并运用表面张力法测得8℃时SDS溶液的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为2·5mmol/L。结果表明,高浓度体系对水合物生成速度、含气率的影响较之低浓度体系的更强,但是低浓度体系中水合物生成的诱导时间却较短,表面活性剂溶液浓度超过其CMC后对水合物的生成影响显著。  相似文献

采用电喷雾质谱(ESI/MS)技术建立了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)的烷基碳链分布、乙氧基分布及平均EO数、平均相对分子质量的测定方法;采用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(LC-ESI/MS)测定了AES中的游离十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的含量。将本方法应用于实际样品的测定,并与核磁共振法测得的平均EO数进行比较,二者的测定结果相当吻合,从而验证了本法的可靠性。  相似文献

The problem of determining the limiting current density of copper electrodeposition on the vertical electrode under the conditions of electrolyte natural convection is solved numerically. The incomplete dissociation of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid by the second stage and the concentration dependences of physicochemical properties of solution are taken into consideration. The effect of incomplete dissociation of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid by the second stage on the ionic transport in the copper electrodeposition and on the limiting current density is estimated by comparing the results, which are calculated taking into account and ignoring the concentration dependences of dissociation constants, and also for the limiting cases of virtually complete dissociation of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid. It is shown that, in excess of supporting electrolyte, incomplete dissociation of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid only slightly affects the limiting current density: the limiting current density changes not more than by 10% with the variation of the dissociation constants by several orders of magnitude. At the moderate and small concentrations of supporting electrolyte, incomplete dissociation should be taken into account, because the error of limiting current density can exceed 50%.  相似文献

During the reaction of propylene with O2, in situ Diffuse Reflectance FT-IR measurements were performed over Ti-modified SZ and SZ catalysts. Without O2, the main bands characteristic of (branched) hydrocarbons, formed by oligomerization leading to, finally, carbonaceous residue, appeared within the range of 3900-2750 cm-1, which was affected by the bands of surface OH groups. Investigation of these IR bands showed the role of molecular oxygen not only to limit the formation of carbonaceous species on the catalyst surface, but also to form oxygenates and these findings were in good agreement with the results of catalytic reaction.  相似文献

在DMF/H2O/CH3OH的混合体系中,反应温度为170℃,Mn SO4·4H2O盐溶液在p H=5和7的条件下,加热72小时,最终得到了结构不同的硫酸锰骨架[Mn2(SO4)3]·(H3O)2(1)和[Mn3(SO4)2(OH)2(H2O)2](2)。化合物结构通过单晶X-射线和红外光谱所表征,相应的晶胞参数:化合物1,立方晶系,空间群:P213,a=10.2009(12),V=1061.49(37)3,Goo F=1.158,Flack parameter 0.02(2),R1=0.0186(I2sigma);化合物2,四方晶系,空间群:Pbcm,a=7.3214(15),b=9.984(2),c=13.291(3),V=971.5(4)3,Goo F=1.063,R1=0.0227(I2sigma);单晶X射线分析显示化合物1是一个三维单手性硫酸锰骨架,化合物2是一个非手性羟基硫酸锰骨架。实验结果说明,p H值对硫酸锰骨架的改变起重要作用。  相似文献

We report the results of a systematic investigation designed to optimize a method for quantifying radioactivity in proteins in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gels. The method involves dissolving appropriately sized pieces of gel in hydrogen peroxide and heating to 70 degrees C overnight followed by liquid scintillation counting. H(2)O(2) had no effect on the count rates of [(14)C]bovine serum albumin (BSA) when counted in a conventional liquid scintillation system, and the count rates remained stable for several days. Temperatures below 70 degrees C resulted in incomplete extraction of radioactivity from gels containing [(14)C]BSA, but there was also a significant reduction in count rates in samples incubated at 80 degrees C. At 70 degrees C recovery was not affected by the amount of sample loaded onto the gel or by the staining procedure (Coomassie Brilliant Blue or SYPRO Ruby). Recoveries were in the range of 89-94%, and the coefficient of variation for five replicate samples was 5-10%. This method offers a reliable way of measuring the amount of radioactivity in proteins that have been separated by electrophoresis. It may be useful, for example, in quantitative metabolic labeling experiments when it is necessary to know precisely how much tracer has been incorporated into a particular protein.  相似文献

A novel analytical method for determination of total amount of chondroitin sulfate (CS) based on its conversion to desulfated chondro-disaccharide via an enzyme-catalyzed reaction, was developed. Using the in-capillary enzyme reaction, the method was also applied to the successful construction of an on-line analytical system. Within this system, electrophoretic migration was used to mix zones containing the enzyme mixture (chondroitinase ABC, chondro-4-sulfatase, chondro-6-sulfatase and 2-o-sulfatase) and the substrate (CS). The reaction was then allowed to proceed in the presence of a weak electric field and, finally, the product (desulfated chondro-disaccharide) of enzyme reaction migrated to the detector under the influence of an applied electric field. A polyvinyl alcohol-coated capillary was used to reduce protein adsorption. Desulfated chondro-disaccharide was successfully migrated toward the anode in 10 mM Tris-acetate buffer (pH 7.0) under reversed polarity and detected at 232 nm. The established method was validated and demonstrated to be applicable in the determination of total amount of CS in a commercial ophthalmic solution. No interference from the formulation excipients was observed. Good linearity was obtained, with correlation coefficients above 0.999. Recoveries and precisions ranged from 100.0 to 100.5%, and from 0.2 to 0.6% of the relative standard deviation, respectively. Good agreement was obtained between the established method and traditional photometric method based on carbazole reaction. In this study, application of the method to disaccharide compositional analysis was also performed.  相似文献
