Thermodynamic investigation of an organic superconductor κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Ag(CN)2H2O in which the BEDT-TTF dimers are arranged in the κ-type structure in the donor layers is performed by the relaxation calorimetric technique at low temperatures and under magnetic fields. A thermal anomaly related to the superconductive phase transition was observed at 5 K. The existence of residual γ* in the superconductive state is about 18% of the normal state γ value, which is larger than those of κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2, and κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br salt. The lattice heat capacity reflected on the β-term in the low-temperature heat capacity was found to be affected by the cooling rate. The disorder produced in the network structure constructed by hydrogen bond in the insulating layer is considered to give low-energy phonon excitations reflected in the heat capacity.  相似文献

Two centuries ago solvated electrons were discovered in liquid ammonia and a century later the concept of the solvent cage was introduced. Here, we report a real time study of the dynamics of size‐selected clusters, n=20 to 60, of electrons in ammonia, and, for comparison, that of electrons in water cages. Unlike the water case, the observed dynamics for ammonia indicates the formation, through a 100 fs temperature jump, of a solvent collective motion in a 500 fs relaxation process. The agreement of the experimental results—obtained for a well‐defined n, gated electron kinetic energy, and time delay—with molecular dynamics theory suggests the critical and different role of the kinetic energy and the librational motions involved in solvation.  相似文献

It was established for the first time, that the sexual hormones 17beta-estradiol (17betaE2) and progesterone (PRG) are able to emit electrons from their excited single state in water-ethanol mixtures. The yield of the "solvated electrons" (e(s)(-)) depends on the substrate concentration, the ratio of water-alcohol-mixtures and the temperature. The e(s)(-) yield obtained from 17betaE2 is by two orders of magnitude higher than this of PRG. The possible relationship of the resulting hormone transients from 17betaE2 leading via specific metabolites to breast cancer is discussed.  相似文献

通过红外可见内窥镜诊断系统对EAST等离子体芯部逃逸电子的同步辐射功率谱进行了分析,得出低能段逃逸电子同步辐射主要在红外波段,随着逃逸电子能量的增加,同步辐射向短波方向移动进入可见光波段。在欧姆放电条件下,对逃逸电子同步辐射所产生的的红外可见光进行了成像分析,同时研究了EAST等离子体在低杂波和中性束注入加热条件下的逃逸电子行为。实验结果显示,低杂波和 NBI 的投入总体抑制电子的逃逸,但低杂波投入初期产生的快电子对逃逸电子的产生具有促进作用。  相似文献

In a tokamak with a toroidal electric field, electrons that exceed the critical velocity are freely accelerated and can reach very high energies. These so‐called `runaway electrons' can cause severe damage to the vacuum vessel and are a dangerous source of hard X‐rays. Here the effect of toroidal electric and magnetic field changes on the characteristics of runaway electrons is reported. A possible technique for runaways diagnosis is the detection of hard X‐ray radiation; for this purpose, a scintillator (NaI) was used. Because of the high loop voltage at the beginning of a plasma, this investigation was carried out on toroidal electric field changes in the first 5 ms interval from the beginning of the plasma. In addition, the toroidal magnetic field was monitored for the whole discharge time. The results indicate that with increasing toroidal electric field the mean energy of runaway electrons rises, and also an increase in the toroidal magnetic field can result in a decrease in intensity of magnetohydrodynamic oscillations which means that for both conditions more of these high‐energy electrons will be generated.  相似文献

A comprehensive investigation of the emission characteristics for electrons induced by X‐rays of a few hundred eV at grazing‐incidence angles on an atomically clean Cu(111) sample during laser excitation is presented. Electron energy spectra due to intense infrared laser irradiation are investigated at the BESSY II slicing facility. Furthermore, the influence of the corresponding high degree of target excitation (high peak current of photoemission) on the properties of Auger and photoelectrons liberated by a probe X‐ray beam is investigated in time‐resolved pump and probe measurements. Strong electron energy shifts have been found and assigned to space‐charge acceleration. The variation of the shift with laser power and electron energy is investigated and discussed on the basis of experimental as well as new theoretical results.  相似文献
